Abstract

AbstrakHakikat Evaluasi merupakan “Handbook on formative and summative evaluation of student learning”, yang artinya Evaluasi adalah pengumpulan bukti-bukti yang cukup untuk dijadikan dasar penetapan ada tidaknya perubahan yang terjadi pada anak didik. Jadi, kita sebagai guru harus yakin bahwa pendidikan dapat membawa perubahan pada diri siswa. Evaluasi Pendidikan. Sangat diperlukan dalam pendidikan antara lain memberi informasi yang dipakai sebagai dasar untuk : 1. Membuat kebijaksanaan dan keputusan. 2. Menilai hasil yang dicapai para pelajar. 3.  Menilai kurikulum. 4. Memberi kepercayaan kepada sekolah. 5. Memonitor dana yang telah diberikan. 6. Memperbaiki materi dan program pendidikan. Hasil evaluasi yang didapat sampai sekarang tentang dunia pendidikan Nasional kita cukup memperihatinkan, tidak hanya dalam segi kualitas tapi juga kegagalan dalam membentuk karakter building generasi muda bangsa. Pendidikan menjadi tanggung jawab semua pihak, dimana tujuan pendidikan adalah memanusiakan manusia. membentuk SDM yang berkualitas.

Abstract

This research means to determine the effect of the analogy learning model on the ability to mastery the biological concepts of class XI students at the Islamic Boarding School MA As'adiyah Dapoko Bantaeng. This research is the type of quasi-experimental (Quasi-Experimental Research) with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all students of class XI. The sampling in this study used a purposive technique so that XI MIA 1 was selected as the control group and XI MIA 2 as the experimental group. Each class has 20 students. The instrument used to collect data research is a concept mastery test consisting of a pretest and postest, then the data is analyzed by descriptive and inferential through independent-sample t-test. The results show that the average posttest value of students in the experimental group was 67.30. In contrast, the control group was 54.20. then the sig. (2-Tailed) 0.000 <0.05 so that means there was an effect of the analogy learning model on the mastery of the concept immunity system of class XI students at the Pondok Pesantren MA As'adiyah Dapoko Bantaeng.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Gowa yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui iklim kerja, kinerja pegawai, dan pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode ex post facto. Adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Gowa berjumlah 82 orang dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Selanjutnya penyajian data menggunakan teknik persentase jawaban dari keseluruhan responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Gowa. Dapat dilihat bahwa persentase tertinggi dari kedua variabel tersebut adalah variabel iklim kerja di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Gowa yakni 67% dari 82 responden yang menyatakan bahwa iklim kerja di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Gowa masih sedang atau masih perlu dibenahi. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa iklim kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Gowa. AbstractThis study examines the work climate on the performance of employees at the Gowa Regency Education Office, which aims to determine the working climate, Employee Performance, and The Effect of Work Climate on Employee Performance in the Education Office of Gowa Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study using the ex post facto method. The subjects of this study were all 82 employees at the Gowa Regency Education Office using saturated sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis techniques. Furthermore, the presentation of the data uses the percentage of answers from all respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between work climate on employee performance in the Gowa Regency Education Office. It can be seen that the highest percentage of these two variables is the work climate variable in the Gowa Regency Education Office, which is 67% of the 82 respondents who stated that the work climate in the Gowa Regency Education Office Office is still in progress or needs to be addressed. This indicates that the work climate affects the performance of employees at the Gowa Regency Education Office.

Abstract

We have determined the electron stopping power (SP) and inelastic mean free path (IMFP) of (ZrO2)x(SiO2)1-x (x=1, 0.75, 0.5, 0.25, 0) for electron energies from 100 eV to 30 keV by means of modified Born–Ochkur equations. The energy loss function (ELF) is required in the calculation of SP and IMFP. We used the electron energy losses from 0 to 80 eV obtained by quantitative analysis of reflection electron energy-loss spectroscopy (REELS) spectra. The values of SP and IMFP for high contents of ZrO2 (x=50% and x=75%) in Zr-silicates are similar to those of ZrO2, and similar to those of SiO2 for low contents of ZrO2 (x=25%) in Zr-silicates. There are small differences in the values of SP and IMFP for ZrO2 and SiO2.We found that the SP decreases while the IMFP increases with increasing electron energy. We have demonstrated that the ELF obtained from the quantitative analysis of REELS spectra provide us with a straightforward way to determine SP and IMFP for alloy materials by using modified Born-Ochkur equations. Received: 04 December 2012; Revised: 18 December 2012; Accepted: 19 December 2012

Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi dunia pendidikan adalah lemahnya proses pembelajaran. Dalam proses pembelajaran, anak kurang didorong untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh strategi pembelajaran true or false berbasis kartu domino terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sistem reproduksi di kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimental design yaitu eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian Pretest-Postest Control Group Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 11 Makassar sebesar 256 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 72 siswa dimana pada kelas XI IPA2 dengan jumlah siswa 36 terpilih sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran True Or False berbasisi kartu domino dan kelas XI IPA1 dengan jumlah siswa 36 terpilih sebagai kelas kontrol diajar dengan pembelajaran langsung. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrument tes berbentuk pilhan ganda sebanyak 20 soal. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis inferensial. Hasilpenelitian yang diperoleh pada kelas yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaranTrue Or False berbasis kartu dominodengannilai rata-rata 82,64. Hasilbelajar siswa tanpa menggunakan strategi pembelajaranTrue Or False berbasis kartu dominodiperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 74,22.

Abstract

Globalization in the world of education is increasingly stronger demands on the quality of education. Quality education demands creative, innovative and productive individuals that can be said that only nations with quality education can compete globally. Educational services as a category of service (service) implemented by the institution of education or educational unit for and for the benefit of the community. Education should be oriented on improving the quality of services to create a fun and satisfying educational process that encourages learners to the spirit of learning which ultimately is expected to produce quality educational output.Service is a process of providing services (service delivery) from producers to customers (costumer). Quality services are services that meet or exceed the needs that service users expect. Activities to manage resources to support quality educational processes require professional, organized and planned educational management or administration. Therefore, the leadership role of the principal is very important. Leadership of principals is one of the determinants of the success of a school. Therefore, the principal must understand the roles and responsibilities it carries. According to Wahjosumijo there are two important roles of the principal, namely the principal acts as a central force that becomes the driving force of social life and the principal must understand his duties and functions for the success of the school, and has a concern for staff and students

Abstract

Islamic boarding school  is an institution that can not be separated from the phenomenon of cooperation, considering the boarding school is a manifestation of the ideals or desire to create a successor cadre or santri who are experts in the field of science, especially religious knowledge. Pesantren also must realize the ability to develop and practice the religious knowledge in the midst of society. Noble ideals or desires are difficult to be realized if only done by a kiai or caregiver, because human nature does have limitations, so it takes the involvement of various humans through the process of cooperation in realizing these ideals or desires. The dynamics of pesantren development when juxtaposed with educational institutions that once appeared in Indonesia, is the oldest system of education today and is considered an indigenous Indonesian product. This education was originally an Islamic religious education that started since the emergence of Islamic society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana motivasi kerja pegawai di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar, bagaimana kinerja pegawai di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar, dan adakah hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja  pegawai di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini; Pertama untuk mengetahui motivasi kerja pegawai di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar, Kedua untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar dan Ketiga untuk mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja   pegawai   di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pendidikan dan psikologi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai baik PNS maupun honorer di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar, yang berjumlah 43 orang sehingga menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket skala likert tentang motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Adapun hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja pegawai di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar berada pada kategori sedang, yakni sebesar 67%. Adapun kinerja pegawai di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar juga berada pada kategori sedang, yakni sebesar 65%. Sedangkan kesimpulan akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai sebesar  0,997%  atau  jika  dikonsultasikan  pada  pedoman  interpretasi koefesien korelasi maka hubungan kedua variabel tersebut sangat kuat.

Abstract

Abstract:This type of research is to study the description of teacher motivation in SMA Negeri 1 Mamasa Kab. Mamasa Prov, Sul-Bar; To find out how to learn student achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Mamasa Kab. Mamasa Prov, Sul-Bar; To find out the motivation to learn teachers about student learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Mamasa Kab. Mamasa Prov, Sul-Bar. The population of the study consisted of all teachers in the field of 40 succession studies in SMA Negeri 1 Mamasa Kab. Mamasa Prov, Sul-Bar. The entire population was used as the total sampling in this study. Data were analyzed using simple regression. Research Results encourage (1) An overview of teacher motivation in SMA Negeri 1 Mamasa Kab. Mamasa Prov, Sul-bar shows that the teacher motivation index scores obtained were 87.46% or included in the category of excellent teacher motivation (2) An overview of students' learning achievements in SMA Negeri 1 Mamasa, Kab. Mamasa Prov, Sul-bar shows that the value of students' learning achievement of 88.63% is included in the category of good student learning achievement (3) Motivation of teachers against student achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Mamasa, Kab. Mamasa Prov, Sul-Bar, this is evidenced by the significance value of 0.08 smaller when compared to α at the 0.05 significance level. The implications of research research that contains suggestions in this study are based on research findings that produce a R Square value of 0, 17 shows the ability of the independent variable in explaining the devendent variable of 17.0% is accepted at 83.0% requested by other variables not discussed in this study. This means that the teacher's motivation variable has little effect on students' learning achievement. Based on this, it is suggested in this study: (1) To the school that suggests doing a business that can increase teacher motivation, this motivation can be in the form of giving awards or awards to outstanding teachers; (2) To further research to add other variable variables that have not been revealed in this study.
