Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of customer behavior and individual character on credit applications at PT. BPR Durian Mandiri Sawahlunto City. The sample in this study were 50 respondents with accidental sampling method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the variables of Customer Behavior and Individual Character on Credit Submission with a value of Y = 24.613 + 0.052 (X1) + 0.458 (X2) + e. From the t test conducted on the variable X1 + 0.052 (X1) + 0.458 (X2) + e. From the t test conducted on variable X1, namely Customer Behavior with a t-count value greater than the t-table 2.276 2.012, which means that the Customer Behavior variable affects Credit Submission, as for variable X2, namely Individual Character, the t-count value is greater than the t-table 2.391 2.012, which means that Individual Character affects Credit Submission. While the results of the f-test analysis obtained an f-count value greater than the f-table, namely 3.523 3.19, which means that Customer Behavior and Individual Character together have an effect on Credit Submission.Keyword : Customer Behavior, Individual Character, Credit Application.

Abstract

This study aims to 1. To find out how much influence economic growth has on profit growth, 2. To find out how much influence stock prices have on earnings growth, 3. To find out how much influence economic growth and stock prices have on earnings growth. The background of this research is that if the rate of return on profits is not as expected, the company will experience bankruptcy. So that this does not happen the company must be able to overcome these problems by paying attention to the state of the economy and stock prices in order to stay alive. The sample in this study were 8 mining companies in the metal and mineral sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be concluded that economic growth has a significant effect on profit growth. This is evidenced by the results of the partial test with a significant value of 0,036 < 0,05. While the stock price has no significant effect on profit growth. This is evidenced by the results of the partial test with a significant value of 0,886 > 0,05. Then together there is also no significant effect between economic growth and stock prices on profit growth. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous test with a value of 0,103 > 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Proses Rekrutmen dan Seleksi terhadap kinerja karyaawan di PT AIC JAYA Kota Sawahlunto, sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 45 karyawan PT AIC JAYA Kota Sawahlunto dengan metode total Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik, dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses rekrutmen secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan menggunakan uji t dengan nilai signifikan 0,006 < α 0,05 dan nilai thitung adalah 2,908 > ttabel 1,68195. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses rekrutmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawn. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik dapat disimpulkan bahwa seleksi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan menggunakan uji t dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < α 0,05 dan nilai thitung adalah 3,655 > ttabel 1,68195. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa seleksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Secara simultan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan menggunakan uji f dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < dari sig α 0,05 dan nilai fhitung adalah 52,041> ftabel 3,220. Hal ini juga dapat dilihat dari nilai R Squere sebesar 0,712 atau 71,2% dan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang belum diteliti sebesar 28,8%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure and net profit margin on company value in transportation and logistics sub-sector companies with a sample of 21 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange using the purposive sampling method and based on the 2018-2021 sampling criteria. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be concluded that capital structure has a significant effect on the firm value of the transportation and logistics sector studied. this is proven by using the t test with a significant value of 0.003 > 0.05 and tcount 3.040 > ttable 1.989. so it can be concluded that capital structure has a significant effect on value based on statistical analysis it can be concluded that the net profit margin has no effect on the value of the companies in the transportation and logistics sector being studied. this is proven by using the t test with a significant value of 0.205 > 0.10 and tcount 1.277 < ttable 1.989. conclude that net profit margin has no effect on company value. it can be concluded that capital structure and net profit margin have a significant effect on company value in transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021, with Fcount is 5.272 > Ftable 3, 11 significant value of 0.007 is smaller than the targeted significant level of 0.05. R Square of 0.115. This means that there is a contribution of 11.5% from the independent variables, namely capital structure (X1) and net profit margin (X2) to firm value (Y). While the remaining 88.5% is contributed or influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan bisnis yang banyak sekarang agar bisnis ini tetap mampu bertahan dan berkembang, salah satu konsep yang diterapkan adalah mau belajar, tidak merasa puas dengan apa yang telah dicapai, action setelah mendapat suatu ide yang telah di dapat tersebut. Memanfaatkan media online dan offline sehingga bisa terjangkau adalah dengan konsep mau untuk berkembang dan mau keluar dari zona nyaman. Banyaknya kemudahan dan fungsi dari target yang menjadi sasaran usaha dengan tip berusaha untuk sukses, mendorong masyarakat atau pengusaha, untuk memaanfaatkan segala kemampuan yang dimiliki. Pengabdian masyarakat ini difokuskan pada pengusaha UMKM di daerah objek wisata Danau Singkarak, nantinya UMKM sebagai peserta PKM dan seluruh masyarakat Singkarak diharapkan akan lebih memahami pentingnya trik berbisnis agar sukses untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Self-Efficacy and Interpersonal Communication on the performance of honorary Employees at the Solok District Youth and Sports Education Office. The sample in this study was 33 respondents based on gender, age, level of education. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of self-efficacy and interpersonal communication variables on employee performance with a value of Y = 17.379 + 0.520 X1 + 0.074 X2 + e. From the t test conducted on variable X1, namely self-efficacy with a Tcount value greater than Ttable 3.196> 2.042, which means that the Self-Efficacy variable affects Honorary Employee Performance, as for the X2 variable, namely interpersonal communication, the Tcount score is less than Ttable 0.581 <2.042 which means Interpersonal Communication has no effect on Honorary Employee Performance. While the results of the f-test analysis obtained that the value of fcount is greater than ftable, namely 11.579> 3.32, which means that Self-Efficacy and Interpersonal Communication jointly affect the Performance of Honorary Employees.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Social Service of Solok Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ability and work quality on the quality of public services at the Social Service of Solok Regency. In this study, the population is people who receive services from the Social Service of Solok Regency. totaling 80 people. With this type of quantitative research and sampling technique using incidental sampling method. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire/questionnaire Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the variables of Work Ability and Work Quality affect the Quality of Public Services at the Social Service of Solok Regency. Y= 21.667 + 0.379X1 + 0.875X2 + e. From the t-test, it is known that the X1 variable affects the quality of public services at the Social Service of Solok Regency with a tcount of 2,323 > ttable 1,996 and sig 0.000 <0.05. X2 Variable Quality of Work has an effect on the Quality of Public Services in the Social Service of Solok Regency with tcount 6.382 > ttable 1.996 and sig 0.000 <0.05. From the Determination Test the value of R Square is 0.525. This means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 52.5%, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other variables not intended in this study, such as motivational compensation, work environment, etc.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Layanan dan Penilaian Nasabah dengan Menggunakan Mobile banking Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada Nasabah Bank Rakyat Indonesia yang menggunakan Mobile Banking. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang dengan metode Insidental Sampling. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linear berganda, variabel Kualitas Layanan dan Penilaian Nasabah berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah dengan persamaan Y = 19,478+ 0,330X1 + 0,232 X2 + e. Dari uji t yang dilakukan didapatkan variabel X1 Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah dengan t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel 2,736 > 2,01 dan nilai tingkat signifikan 0,05 < 0,009 maka H1 diterima. Variabel X2 Penilaian Nasabah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu 2,346 > 2,01 dan nilai signifikansinya 0,023 < 0,05 maka H2 diterima. Dari uji F yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa Kualitas Nasabah dan Penilaian nasabah berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah dengan Ftabel > f hitung yaitu 5,607 > f tabel 3,195 dengan nilai signifikansinya yaitu 0,007 < 0,05 maka H3 diterima. Dari uji koefisien determinasi R2 (R Square) sebesar 0,193 atau 19,3% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas berdampak terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 19,3%, sedangkan sisanya 80,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Civil Service Police Unit Office (Satpol PP) in Solok City. The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of personality and work conflict simultaneously on the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit Office staff in Solok City. In this study, the population in this study were all civil servants at the Civil Service Police Unit Office, Solok City, namely 39 people. By using a total sampling of 39 employees of the civil service at the Civil Service Police Unit Office, Solok City. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire / questionnaire. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of the variables Personality and Work Conflict Influence Employee Performance Y = -3.478 + 0.765X1 + 0.308X2+ e. From the t test conducted, it was found that the variable X1 Personality had an effect on employee performance with a known variable value tcount 5.557 > ttable 1.688 and sig 0.000 <0.05. Variable X2 Work Conflict on Employee Performance with a tcount of 1.975> ttable of 1.688 and sig 0.002 <0.05. From the F test conducted, it was found that personality and work conflict simultaneously influence employee performance. The F count is 58.836 > 3.259 and a significance value (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of five government banks (BBRI, BBNI, BBSI, BBTN, and BMRI) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) before and after the COVID-19 pandemic using the CAMEL method. This method evaluates five key components: Capital Adequacy, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings, and Liquidity to determine the stability and financial health of banks. The analysis results show that before the pandemic, the financial performance of these banks was relatively stable with some fluctuations in certain indicators. Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) increased in BBRI, BBNI, and BMRI, while BBSI and BBTN experienced a decline. Asset Quality (NPL) was generally stable, though BBTN faced challenges. Profitability (ROA) declined, reflecting pressure on profit-making abilities, while cost efficiency (BOPO) varied, and liquidity (LDR) remained relatively stable. After the pandemic, financial performance underwent significant changes. At the onset of the pandemic (2020), CAR declined, but BBRI and BBSI showed recovery in 2021 and 2022. NPL increased initially but showed improvement in subsequent years, particularly in BBSI. ROA declined in 2020 but increased in the following years. BOPO improved, and LDR, which had decreased, started to stabilize and improve.
