Abstract

Tak ada hubungan bahwa anak yang belajar membaca di usia lebih dini akan lebih maju kemampuan membacanya. Jikapun ada yang seperti itu boleh jadi sifatnya kasuistik sehingga tak bisa dipukul rata dan diterapkan sama pada semua anak. yang penting untuk anak usia dini bukanlah mengajar membacanya, tetapi mengajarkan budaya membaca.Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh orang tua siswa TK Anak Sholeh An-Nur sebanyak 120 Orang. Sampel diambil berdasarkan rumus Isaac and Michael dengan sampling error 5% sehingga didapatkan sampel sejumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket dan dokumentasi.Penelitian ini menunjukkan. 1). Pada aspek kemampuan calistung anak usia dini, berdasarkan perolehan skor tertinggi dan skor terendah dicapai, masing-masing yaitu 3,375 dan 2,55. 2).Pada aspek pengertian calistung. Berdasarkan akumulasi perolehan skor tertinggi dan skor terendah dicapai ada aspek perlu adanya inovasi untuk membuat pembelajaran yang baru agar  anak merasa senang dalam belajar calistung. Masing-masing yaitu 3,675 dan 3,425. 3).Pada aspek kepuasan orang tua terhadap faktor-faktor meningkatkan kemampuan calistung. Berdasarkan akumulasi perolehan skor tertinggi dan skor terendah dicapai pada aspek anak yang kurang percaya diri tidak akan bisa mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan walaupun tugas itu sesuai dengan kemampuannya, masing-masing yaitu 3,625 dan 3,3. 4).Pada aspek membaca dan berhitung. Berdasarkan akumulasi perolehan skor tertinggi dan skor terendah dicapai pada aspek sikap orang tua / guru hendaknya dapat memberi contoh perlunya membaca, masing-masing yaitu 3,75 dan 3,7.Kata Kunci : Calistung, Hasil Belajar DOI :10.5281/zenodo.3470704

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to develop the classroom-based assessment on biology subjects for XI grade Senior high school. Assessment consists of seven graderoom-based assessment techniques. There are paper and pencil test, attitude, performance, product, project, self-assessment and portofolio. The development was conducted at Biology Education University of Riau and the limiting test was conducted at SMAN 8 Pekanbaru. The research held on January until April 2014. Used research and Development (R & D) design with ADDIE model. Subjects consisted of four Basic Competencies (KD) in the XI grade Senior high school. Data were collected by filling the validity of the assessment sheet by each validator which consists of internal and external validators. Collected datas were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Average results of the validity of class-based assessment are: 3.6 for the paper and pencil test, 3.7 for attitude assessment, 3.7 for performance assessment, 3.6 for product assessment, 3.6 for project assessment, 3.8 for self-assessment and 3.7 for portofolio assessment. On the last stage of the research, a limiting test on the XI grade senior high school. Based on the research’s results can be concluded that the development of classroom-based assessment on biology science for XI grade senior high school student was done with the ADDIE model that consists of some phase, start from analyze, design, develop, and the last is implementation in a limiting test. Based on the results of validation, classroom-based assessment could be implemented with the field test.Key words: biology senior high school, classroom-based assessment, development

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyze key aspects of the Era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs in Islamic history, including the personality of the caliphs, the succession system, politics, and the development of civilization. The research method involves the historical analysis of relevant primary and secondary sources, along with the interpretation and synthesis of the collected data. The findings reveal that the personalities of the caliphs during the Rashidun period were marked by leadership qualities that were just, wise, and servant-hearted towards the Muslim community. Caliphs Abu Bakr, Umar ibn Khattab, Uthman ibn Affan, and Ali ibn Abi Talib were known as leaders who firmly upheld principles of justice and truth. The succession system in the Rashidun period was studied with a focus on the process of selecting a caliph, consultation mechanisms, and the factors influencing the determination of a successor. The research reveals that the succession system was based on consultation among prominent Muslim figures, considering leadership qualities, integrity, and the support of the community.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is a malignant tumor that grows in the cervix caused by infection with the Human Papilloma Virus, acquired through sexual intercourse. Indonesia ranks 8th in the highest incidence of cancer in Southeast Asia, the highest prevalence of cancer is Yogyakarta Province where Sleman Regency ranks the highest IVA positive at 2.5% and Halis IVA at the Pakem Health Center is suspected of cervical cancer reaching 13 out of 22 positive IVA results. This achievement is still very low, because there is still low public awareness to carry out early detection of cervical cancer. To determine the relationship between attitude and behavior for early detection of cervical cancer. Quantitative research with a Case Control approach. A sample of 160 women with a proportional sampling technique. Data collection was in the form of filling out questionnaires online using Google Forms with chi square test data analysis and logistic regression. There was a relationship between positive attitude p-value=0.017 and OR of 3.462, women aged >35 years p- value=0.038, multipara parity p-value=0.007, with early detection behavior of cervical cancer. Parity provided a great chance of 7,038 times that women performed early detection behaviors of cervical cancer (CT 95%= 0.187-264,350). To improve early detection examinations, health workers can design health education and promotion models, increase educational socialization to cadres, the public and the community continuously and sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and discipline on employee commitment at the Solok district youth and sports education office. The sample in this study were 79 respondents with the total sampling method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the variables Workload and Discipline on Employee Commitment with a value of Y = 14.413 + 0.259(X1) + 0.303 (X2) + e. From the t test conducted on the X1 variable, namely Workload with a t-count value smaller than t-table 1.735 > 1.992, which means that the Workload variable has no effect on Employee Commitment, while the X2 variable, namely Discipline, obtains a greater t-count value from t-table 3, 832 > 1.992 which means Discipline affects Employee Commitment. While the results of the f-test analysis obtained the f-count value is greater than the f-table, namely 10.860 > 3.12, which means that Workload and Discipline together affect Employee Commitment.
