Abstract

Tugas akhir merupakan suatu karya tulis ilmiah, berupa paparan tulisan hasil penelitian yang wajib diselesaikan oleh setiap mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan gelar sarjana. Pada jurusan Teknik Industri terdapat beberapa proses tahapan yang harus dilakukan oleh mahasiswa, diantaranya pendaftaran dosen pembimbing, seminar proposal dan sidang akhir. Sejauh ini pendaftaran yang dilakukan masih menggunakan google form dimana hanya sebatas untuk pendaftaran saja, dan untuk laporan bimbingan tugas akhir belum tercatat dengan baik dan dilakukan secara manual menggunakan lembar asistensi yang ada pada logbook skripsi sehingga dosen pembimbing dan koordinatosr tugas akhir kesulitan dalam memonitoring mahasiswa bimbingannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem berbasis website dengan menggunakan framework codeigniter dan metode waterfall. Tahapan yang dilalui dalam metode waterfall meliputi analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem, imeplementasi dan pengujian sistem. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah sistem manajemen bimbingan tugas akhir pada jurusan teknik industri universitas muhammadiyah malang yang dapat memonitoring, membantu pelaporan kegiatan bimbingan, dan pendaftaran pada proses tugas akhir.

Abstract

This article aims to measure the application of occupational safety and health using Cooper's Reciprocal Safety Culture Model and Confirmatory Factor Analysis method.  The objective function of this article is to find out the aspects of safety culture that have been implemented by companies. A questionnaire was circulated to staff on the company's production floor as part of this study. The results of the questionnaire recapitulation were then analyzed using the confirmatory factor analysis method. Based on the score calculation results and the category determination build on the questionnaire scores on each dimension of the safety culture applied to the Steel Company, the safety climate value of 55.58 is obtained, which is on a 'quite good' scale. The safety behaviour value of 44, 89 is included on a 'quite good' scale, the safety management system value of 22.04 is on a 'poor' scale, and the safety culture value of 40.83 is on the 'quite good' scale. With these results, it is essential to make improvements to the safety culture in the company, especially in the dimensions of the safety management system, which is on the 'quite good' scale.

Abstract

Proses penanganan material merupakan kegiatan utama yang dilakukan pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III dimana perusahaan bergerak dalam bidang jasa kepelabuhan. Namun kenyataannya, proses penanganan material di departemen pergudangan Terminal Peti Kemas masih kurang efisien. Hal ini disebabkan bongkar muat cargo bag dengan menggunakan forklift memerlukan kurang lebih 10 buruh untuk mengangkut 80-85 ton per jam. Buruh angkut harus memindahkan material berupa cargo bag dari tumpukan ke pallet, kemudian material diangkut menggunakan forklift ke truk muatan untuk dibawa ke area muat dek kapal. Pada kondisi ini terdapat beberapa kekurangan, waktu yang terbuang saat buruh idle, biaya pallet, dan biaya lembur jika perusahaan menggunakan buruh yang sama lebih dari satu shift kerja dalam satu hari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengusulkan alat material handling yang mampu meningkatkan kapasitas bongkar muat perusahaan. Alat ini berupa belt conveyor yang akan digunakan untuk memindahkan cargo bag dari tumpukan ke truk tanpa harus melakukan penyusunan ke pallet. Perancangan belt conveyor didasari oleh perpektif pengguna dan perhitungan kapasitas belt conveyor, dengan perancangan ini proses yang dilakukan menjadi lebih singkat serta kapasitas bongkar muat meningkat sebesar 87,5% dari kapasitas sebesar 80 tph menjadi 150 tph.Kata kunci: material handling, bongkar muat, peti kemas, conveyor

Abstract

Intisari— Risiko yang terjadi pada proses supply chain management dapat mengakibatkan terganggunya proses pengolahan bahan baku menjadi barang jadi yang dapat merugikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pabrik AMDK yang berada di NTB dikarenakan sering terjadinya permasalahan terkait proses supply chain yang dapat mempengaruhi perusahaan. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui risiko prioritas dan menentukan strategi mitigasi untuk meminimasi risiko yang dapat terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP untuk menentukan nilai severity dari risk event dan nilai occurance dari risk agent, penggunaan AHP juga dibutuhkan untuk membandingkan antara risiko yang satu dengan risiko lain yang akan dilakukan pada perbandingan berpasangan. Sedangkan house of risk untuk menentukan prioritas risiko dan prioritas strategi mitigasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 3 risk agent prioritas dan 7 strategi mitigasi untuk menangani 3 risk agent prioritas yaitu risk agent A1, A2 dan A25 dan Strategi mitigasi prioritas SM3, SM1, SM2, SM5, SM7, SM4, dan SM 6. Abstract—The risks that occur in the supply chain management process can result in disruption of the processing of raw materials into finished goods which can harm the company. This research was conducted at an AMDK factory located in NTB due to the frequent occurrence of problems related to the supply chain process that could affect the company. So the purpose of this study is to determine priority risks and determine mitigation strategies to minimize risks that may occur. This study uses the AHP method to determine the severity value of the risk event and the occurrence value of the risk agent, the use of AHP is also needed to compare one risk to another which will be carried out in pairwise comparisons. Meanwhile, the house of risk is to determine risk priorities and mitigation strategy priorities. From the research results obtained 3 priority risk agents and 7 mitigation strategies to handle 3 priority risk agents, namely risk agents A1, A2 and A25 and priority mitigation strategies SM3, SM1, SM2, SM5, SM7, SM4, and SM 6.

Abstract

Raw material suppliers are important in production, especially in the construction industry. It is because suppliers determine the availability of raw materials in a project. The research aims to propose a new integrated procedure for Green Supplier Selection in the Construction Industry. The proposed integration method is Analytical Network Process (ANP) and Measurement Alternatives and Ranking according to Compromise Solution (MARCOS) method. Both methods are Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) procedures. The ANP method is used to determine the weight of each criterion, and the MARCOS method is used to determine the weight of the best supplier. Seventeen criteria are used in supplier selection involving economic and environmental dimensions. The results showed that based on the ANP method, the most important criterion was the consistent quality of goods. Meanwhile, three suppliers were analyzed for selection based on the MARCOS procedure. The results show that the best supplier is supplier X with a utility function value of 0.749. These results show that the proposed procedure (integration of ANP and MARCOS) effectively solves Green Supplier Selection.

Abstract

This research applies the concept of sustainable layout in the manufacturing industry by incorporating social, environmental, and economic aspects in the production process. The main objective of this research is to design a sustainable layout for the plastic packaging manufacturing industry. The approach utilizes the TOPSIS method to select an Activity Relation Chart (ARC) integrated with a systematic Layout Planning procedure. A case study is presented on an industry that produces plastic packaging in Indonesia. The results show that the proposed sustainable layout design significantly reduces the material handling distance compared to the initial layout. These results confirm that the Systematic Layout Planning approach and TOPSIS method have great potential in designing layouts that integrate sustainable principles effectively in manufacturing environments.

Abstract

Increased awareness of environmental and social aspects has become an urgent global issue, especially in ensuring supply chain sustainability. In addition, optimizing sustainable supplier selection and order allocation is also crucial for companies to encourage sustainable industries. This research aims to determine the best potential sustainable suppliers and determine order allocation by considering economic, social, and environmental dimensions. This research proposes an approach that integrates AHP-Topsis and goal programming to solve the problem of sustainable supplier selection and order allocation. The AHP-Topsis procedure is proposed for weighting the criteria and sub-criteria of sustainable supplier selection. Meanwhile, Topsis is offered for supplier ranking. This study offers a goal programming procedure for order allocation. Order allocation is based on three goals: minimizing total procurement cost, maximizing total purchase value, and reducing carbon emissions. A case study is presented on the plastic bean processing industry in Indonesia involving three criteria (Economic, social, and environmental) and 17 sub-criteria. The analysis results show that economic criteria have the highest weight, followed by environmental and social criteria. Furthermore, the TOPSIS method selected the three best suppliers out of 5 alternative suppliers to receive order allocation. The order allocation process for three periods was carried out using the Goal Programming method on suppliers C, E, and A. This research contributes to improving supply chain sustainability. It provides practical guidance for companies in selecting suppliers and allocating orders efficiently.

Abstract

Occupational safety is something that needs to be considered in a production process because it can affect worker performance. This is related to increased costs and decreased health conditions of workers. Work accidents are caused by a bad working atmosphere, inadequate training, low employee awareness, or lack of attention. In this study an analysis of work accidents at UD. Celebrities use the Fuzzy FMEA method. Based on the calculation results, there are 2 work accidents with the highest FRPN value.

Abstract

Abstract Pasteurized milk products in Malang Regency hold a significant opportunity to be developed. The number of existing dairy farmers is a supporting factor for the producers in obtaining raw milk supplies. The X milk cooperative unit is one of the producers of pasteurized milk in Malang Regency, in addition to other dairy business competitors. The intense competition forces the X milk cooperative unit to maintain and improve the quality of its milk product to satisfy consumers' demands. The objectives of this research are to determine consumers' demand and formulate corrective actions to improve consumers' satisfaction. QFD is a method of structured product planning and development to ensure that customers' needs and demands can be accommodated in a product. The results of data processing suggest that some quality attributes of milk products that need to be improved based on their degree of importance were milk composition consistency and halal assurance from “Majelis Ulama Indonesia” (MUI) an Indonesian Ulema Council. The right composition of milk keeps the milk taste preferred by the customers consistent, the smell less fishy and the shelf life constant. The second rank attribute was registering to MUI certification, as this certification will increase the product's competitiveness.Keywords: cow milk, house of quality, quality function deployment

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini berawal dari kebutuhan PT. TASAMA untuk memperkuat manajemen dan produktivitas dalam era ekonomi digital, khususnya terkait pengelolaan produksi dan kualitas produk air minum Q-Mas M. Sistem manual yang sebelumnya digunakan dalam pencatatan produksi dan pemantauan kualitas air dianggap kurang efisien dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan solusi berbasis teknologi informasi yang dapat mengoptimalkan proses produksi serta menjaga dan memantau kualitas air minum dengan lebih akurat dan real-time. Tujuan utama dari program ini adalah mengembangkan serta menerapkan aplikasi sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat mencatat data produksi dan memonitor kualitas air minum secara real-time. Diharapkan, aplikasi ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen, transparansi dalam pencatatan, serta memudahkan pengawasan kualitas produk PT. TASAMA, sehingga memperkuat daya saing perusahaan dalam ekonomi digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan. Pertama, dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan mitra untuk memahami kendala dan kebutuhan spesifik PT. TASAMA. Langkah ini diikuti dengan perencanaan sistem, yang mencakup desain aplikasi dan fitur-fitur yang dibutuhkan. Pada tahap implementasi, aplikasi berbasis web dikembangkan dan diterapkan untuk pencatatan produksi, serta pemasangan alat monitoring kualitas air minum secara real-time. Setelah sistem terpasang, karyawan PT. TASAMA menerima pelatihan agar mereka dapat mengoperasikan sistem dengan lancar. Tahap akhir adalah monitoring dan evaluasi untuk memastikan efektivitas dan keberlanjutan sistem yang telah diterapkan. Luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini meliputi aplikasi pencatatan data produksi berbasis web, sistem pemantauan kualitas air minum secara real-time, serta peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan. Hasil dari program pengabdian ini menunjukkan penerapan teknologi informasi yang berhasil dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan dan monitoring. Karyawan PT. TASAMA juga telah dilatih untuk mengoperasikan sistem secara mandiri. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pengelolaan produksi dan kualitas air minum berjalan lebih optimal, sehingga PT. TASAMA mengalami peningkatan manajemen dan produktivitas yang signifikan di era ekonomi digital.
