Abstract

This research is aimed at describing the imposing and shaping of religious character and describing the methods used in shaping religious character at Madrasa Ibtidaiyyah Tarbiyatus Shibyan Jadung Dungkek. This is a qualitative research whose data were obtained from observation, interview, and documentation. The data collected then analyzed by Miles and Huberman analysis model including four components namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. This research resulted in findings that the imposing and shaping of personal and ritual religious character is supposed to not only involve family but also develop education partnership among family, school, and community. The methods carried out to impose and shape the character for the students are through exemplary, advice, supervision, and punishment. Religious character education must be integrated in all subject lessons taught at the Madrasah

Abstract

Information and communication technologies that facilitate the service of the man, in fact also accelerate the negative effects for the existence of values   that has evolved in this masyarakat. Pernyataan evidenced by the spread of violence committed on school-age children, sexual abuse, a lack of values   of decency against the old, free sex, abortion, and others. The spread of this phenomenon is inseparable from the development of information and communication technology that has now become the primary needs of a person. This research is categorized into field research (field research) were designed using qualitative approach with case study method (case study). The data collection techniques were used in this research through interviews, observation, field notes (field notes), study the documentation, and literature. Results of research conducted in SDN Batang-Batang Power I declare that there is some development programs educational value, including the value of education is integrated into the curriculum in 2013 (K-13) and the development of value by maximizing the role of parents in monitoring every activity of children in the home environment through liaison book. The book serves for monitoring the activities of children at home every day ranging from learning, prayer, reading the Koran, refined language (Enggi Bunten), and helping the elderly.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan pendidikan nilai, pendidikan budi pekerti, pendidikan moral, pendidikan watak yang bertujuan mengembangkan kemampuan seluruh warga sekolah untuk memberikan keputusan baik-buruk, keteladanan, memelihara apa yang baik dan mewujudkan kebaikan itu dalam kehidupan sehari- hari dengan sepenuh hati. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mendeskripsikan model pembelajaran pendidikan karakter di MTs Tarbiyatus Shibyan Jadung Dungkek Sumenep; (2) mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter di MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan Jadung Dungkek Sumenep; (3) menemukan faktor pendukung dan penghambat pendidikan karakter di MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan Jadung Dungkek Sumenep. Penelitian kualitatif ini dilaksanakan di MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan Jadung Dungkek Sumenep dengan subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, guru siswa dan orang tua siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, obeservasi, dokumentasi serta dianaliasis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu pengumpulan data, pengorganisasian data, display data dan kesimpulan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan media pembelajaran DAIDO (dongeng anak bahasa Indonesia) terhadap pemahaman membaca siswa. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman membaca pada siswa. Guru memegang peranan penting pada proses pemahaman membaca. Oleh karena itu guru perlu membuat kegiatan pembalajaran yang menarik. Media pembelajaran yang tepat untuk proses pemahaman membaca ialah media DAIDO (dongeng anak bahasa Indonesia). Media pembelajaran DAIDO (dongeng anak bahasa Indonesia) mampu menarik perhatian serta pemahaman membaca siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan memperoleh data deskriptif dari subjek yang diamati. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan mencakup wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil kesimpulan media pembelajaran DAIDO (dongeng anak bahasa indonesia) ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman membaca siswa kelas V SDN Kasengan II.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of the contextual learning model on student learning outcomes on the material on knowing plant bodies in grade IV of SDN Tanamera 1. This study uses the Pre-Experimental Design method with the type of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, where students are given a pretest before learning and a posttest after the application of the contextual learning model. Data were analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, Paired Samples Correlations, and Paired Samples T-Test. The results of the normality test showed that the pretest and posttest data were distributed normally (p > 0.05).Statistical analysis shows that there is an increase in the average score from 47.86 (pretest) to 59.29 (posttest). However, the correlation between pretest and posttest was low (r = -0.171, p = 0.558), which indicates that the improvement in posttest scores is not entirely dependent on pretest scores. The results of the Paired Samples T-Test showed a significant difference between the pretest and the posttest (t = -44.035, p = 0.000). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the contextual learning model has a significant influence on improving student learning outcomes. Therefore, this model is recommended to be applied in learning to improve understanding of concepts in a more meaningful way

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students on natural appearance materials, which is caused by the lack of use of interactive learning media that is relevant to student needs. This study aims to analyze the influence of Canva application-based interactive learning media on the learning outcomes of grade V students at SDN Pabian IV. The method used is quantitative using one group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 21 students in class V who were selected purposively. Data was obtained through learning outcome tests before (pre-test) and after (post-test) the use of Canva learning media. Data analysis includes normality tests and paired t-tests to determine the distribution of data and the significance of differences in learning outcomes. The results showed that the average pre-test score was 69.52 with a minimum score of 30 and a maximum of 100, while the average post-test score increased to 77.62 with a minimum score of 50 and a maximum of 100. The normality test showed that the pre-test and post-test data were normally distributed, with significance values of 0.298 and 0.118 (p > 0.05), respectively. The t-test produced a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), which indicates a significant improvement in learning outcomes after the use of Canva media. This study concludes that interactive learning media based on the Canva application is effective in improving student learning outcomes on natural appearance materials. The use of this media can be an innovative alternative for learning that is more interesting and relevant to technological developments.
