Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze how much impact human capital, structural capital, and customer capital have on the business performance of MSME workshops in Tilamuta sub-district. This research is quantitative research. The method of analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that, human capital, structural capital and customer capital simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the UMKM workshop business. Human capital partially has a significant effect on the business performance of MSME workshops because they have knowledge, expertise, and abilities. Structural capital partially has a significant effect on the business performance of MSME workshops including organizational culture, organizational structure, organizational learning, organizational processes and organizational systems. Partially, customer capital has a significant effect on MSME business performance. Bengel covers brand value, customer network, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. Keywords: Human Capital, Structural Capital, Customer Capital and MSME Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze to what extent the effect of Inflation and Exchange Rates on share prices of transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study is a quantitative type of research method. The method of analysis employs multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that inflation and exchange rates simultaneously have no significant effect on the share prices in transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The inflation value and exchange rate are projected with the Middle Exchange Rate to affect the share price of the transportation sub-sector. Partially, inflation has no significant effect on share prices. In general, inflation is a tendency to increase the price of goods continuously, it is caused by the amount of money circulating higher than the available goods and services. Partially, the exchange rate has no significant effect on share prices. There is no effect of the Exchange Rate on share prices in transportation sub-sector companies because the movement of the Rupiah exchange rate against foreign currencies (dollars) is not too significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence capital adequacy, and operational efficiency both simultaneously and partially on profitability. This research is a quantitative study, using ratio analysis. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that capital adequacy and operational efficiency simultaneously had no significant effect on profitability in Islamic general banking in Indonesia. Capital adequacy partially did not have a significant effect on profitability. Operational efficiency partially does not have a significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the Urgency of Using E-Marketing and Self Directed Learning in Improving MSME Performance during the Covid-19 pandemic in Boalemo Regency. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely determining a sample based on certain criteria. This research uses quantitative methods. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results obtained from this study are that the use of E-Marketing and Self Directed Learning together has a significant effect on MSME performance. of 0.000. Utilization of E-Marketing partially has a significant effect on MSME performance of 0.000. While Self Directed Learning partially has a significant effect on MSME performance of 0.001

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence good corporate governance and profitability have on company value in plastic and packaging sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research is quantitative research. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that Good corporate governance does not significantly affect Company Value in Plastics and Packaging sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange because share ownership by management in plastics and packaging sub-sector companies is relatively low. Profitability significantly affects company value in the Plastics and Packaging sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This means that several companies in the plastics and packaging sub-sector have increased profits, followed by an increase in profits.

Abstract

The challenge of integrated literacy is getting more and more complex every year along with the emergence of various technological products. Moreover, there is a technical dimension that will quickly change according to the times. Teachers and other educators have a central role because in the learning process they should provide and allow students to choose various forms of digital media to complete tasks given digital literacy in the curriculum such as ICT introduction material, use of tools to support learning, integrated high literacy computer programming is very useful in the world of education to support implementing a digital-based curriculum that emphasizes students being able to utilize information from various sources of information on the internet for themselves. Students who have the ability to search for information will relieve themselves to learn independently and interact with various information wherever they are.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan masyarakat dapat ditingkatkan melalui penguatan dan pendampingan wirausaha berbasis syariah yang berkelanjutan. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi, peningkatan kualitas hidup dan solidaritas masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan meliputi metode ceramah dan diskusi, kegiatan PKM ini mendorong dosen untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan warga di Kabupaten Pangkep dalam mensosialisasikan tentang optimalisasi kesejahteraan melalui wirausaha syariah dengan pemanfaatan potensi wilayah, memberdayakan perempuan dan remaja dalam ekonomi produktif, menciptakan ekosistem bisnis beretika, adil, dan berkeadilan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa Penguatan wirausaha syariah dapat menjadi solusi strategis untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Pangkep. Melalui prinsip-prinsip syariah yang menekankan keadilan, keseimbangan, dan tolong-menolong, program pemberdayaan ini diharapkan tidak hanya memberikan manfaat ekonomi, tetapi juga menanamkan nilai-nilai etis dan spiritual dalam kegiatan usaha. Dengan adanya program ini diharapkan menjadi solusi yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat.
