Abstract

Palembang City is one of the big cities in Indonesia. Along with the increasing population and the increasing number of motorized vehicles, it will certainly have an impact on the increasing number of traffic accidents in the city of Palembang. In this study, the writer will determine the pattern of traffic accidents by using the fp-growth algorithm and using various variables. The variables that will be used consist of weather, time of incident, road geometry, profession, level of injury. This research is expected to be a reference for the police to be able to take anticipatory measures in order to reduce the number of traffic accidents in the Palembang City area. The fp-growth algorithm can be applied properly to determine the pattern of the causes of traffic accidents in the city of Palembang by using 2 minimum support of 40% and 50% and 2 minimum confidence of 70% and 90%. Based on the resulting rules, there are rules with the highest confidence value of 98% with these rules: When an accident occurs with a Side-Side accident type, the accident occurs in sunny weather conditions

Abstract

Data mining is an interesting pattern extraction of large amounts of data. PT Hindoli itself has a decision support information system that applies the c4.5 data mining algorithm. Given the large amount of data available, data mining estimates that palm oil production for a month is from production data. As one of the companies engaged in processing palm oil and producing palm oil, palm oil, and high-quality seed oil, which are grown by farmers into materials that can be sold and will be distributed to production data. The method used is the decision tree method to explore data, find hidden relationships between a number of prospective variables, among others, the number of producing oil palm based on the year, production, competition, and price, resulting in data accumulation or data grouping every month. Input with the target variable is expected to help PT Hindoli in monitoring palm oil processing.

Abstract

Proses pengembangan aplikasi merupakan salah satu kondisi yang sangat penting agar mendapatkan aplikasi yang baik. Untuk mengembangan aplikasi terdapat berbagai metode pengembangan yang dapat digunakan. Salah satu metode tersebut yaitu rapid application development (RAD). Metode RAD merupakan metode pengembangan yang melibatkan pengguna atau client. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan implementasi metode RAD dalam proses pengembagnan aplikasi pelaporan kerusakan jalan. Dimana kebutuhan dari aplikasi ini untuk menjawab permsalahan dalam proses pengaduan kerusakan jalan yang selama ini memiliki mekanisme birokrasi yang panjang. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi diharapkan mampu menjadi salah satu alternative bagi masyarakat untuk menyampaikan laporan dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi pelaporan yang dibuat dengan dua antarmuka yaitu mobile yang diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat dan web yang diperuntukkan bagi pemerintah. selain itu juga aplikasi yang dihasilkan telah dikembangkan secara terstruktur mengikuti proses dari metode RAD mulai dari perencanaan, desain RAD dan implementasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaporan kerusakan jalan dapat dilakukan yang dibuktikan dengan akses pengguna masyarakat dapat melakukan laporan dan akses admin dapat menindak lanjuti laporan tersebut.   The application development process is one of the most important conditions in order to get a good application. To develop applications, there are various development methods that can be used. One such method is the rapid application development (RAD). The RAD method is a development method that involves users or clients. For this reason, in this study, the implementation of the RAD method is carried out in the process of developing a road damage reporting application. Where is the need for this application to answer problems in the process of complaints about road damage which so far has a long bureaucratic mechanism. By making the application, it is hoped that it can become an alternative for the public to submit reports quickly, precisely and accurately. The results of this study are in the form of a reporting application made with two interfaces, namely a mobile which is intended for the public and a web which is intended for the government. Besides that, the resulting application has been developed in a structured manner following the process of the RAD method starting from planning, RAD design and implementation. The implementation results show that the road damage reporting process can be carried out as evidenced by the access of community users who can make reports and admin access can follow up on the report.

Abstract

Layanan kesehatan merupakan hak bagi setiap orang, termasuk di dalamnya yaitu untuk memilih fasilitas kesehatan yang ia inginkan. Salah satu fasilitas kesehatan adalah klinik dimana klinik merupakan fasilitas kesehatan yang lokasinya dekat dengan permukiman penduduk. Kota Palembang merupakan salah satu kota yang memiliki penduduk cukup banyak baik penduduk asli Kota Palembang ataupun penduduk datangan. Bagi sebagian penduduk lokasi fasilitas kesehatan tidak begitu perduli sehingga ketika dibutuhkan banyak dari penduduk tersebut tidak mengetahuinya. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pembuatan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan penarian lokasi sekaligus memberikan alternatif rute perjalanan yang paling pendek. Di dalam penentuan alternatif rute perjalanan tersebut di gunakan algoritma Bellman Ford sebagai proses untuk menigkatkan kebenaran perhitungan. Proses pengembangan aplikasi juga menggunakan metode rational unified process agar pengembangan terarah sesuai kaidah ilmiah. Hasil dari penelitian berupa aplikasi yang di dalamnya dilakukan implementasi algorima Bellman Ford. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algorima Bellman Ford mampu untuk melakukan perhitungan secara rinci terhadap rekomendasi rute yang diberikan pada aplikasi kondisi tersebut dapat dilihat dari iterasi perhitungan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Air Sugihan is one of the 18 sub-districts in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province which has 19 villages. After observation, in the annual program policy planning carried out by the Air Sugihan District, almost all development plans need to have an information base for future time estimates, namely predictions of population growth rates. Therefore, this study aims to contribute to the Air Sugihan sub-district by conducting a predictive analysis of the population growth rate with the least square method and implementing it into an application. The use of the least square method is a suitable method for predicting the rate of population growth. From the results of the analysis of prediction calculations for 2021, the same results were obtained with the details of the birth value of 762 with MAD errors (77.04) and MAPE (11.78 %), the death value of 460 with MAD errors (65.41) and MAPE (20.41 %), the Migration-coming value of 637 with MAD errors (190.67) and MAPE (81.55 %) and the Migration-away value of 877 with errors MAD (169.99) and MAPE (45.35 %). With the implementation into the application, it facilitates the process of managing population growth rate data in determining the results of predictions or forecasting and conclusions can be drawn from the prediction results for which factors or variables are more specific to affect the rate of population growth in the future.

Abstract

Produksi dari kendaraan bermotor tiap tahun selalu mengalami peningkatan, hal ini seiring dengan pertumbuhan penduduk yang selalu bertambah, kondisi ini berkaitan erat akan kebutuhan terhadap Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM). Kebutuhan akan BBM memiliki variasi yang berbeda – beda, hal ini tergantung dari jenis kendaraan bermotor yang ada, antara lain premium, pertalite, biosolar dan pertamax yang di jual oleh PT. Dempo Migas/SPBU 24.31550. Algoritma Neural Network merupakan salah satu sistem pemrosesan informasi yang di design dengan meniru cara kerja otak manusia dalam menyelesaikan suatu masalah yang dapat di gunakan untuk memprediksi penjualan terhadap BBM. Dengan menggunakan software rapidminer dapat menerapkan penggunaan metode Algoritma Neural Network pada PT. Dempo Migas/SPBU 24.31550, adapun jumlah record yang 4324, hasil dari pengolahan dengan menggunakan Algoritma Neural Nework di dapat untuk penjualan tahun 2022 di prediksi penjualan Biosolar akan mengalami peningkatan, hal ini melihat hasil pengolahan dengan perbandingan data, 60:40, 70:30 dan 80:20 di dapat BBM biosolar mengalami peningkata dengan nilai accuracy sebesar 99.77 %, 99.60 % dan 99.83 %.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan salah satu pilar dari tri dharma perguruan yang bertujuan membantu masyarakat dengan menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan yang dimilki atau hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan kepada pegawai puskesmas dalam memanfaatkan sebuah aplikasi rekam medis berbasis web. Dengan pelatihan ini maka akan memudahkan petugas Puskesmas Nagaswidak dalam bekerja khususnya dalam mengelola data rekam medis pasien. Dalam merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi rekam medis pasien menggunakan metode waterfall. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik kualitatif, mengutamakan data atau gambar yang didapat pada lapangan atau tempat penelitian. Untuk pengambilan data melalui observasi dan wawancara agar aplikasi yang dibuat sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Aplikasi rekam medis berbasis web yang telah dihasilkan diberikan kepada Puskesmas Nagaswidak sebagai bentuk pengabdian peneliti untuk memenuhi satu tri dharma perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

In today's fast-paced society, individuals often struggle to find dedicated time for studying the Qur'an. This research aims to address this challenge by designing and developing a Mobile-Based Tajweed Learning Application. By harnessing the power of mobile devices, this application provides users with a platform for independent and accurate Tajweed Science learning. To bridge the gap between developers and users, the Prototype Method is employed in the development process. This collaborative approach offers several benefits, including concept testing, cost and time savings, increased user involvement, iterative improvements, risk reduction, and enhanced communication. By actively involving users throughout the development cycle, the application can better align with their requirements and expectations, leading to an improved end product. The effectiveness and reliability of the mobile-based Tajweed learning application are rigorously validated through black box testing. This thorough testing method ensures that the application functions as intended, delivering a seamless learning experience to users. Furthermore, the application leverages the Flutter framework, enabling optimal performance and responsiveness. The framework's features, such as hot reload, contribute to efficient development and ensure a smooth user experience. The results of the Tajweed Mobile Based Learning project demonstrate that the application effectively provides learning materials and facilitates practice sessions with ease. By utilizing this mobile application, users can access comprehensive Tajweed resources conveniently and independently, overcoming the time constraints often associated with studying the Qur'an. This research showcases the potential of mobile technology to enhance Quranic education and empower individuals in their Tajweed journey.

Abstract

The libraries are the means used to obtain information because the library has a collection that can be used for academicians to obtain information. This study will carry out the design of the data ware house is a repository of data storage in a very large size that is capable of providing subject-oriented database for historical information and can be used to support decision-making system. In this study will be designed a Data Warehouse as a repository library is implemented using software to help Pentaho Kettle. Design of the Data Warehouse in this study using the steps in the development of a Data Warehouse.The results in this study is a draft Data Warehouse is used as a data repository library.

Abstract

Dictionaries can be used as a means to find meaning and meaning in a word. Palembang language is one of the regional languages in the province of South Sumatra. In their daily lives besides using Indonesian, the Palembang people also use the Palembang language as a means of communication with each other. This study aims to create a web-based Palembang language dictionary application so that it can be accessed using internet media. This dictionary application was created to help people who are not native to the city who live in the city of Palembang. This dictionary application provides a simple user interface that makes it easy for users to use it. In the development of this dictionary application is made using the RAD method. The search algorithm used in word search in a database is using the binary search method. The binary search method has the advantage of linear search. In practice binary search searches by first dividing into two data in a database that has been sorted first. This application can do an effective word search and the information displayed in this application in addition to the meaning and meaning of the word also provides an example of how to use the searched word in Palembang sentences.
