Abstract

Vaccines or immunizations have become controversial. Various reasons are used by parents not to include their children when vaccines are carried out. One reason that is the basis is related to the content contained in the vaccine. Which makes the cause of the negative effects that occur due to the vaccine. In the city of Metro, especially in Metro Center Subdistrict, parents' interest in the MR Vaccine program prior to the MUI's decision was different. Many parents do not give MR vaccines for their children. In this study aims to explain the extent to which parents understand about MR vaccine. To analyze the interest of parents in the provision of MR Vaccines after the MUI's decision. This research is a type of field research. This research is descriptive qualitative, namely describing and describing the condition or an object then analyzing it. Sources of data in this study are the parents of children receiving MR Vaccines in Metro Pusat Subdistrict and also reference books that will complement the results of observations, interviews, and existing documentation. The results of this study are that parents' understanding of MR vaccines varies. There are parents who understand clearly there is also a lack of understanding. Whereas regarding the parents' interest in the MR Vaccine after the MUI's decision was that there were parents who stated that the decision had an effect, there were also parents who stated that the MUI's decision did not have a strong influence on its decision.

Abstract

The use of the DANA application as a digital transaction tool further increases convenience in various types of payments. The implementation of financial technology in electronic money makes it easier for people to learn and use it in their daily lives. This research aims to understand the practice of e-money on the DANA application and analyze it in the perspective of DSN-MUI fatwa No. 116 of 2017. This research uses qualitative methods with primary and secondary data sources, as well as data collection methods through interviews and documentation. The results show that the practice of e-money on the DANA application involves the use of an active phone number to access the application, with the balance stored in an ESCROW account that can be used for payment transactions without additional fees. The e-money payment system on the DANA application is in accordance with the provisions of the DSN-MUI fatwa No. 116/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 concerning sharia electronic money. Transactions between users and issuers use a wadi'ah contract, which fulfills the terms and conditions of the contract. However, the contract between the merchant and the issuer does not fully fulfill the provisions of the wakalah bi al-ujrah contract, because the merchant does not receive ujrah or wages from the issuer.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan dalam desain kemasan dan strategi pemasaran. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM “Bintang Timur” melalui peningkatan desain kemasan sebagai upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi kreatif. Kemasan yang menarik tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pelindung produk tetapi juga menjadi alat pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Pendampingan dalam desain logo dan kemasan dilakukan agar lebih estetis, elegan, dan sesuai dengan preferensi pasar. Selain itu, strategi pemasaran berbasis digital, khususnya melalui media sosial seperti Instagram, diterapkan untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan nilai jual produk. Hasilnya, UMKM “Bintang Timur” mampu meningkatkan daya tarik produk, memperluas pasar, dan membangun ekosistem usaha yang lebih kompetitif. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dalam desain kemasan dan pemasaran digital dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalampengembangan UMKM.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan pembangunan masjid di luar tanah wakaf di Desa Batang Hari Rawa Pitu dan analisis perspektif Undang-Undang Wakaf No. 41 Tahun 2004 terkait hal tersebut. Masalah utama yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya kejelasan status hukum tanah yang digunakan untuk pembangunan masjid, karena tanah tersebut tidak diwakafkan secara sah, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan masalah hukum di masa depan, baik mengenai hak atas tanah maupun pengelolaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan pembangunan masjid di luar tanah wakaf di Desa Batang Hari, Kecamatan Rawa Pitu, serta menganalisisnya dari perspektif hukum yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 tentang Wakaf. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada pihak-pihak terkait, yaitu Wakif (pemberi tanah) dan Nadzir (pengelola wakaf), serta kajian dokumen hukum terkait peraturan wakaf di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pembangunan masjid memiliki dampak positif dalam hal sosial dan keagamaan, pengelolaan tanah yang digunakan tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum wakaf yang berlaku, sehingga dapat berisiko menimbulkan permasalahan hukum di kemudian hari. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar ada kepastian hukum mengenai status tanah dan pengelolaan masjid sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Wakaf No. 41 Tahun 2004 untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan keberhasilan pengelolaan wakaf. Kata Kunci: Pembangunan Masjid, Tanah Wakaf, Undang-Undang Wakaf No. 41 Tahun 2004, Pengelolaan Wakaf, Masalah Hukum.   Abstract This study discusses the development of a mosque outside of waqf land in Batang Hari Rawa Pitu Village and analyzes the perspective of Law No. 41/2004 on Waqf in relation to the issue. The primary problem addressed in this research is the lack of legal clarity regarding the land used for mosque construction, as the land has not been officially endowed as waqf, which could potentially lead to legal issues in the future concerning land rights and management. The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal, social, and administrative aspects related to mosque development outside of waqf land, as well as the legal perspective outlined in Law No. 41/2004 on Waqf. The research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with relevant parties, including the waqf donor (Wakif) and the waqf manager (Nazir), as well as document analysis of relevant legal regulations on waqf in Indonesia. The findings indicate that although the mosque development has positive social and religious impacts, the land used for the mosque does not comply with the waqf law, which could lead to legal issues in the future. The study suggests that there should be legal certainty regarding the status of the land and the management of the mosque in accordance with Law No. 41/2004 on Waqf to ensure the sustainability and success of waqf management. Abstract

In the practice of buying and selling at the UMALA honesty canteen, that is, if the seller is not found on the spot, in practice the buyer takes the goods that have been provided by the seller, then the buyer pays by putting money in the box that has been provided, and the buyer also takes his own change. Therefore, in the practice of buying and selling in the honesty canteen, no contracts were found. Based on the background above, it can be formulated. First, what are the buying and selling practices in the UMALA honesty canteen? Second, whether the honesty canteen practices at UMALA are in accordance with the system mu'athah? This research is a type of field research, where the research object is focused on buying and selling practices in the UMALA honesty canteen. The nature of this research is descriptive-analytic, where the researcher tries to describe and analyze the buying and selling process in the honesty canteen, namely by referring to the concept buy and sell mu'athah. Data collection by going directly into the field is collected through observation, free question and answer (interview), and documentation. Meanwhile, in analyzing data, researchers used qualitative analysis. The results of this research show that first, the practice of buying and selling begins with students who are more interested in buying things at close range without having to go to the canteen, with the honesty canteen itself as an object that provides several types of snacks. Students only need to take the snacks they want and pay for them by putting the money in the payment box provided, and if there is change, the buyer takes the change himself. Second, the practice of buying and selling in the honesty canteen when viewed from a buying and selling perspective muathah, this practice is still declared legal, because of the concept of buying and selling mu'athah There are still buyers and sellers. It's just that there is no statement of buying and selling or any statement (consent or acceptance) from either of them (using a handover of something purchased or one of the parties stating that they are buying or selling).
