Abstract

Abstrak Covid-19 berdampak pada segala sektor kehidupan, dari ekonomi, politik, kesehatan, sosial, hingga pendidikan. Pendidikan di Indonesia selama Pandemi Covid-19 mengalami adaptasi cukup beragam, mulai dari pembatasan sosial hingga penutupan sementara kegiatan belajar mengajar, sebab dikhawatirkan terjadi perkumpulan atau kontak secara langsung yang memicu klaster baru. Salah satu dari hal manarik adalah proses belajar mengajar di MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan yang berposisi di daerah cukup pelosok, dan MI tersebut menurut pertimbangan kondisi geografi memungkinkan mengalami banyak kendala, diantaranya adalah pemanfaatan tehknologi. Penelitian ini mencoba mengupas secara mendalam tentang apa saja upaya guru MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan dalam meningkatkan Kompetensi Siswa selama Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tehknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan reduksi, display, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis memperoleh kesimpulan; pertama Upaya Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatus Shibyan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa yaitu melakukan analisis terhadap kondisi siswa. Upaya analisis ini dimaksudkan mengetahui perkembangan dan pertumbuhan siswa. Dengan demikian, langkah berikutnya dapat diputuskan, apakah materi dapat dilanjutkan atau perlu pengulangan materi dengan strategi dan media yang berbeda untuk pemerataan kemampuan siswa menguasai pelajaran. Kedua, Problematika yang dihadapi oleh tenaga kependidikan MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan sebagai berikut; pertama problem yang berkaitan dengan finansial, Kedua problem yang berkaitan dengan materi pembelajaran., Ketiga, problem yang berkaitan dengan sarana dan prasarana. Dan ke empat problem yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi penggunaan teknologi informasi. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dilakukan secara jarak jauh yang dikenal dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dengan kombinasi pembelajaran secara daring (online) dan pembelajaran luring (luar jaringan).

Abstract

Kompetensi, Pembelajaran, Covid-19, Guru MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan Abstract Covid-19 has an impact on all sectors of life, from economy, politics, health, social, to education. Education in Indonesia during the Covid-19 Pandemic has undergone quite a variety of adaptations, ranging from social restrictions to temporary closure of teaching and learning activities, because it is feared that there will be associations or direct contacts that trigger new clusters. One of the things that is interesting is the teaching and learning process at MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan which is positioned in a fairly remote area, and the MI according to considerations of geographical conditions allows experiencing many obstacles, including the use of technology. This research tries to explore in depth what are the efforts of MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan teachers in improving Student Competence during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research is qualitative research, with a type of field research. The data collection method uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis uses reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of research and analysis obtained conclusions; first, The efforts of Madrasah Teacher Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatus Shibyan to improve student competence are to analyze the condition of students. This analysis effort is intended to know the development and growth of students. Thus, the next step can be decided, whether the material can be continued or needs repetition of the material with different strategies and media for the equitable distribution of the student's ability to master the lesson. Second, the problems faced by MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan education staff are as follows; first problems related to finances, second problems related to learning materials, Third, problems related to facilities and infrastructure. And the four problems related to the competence of the use of information technology. The implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah was carried out remotely known as distance learning (PJJ) with a combination of online learning and offline learning (outside the network).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the philanthropic construction of SDG's Village assisted by Baznas Jember and to determine the development of the implications of SDG's Village on the economy of the Jember community. The method used is qualitative, with the type of field research. The data collection method uses interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The process of data analysis uses reduction, display, and conclusions. The data obtained is then tested for credibility through triangulation. The results showed that Baznas Jember was able to maximize the potential of people's philanthropic funds in the form of realization of superior programs for approximately 2017-2027 through the SDG's Village forum. The SDG's village assisted by Baznas Jember can color the people of Jember district to join together to build a prosperous Jember through five SDG's Village programs, namely SDG's Smart Village, SDG's Healthy Village, SDG's Takwa Village, SDG's Islam Village, and SDG's Makmur Village. Baznas Jember through SDG's village assists underprivileged communities by including training on coffee production, empowering empty environments with catfish cultivation, and hydroponic vegetable farming.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions such as madrasahs and islamic boarding schools have succeeded in building a human disposition with a religious culture that loves the Republic of Indonesia. Even so, there is still a skewed view of the informal institution. According to the assessment of some people, the output or autcame of madrasah institutions and islamic boarding schools is less noticed by the job market. This skewed view is refuted through the existence of madrasas and islamic boarding schools which are increasingly believed to give birth to Muslim scholars. The method used is descriptive qualitative. While the approach used is literature. The results of the analysis get the following findings, the Islamic Education policy from time to time experiences quite heavy dynamics. Islamic education in the Dutch era was subjected to acts of policy discrimination. Islamic education only got a breath of fresh air after the dutch leadership fell to the Japanese. The journey of Islamic education can be said to have truly become independent after Indonesia became independent. There are five problems in the effort to evaluate the study of Islamic Education in Indonesia, including limited government power, disagreements with a problem, subjectivity in interpretation, limitations in resource management research, and complexity of human behavior.
