Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the performance of the Regional Inspectorate in carrying out its duties and functions to supervise the performance of national civil servants within the scope of the Klaten Regional Government, to determine the suitability between the work plans that have been determined and their realization, a comparison between the realization of performance in 2023 and the realization of performance in previous years, as well as what factors constitute obstacles for the inspectorate in carrying out its duties and factors for its success. The method used in this research is the literature study method in which data is collected through sources such as books, journal articles, and supervisory report documents as well as other documents sourced from the internet. The results obtained are that supervision of the Klaten Regency regional inspectorate has increased from year to year, but in its implementation it has not yet reached a very good level, because there are still many things that have not been realized, both in terms of supervision, monitoring and evaluation, up to the supervision program which has only been implemented half of the 140 monitoring program planned with funds of 2.7 trillion.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter bagi siswa SD dan MI Desa Bojongkondang agar peserta didik mampu mempertahankan budaya lokal yang menjunjung tinggi akhlakul karimah. Kami melihat lingkungan Desa Bojongkondang hampir menyerupai lembang yang memilki potensi wisata mendunia maka perlu bagi masa depan anak-anak Desa Bojongkondang menyiapkan karakter yang mempertahankan budaya local. Jangan sampai mereka terpengaruh oleh budaya asing yang masuk ke Desa Bojongkondang. Pendidikan karakter yang kami berikan kepada peserta didik adalah bagaimana mereka harus menghargai guru, pelajaran, waktu, teman belajar, dan dapat menjadi individu yang memiliki sifat sopan santun dan berakhlaqul karimah terhadap orang lain. Dengan memiliki karakter yang baik, mereka bisa menjadi penerus bangsa yang berkualitas dan berahlakul karimah. Untuk menjadi pemimpin tidak hanya dengan ilmu yang tinggi tapi mempunyai akhlak. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode PAR (Participatory Action Research) dengan memberikan pemahaman pada siswa melalui video. Ini ditujukan agar mereka mudah memahami dan merasa nyaman menerima tayangan film. Tayangan film menceritakan tentang pentingnya sopan santun, menghargai orang lain, bertoleransi, dan menghargai sesama. Pendidikan karakter ini diadakan di SDN 2 Bojongkondang yang diikuti oleh para siswa SD dan MI se-Desa Bojongkondang. Selanjutnya, tim melakukan aksi dengan terjun langsung ke lapangan dengan mengadakan penyuluhan mengenai pendidikan karakter. Tim juga mengevaluasi apakah penyuluhan tersebut berhasil atau tidak. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan apresiasi dari seluruh tenaga pengajar yang ada di Desa Bojongkondang. Selain anak didik mendapatkan ilmu yang bermanfaat, tenaga pengajar jugga merasa terbantu karena anak didiknya mengetahui karakter-karakter yang baik dan bermanfaat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan standar kualitas pelaksanaan administrasi ketatausahaan di SMK Negeri I Cijulang dalam administrasi Guru, administrasi kesiswaan dan kepegawaian Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data kami menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa ketatausahaan di SMK Negeri I Cijulang meliputi administrasi persuratan, administrasi umum, keuangan, dan kepegawaian. Hasil penelitian ini juga mununjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan dan penerapan manajemen tata usaha di madrasah ini telah berjalan sangat baik. Selain itu, manajemen juga mampu menciptakan kerjasama yang baik antara kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, kepala tata usaha, dan pegawai tata usaha dalam pengelolaan administrasi sekolah demi mencapai tujuan kelembagaan. Namun, ada kekurangan dari pihak administrasi yaitu sering terjadi ketidaksiapan sarana pendukung seperti agenda dan daftar hadir yang di butuhkan oleh siswa.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan pembangunan masjid di luar tanah wakaf di Desa Batang Hari Rawa Pitu dan analisis perspektif Undang-Undang Wakaf No. 41 Tahun 2004 terkait hal tersebut. Masalah utama yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya kejelasan status hukum tanah yang digunakan untuk pembangunan masjid, karena tanah tersebut tidak diwakafkan secara sah, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan masalah hukum di masa depan, baik mengenai hak atas tanah maupun pengelolaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan pembangunan masjid di luar tanah wakaf di Desa Batang Hari, Kecamatan Rawa Pitu, serta menganalisisnya dari perspektif hukum yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 tentang Wakaf. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada pihak-pihak terkait, yaitu Wakif (pemberi tanah) dan Nadzir (pengelola wakaf), serta kajian dokumen hukum terkait peraturan wakaf di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pembangunan masjid memiliki dampak positif dalam hal sosial dan keagamaan, pengelolaan tanah yang digunakan tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum wakaf yang berlaku, sehingga dapat berisiko menimbulkan permasalahan hukum di kemudian hari. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar ada kepastian hukum mengenai status tanah dan pengelolaan masjid sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Wakaf No. 41 Tahun 2004 untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan keberhasilan pengelolaan wakaf. Kata Kunci: Pembangunan Masjid, Tanah Wakaf, Undang-Undang Wakaf No. 41 Tahun 2004, Pengelolaan Wakaf, Masalah Hukum.   Abstract This study discusses the development of a mosque outside of waqf land in Batang Hari Rawa Pitu Village and analyzes the perspective of Law No. 41/2004 on Waqf in relation to the issue. The primary problem addressed in this research is the lack of legal clarity regarding the land used for mosque construction, as the land has not been officially endowed as waqf, which could potentially lead to legal issues in the future concerning land rights and management. The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal, social, and administrative aspects related to mosque development outside of waqf land, as well as the legal perspective outlined in Law No. 41/2004 on Waqf. The research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with relevant parties, including the waqf donor (Wakif) and the waqf manager (Nazir), as well as document analysis of relevant legal regulations on waqf in Indonesia. The findings indicate that although the mosque development has positive social and religious impacts, the land used for the mosque does not comply with the waqf law, which could lead to legal issues in the future. The study suggests that there should be legal certainty regarding the status of the land and the management of the mosque in accordance with Law No. 41/2004 on Waqf to ensure the sustainability and success of waqf management. Abstract

Personnel administration is a crucial aspect in the management of educational institutions, as it plays a role in creating a conducive work environment and improving the quality of education. This research aims to analyze the personnel administration system at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 3 Sukoharjo, focusing on the personnel system and the employee recruitment process. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews with the head of the madrasa, administrative staff, and teachers responsible for personnel management. The research results show that the personnel administration at MIN 3 Sukoharjo has implemented a digital system through the SIMPATIKA application managed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The employee recruitment process is carried out systematically through stages of administrative selection, written tests, psychological tests, and interviews. In addition, the personnel system at this madrasa also includes the development of educators, management of employee welfare, and digital-based performance evaluation. Good personnel administration contributes to the improvement of education quality through the selection of competent educators, the implementation of innovative teaching methods, and more optimal student learning outcomes. However, challenges such as limited resources and recruitment policies still pose obstacles. Therefore, more adaptive strategies are needed in managing educational staff to improve administrative effectiveness and the quality of education in madrasahs.

Abstract

PT. Top Airconditioner is one of the companies engaged in AC service and air conditioning providers located at Permata Tangerang Blok DA No.11. PT. Top Airconditioner is currently using an outdated employee attendance system that involves collecting attendance data on paper, which is prone to loss and damage. This leads to delays in data recapitulation and ineffective management. To address this issue, a research was conducted to develop a web-based employee attendance system. The research utilized RAD analysis research method, UML system design, and PHP programming language with MySQL database. The main objectives were to create a system that allows employees to easily record their attendance daily and enables HRD to monitor attendance of employee more efficiently. The result of the research is a web-based employee attendance system that simplifies the process of recording attendance and enhances overall management. This new system will streamline the attendance process for PT. Top Airconditioner and improve HRD's ability to monitor attendance accurately.
