Abstract

Dalam era teknologi, pengembangan sistem informasi menjadi penting. Di Satres Narkoba Polrestabes Palembang, proses pendaftaran rehabilitasi masih manual dan rentan kesalahan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, solusi berbasis web menjadi alternatif yang memungkinkan pendaftaran online yang efisien. Dalam konteks ini, metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dapat mempercepat pengembangan sistem. Metode ini memfasilitasi interaksi pengguna yang aktif dan fleksibel, sehingga mempercepat implementasi sistem. Selain itu, penerapan metode First-In-First-Out (FIFO) dalam mengatur jadwal dokter juga vital. Metode FIFO memastikan prioritas pelayanan berdasarkan waktu pendaftaran, meningkatkan keadilan dan efisiensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Rehabilitasi berbasis web di Sat Resnarkoba, mengadopsi metode RAD dan penerapan FIFO. Penelitian ini berhasil mengimplementasikan metode RAD dalam pengembangan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Rehabilitasi berbasis web di Sat Resnarkoba Polrestabes Palembang. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan iterasi yang cepat dan efektif dalam pengembangan, memfasilitasi komunikasi yang baik antara pemangku kepentingan, serta memungkinkan penyesuaian yang lebih baik terhadap kebutuhan yang berkembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang diimplementasikan memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam mengelola proses rehabilitasi. Antarmuka pengguna yang intuitif dan responsif pada halaman-halaman menu, serta adopsi metode FIFO dalam penjadwalan terapi menjadi nilai tambah. Halaman Tampilan Menu Jawaban Pasien juga memungkinkan dokter dan admin untuk berinteraksi secara efektif dengan pasien, meningkatkan komunikasi dan respons yang tepat terhadap kebutuhan pasien.

Abstract

This community service article describes the acceleration process of inputting and validating Key Performance Indicator (IKK) data at the Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of South Sumatra Province into the South Sumatra One Data Portal. BPKAD, as the steward of IKK 4.b.3, faces challenges in ensuring the accuracy, validity, and timeliness of budget realization data for Mandatory Basic Public Service expenditures. The implementation of this service activity was carried out through data collection assistance from financial systems (SIMDA and SIPD), cross-data validation assistance, Microsoft Excel-based data processing, and data upload into the One Data Portal using electronic signatures certified by BSrE-BSSN. The service activities resulted in IKK 4.b.3 achievement of 76.98% with a budget realization of IDR 4,037,023,860,288.94 from an allocation of IDR 5,244,085,538,092.00 for Fiscal Year 2025. This program improved data quality, accelerated reporting timelines, and enhanced accountability in regional government performance data management. The activity also contributed to strengthening the implementation of the One Data Indonesia policy at the provincial level.

Abstract

Based on the researcher’s observations at the SMA Negeri 7 Palembang Library, the identified issues include errors in recording book loans and a lack of well-documented data. This problem arises because the book loan recording process relies solely on manual note-taking, which is relatively slow. Additionally, the library does not have a medium to inform students about its book collection, reducing students' interest in borrowing books. To address these issues, the author aims to develop a book borrowing information system to enhance the efficiency of book management and borrowing in the library while also providing students with information about the available book collection. This research employs the Extreme Programming system development methodology. The objective of this study is to build an information system for book borrowing and returning, which also serves as an informational medium for the library’s book collection at SMA Negeri 7 Palembang. The system is designed and developed as a web-based application using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database, with UML as the modeling tool. The research results show that the developed system can improve time efficiency in the book borrowing process by 75%. This conclusion is based on the fact that the borrowing process previously took an average of 20 minutes before using the system, but it now takes less than 5 minutes with the system. Therefore, the developed system will significantly assist in the management and borrowing process at the SMA Negeri 7 Palembang Library.
