Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPS serta kegiatan proses pembelajaran di kelas yang cenderung pasif dan kurang terjadi interaksi edukatif antara guru dan siswa, sehingga berdampak pada efektifitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri Nangela yang berjumlah 23 siswa. penelitian terdiri dari dua siklus masing-masing siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan bersama dengan pelaksanaan penelitian pada saat proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Contextual teaching learning pada pembelajaran IPS berbantuan e-module dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SD Negeri Nangela. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan antusiasme yang tinggi dan aktivitas siswa yang semakin aktif dalam pembelajaran siswa mau bertanya, berdiskusi, mengajukan gagasan, serta melakukan refleksi mandiri dibantu oleh guru selaku fasilitator, dalam menyimpulkan apa yang telah dipelajari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada pra-siklus terdapat 7 orang siswa yang masuk kriteria tuntas dan 16 orang tidak tuntas. Siklus I terdapat 10 orang siswa tuntas dan 13 orang siswa tidak tuntas. Sedangkan pada siklus 2, 23 siswa yang masuk dalam kriteria tuntas, target ketuntasan belajar dalam penelitian ini adalah mencapai 80%. Adapun persentase ketuntasan belajar pada pra-siklus hanya mencapai 30,43%, kemudian meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 56,52%. Angka tersebut kembali meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 100% melebihi target yang telah ditetapkan, yakni 80%. Dengan demikian, penerapan penggunaan model pembelajaran Contextual teaching learning (CTL) pada pelajaran IPS berbantuan e-module dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Nangela. Abstract

The phenomenon of environmental pollution and disproportionate use of the environment is a problem that continues to be discussed to find a solution. This is considered important because the environment is one of the accesses to achieve a prosperous life in the future. The natural environment is not just a place for humans to live, but a place where there is a synergistic contact of life between humans and nature, both of which influence each other. which is expected to have a positive impact and can produce actualized productivity in environmentally literate human behavior. This study itself aims to determine environmental care programs through hydroponic plants that are integrated with social studies learning using a project-based learning model to develop ecological intelligence of STKIP Bina Mutiara Sukabumi students. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest one group test design method. The number of research subjects was 20 students of PGSD STKIP Bina Mutiara Sukabumi. The instruments used were a questionnaire for the statement of ecological intelligence indicators and an ecological intelligence questionnaire with the stages of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model. The research data from questionnaire 1 shows the average score at pretest 50 and 73 at posttest and on the Ecological Intelligence instrument with its PjBL Stages obtained an average score of 37.75 at pretest and 52.2 at posttest, with each significance value 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected, or there is an influence of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model through hydroponic plants which is integrated with the implementation of social studies learning courses in elementary schools on the ecological intelligence of PGSD STKIP Bina Mutiara Sukabumi students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dynamics of the implementation of the School Literacy Movement in the State Elementary School in Muntilan sub-district which includes 1) Teacher literacy awareness, 2) Student reading behavior and 3) Implementation of School Literacy Movement. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data sources of this study were 5 principals, 5 teachers, 20 students using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data is obtained by using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The data obtained were analyzed interactively consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The data obtained is then described and analyzed. The results showed that 1) Teacher literacy awareness was not maximized so GLS implementation was not implemented 2) Majority student reading behavior was included in the Traditional Intruction category (reading related to academic material), so student literacy culture was not yet formed 3) The new GLS implementation was applied to the elementary minority Land in the district of Muntilan. The inhibiting factors that cause this condition occur are 1) The teacher does not have enthusiasm / motivation as a reader so updates to information literacy have not been maximized 2) Students lack a figure reader from the family so that low interest in reading 3) Students are addicted to devices 4) Socialization of GLS has not been deep and not accompanied by training and assistance. While the supporting factor for the implementation of GLS is the adiwiyata school program conducted in the majority of elementary schools where the program is carried out in line with the objectives of GLS, but has not yet been utilized by the school.
