Abstract

This research aims to analyze the physical condition of Padang Soccer School players. This is a descriptive research with 225 of population aged 14-15 years old and 100 participants as research sample. The data collection was conducted through physical condition tests, namely: arm muscle strength with push-up tests, abdominal muscle strength with sit-up tests, leg muscle explosive power with standing broad jump tests, agility with arrowhead agility test, speed with 30 meters running test, and endurance with 1,200 meters running test. The data obtained through the research instrument test were analyzed by using the percentage formula. The results of this research indicate that: 1) Arm muscle strength with an average of 39.0% are in the moderate category, 2) Abdominal muscle strength with an average of 42.00% are in the deficient category, 3) Leg muscle explosive power with an average of 35.0% in the medium category, 4) Agility with an average of 59.0% are in the medium category, 5) Speed ​​with an average of 42.0% are in the medium category, 6) Endurance with an average of 53.0% are in the medium category. In conclusion, based on all of the tests of this research, it showed that the physical condition of Padang Soccer School players are in the medium category. Thus, the players are expected to have more motivation to do physical practice as needed.

Abstract

The problem of this study is the lack of the ability to master the heading technique due to the players non optimal physical condition. Therefore, this study aims at finding the connection between the musculus abdominalis strength and the waist flexibility toward the ball heading of SBB Balai Baru players. This study used correlation research which used 119 SBB Balai Baru players as the population. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 30 U-16 players as the participants. The instruments used for data collection were sit up test, extension dynamometer, and heading test. The data were analyzed using the analysis requirement test with normality test (lilliefors test), correlation test, and multiple correlation test. The result research indicates that there was a significant connection between (1) abdominal muscles strength and the heading ability with 0,803 correlation coefficient result, (2) the waist flexibility toward heading ability with 0,402 correlation coefficient result, and (3) the musculus abdominalis strength and the flexibility to each other toward heading ability with 0.832 multiple correlation test result. Thus, the players are expected to increase the musculus abdominalis strength and the waist flexibility to support the ball heading ability

Abstract

Information and communication technologies that facilitate the service of the man, in fact also accelerate the negative effects for the existence of values   that has evolved in this masyarakat. Pernyataan evidenced by the spread of violence committed on school-age children, sexual abuse, a lack of values   of decency against the old, free sex, abortion, and others. The spread of this phenomenon is inseparable from the development of information and communication technology that has now become the primary needs of a person. This research is categorized into field research (field research) were designed using qualitative approach with case study method (case study). The data collection techniques were used in this research through interviews, observation, field notes (field notes), study the documentation, and literature. Results of research conducted in SDN Batang-Batang Power I declare that there is some development programs educational value, including the value of education is integrated into the curriculum in 2013 (K-13) and the development of value by maximizing the role of parents in monitoring every activity of children in the home environment through liaison book. The book serves for monitoring the activities of children at home every day ranging from learning, prayer, reading the Koran, refined language (Enggi Bunten), and helping the elderly.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of intergovernmental revenue, audit findings of the BPK, functional differentiation and legislative size to the level of disclosure of Local Government Financial Statements (LKPD) district/city in Aceh in 2015-2017. The population in this research is the Regency/city government in Aceh. The sample techniques in this study used the census method with 69 samples of the BPK-RI test Results Report of 2015-2017. The independent variables examined in this study were intergovernmental revenue, the BPK audit findings, the number of SKPD, and the legislative measures. While the dependent variable is the level of disclosure of Local Government Financial Statements (LKPD). The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The analyses used in this study were multiple linear regression. Subsequent data is processed by using the SPSS test tool. The results of the study showed the intergovernmental revenue, BPK audit findings, the number of SKPD, and the size of the legislature jointly impacted the level of LKPD disclosure. A partial intergovernmental revenue and the number of SKPD have a positive effect on LKPD disclosure rates, whereas BPK audit findings and legislative measures negatively affect LKPD disclosure rates.

Abstract

Didapatkan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan prestasi lompat jauh atlet junior jauh Kabupaten Solok. Hal Penyanyi ditunjukkan DENGAN hasil temuan kelentukkan Dan Daya ledak Otot tungkai Yang berpengaruh Terhadap kemampuan lompatan atlet junior Kabupaten Solok.Dalam Penelitian Penyanyi memilki tujuan Yaitu untuk review mengetahui Hubungan kelentukan Dan Daya ledak Otot tungkai Terhadap kemampuan Lompat JAUH atlet junior Kabupaten Solok.Jenis Penelitian merupakan Penelitian Korelasi dengan populasi adalah atlet junior Kabupaten Solok, 16 orang terdiri dari 8 orang putra dan 8 orang putri. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah 16 orang.Alat tes yang dipakai adalah tes flaxiometer, tes standing board jump dan tes lompat jauh. Dengan menggunakan uji normalitas ( liliefors ) dan teknik analisis data dengan memakai product moment , pada taraf signifikan (α = 0,05). Maka hasil temuan Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat Hubungan kelentukan Terhadap kemampuan Lompat JAUH atlet junior Kabupaten Solok DENGAN hasil temuan r hitung (0,61)> r tabel (0,53). (2) Terdapat Hubungan Daya ledak Otot tungkai Terhadap kemampuan Lompat JAUH atlet junior Kabupaten Solok DENGAN hasil temuan r hitung (0,83)> r tabel(0,53). (3) Terdapat hubungan Kelentukan dan Daya Ledak Otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan Lompat jauh Atlet junior Kabupaten Solok dengan hasil hitung (0,62)> r tabel (0,53).

Abstract

Penerapan sebuah situs akademik di sebuah sekolah menjadi salah satu bentuk sikap dalam mempertunjukkan atau memperlihatkan informasi kepada masyrakat. Dengan adanya situs akademik yang efektif pada sebuah sekolah dapat memberikan nilai tambah lebih baik untuk sekolah tersebut maupun untuk siswa dan walisiswa serta juga masyarakat yang ingin mengetahui informasi apasaja dari sekolah itu. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan  Negeri 1 Lintau Buo (SMK N 1 Lintau Buo) adalah salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan berstandar Nasional (SMK SSN) di Kabupaten Tanah Datar yang perlu berinteraksi dan bersosialisasi kepada masyarakat luas dengan memberikan informasi yang lengkap dan jelas mengenai sekolah tersebut. Sebelumnya sekolah ini belum pernah mempunyai Sistem Informasi Akademik sebagai media promosi, penerimaan siswa baru dan pemberian informasi kepada siswa, orang tua, wali, maupun masyarakat luas. Oleh karena itu pihak sekolah masih menggunakan cara manual dalam menyampaikan informasi. Sistem pemberian informasi yang berjalan saat ini masih dirasa kurang efektif dikarenakan masih berjalan secara manual dari mulut kemulut sehingga yang demikian dirasakan masih dirasakan memiliki kekurangan, antara lain jangkauan penyebarannya masih kurang luas dan muatan informasi yang terbatas.

Abstract

BSM is one of the Islamic banks in the City of T.Tinggi. The purpose of this study is to analyze Servicescape at Bsm KCP Tebing Tinggi and find out the form of loyalty given by customers to BSM. The location of this study is at BSM KCP Tebing Tinggi located in JL . Sudirman no 253-255 Badak Bejuang Tebing Tinggi city. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the type of data used are primary and secondary data and data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. The research results show that overall Servicescape in BSM is quite good because BSM has a comfortable waiting room, service facilities that are good, employees who are amicable and nimble, office colors that are not conspicuous as well as attractive office room corner decorations and the presence of clear and easy-to-understand symbols as well as the chanting of the Koran that provides a good atmosphere of religiosity. While the loyalty that customers give to BSM is by using a variety of products offered as well as by recommending to various parties such as families, colleagues and others who are known to use BSM to save money

Abstract

: This research was conducted to determine the effect of mudharabah and musharakah profit sharing financing on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. This study uses the annual Islamic Commercial Bank financial reports obtained from the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) for the period 2015-2019. The test results using SPSS 25 show that both mudharabah and musyarakah financing have a significant effect on the profitability of Islamic banks. But unlike musyarakah financing, mudharabah financing actually has a negative effect on profitability, meaning that the higher an Islamic bank distributes mudharabah financing, the rate of profit will decrease.
