Kebangsaan Tourism Village is one of the buffer villages located next to the Baluran National Park. This tourist village has enormous tourism potential to be developed. The management has used promotions through Instagram social media since July 2018, but Instagram social media has only been managed for 5 months as evidenced by the last post on December 16, 2018. Kebangsaan Tourism Village also has a website with the name desawistakebangsaanwonorejo.id, but it is no longer managed so it cannot be accessed by tourists. It can be concluded that the promotion and marketing conditions of the Kebangsaan Tourism Village have stopped and are no longer carried out. The purpose of this service is training and promotion assistance by utilizing the website and social media. The method used in this service is training and mentoring. Based on the results of the training and mentoring carried out, it shows that there is an increased understanding of social media management. The management can manage websites with the name www.dewikebangsaan. This website is using as a promotion tools and sharing information related to tourism activities in the Kebangsaan Tourism Village. The management has knowledge of Instagram content, complete information on the main page, and efforts to increase insight with paid advertising.

Sangalaki Island Nature Tourism Park (NTP) is one of the tourist destinations in Derawan. As a conservation area, tourism development in Sangalaki Island NTP must pay attention to the carrying capacity of the area. The purpose of this research is to calculate the carrying capacity in the NTP area of Sangalaki Island. The research was conducted in October 2021 through literature studies, field observations, and interviews. The calculation of the carrying capacity is carried out with the concept of Physical Carrying Capacity (PCC). The PCC of the area in Sangalaki Island NTP is 259 people/day with details of beach tourism 77 people, snorkeling 69 people, diving 44 people, tracking 13 people, and animal watching 57 people. The PCC data can be the basis for the manager to determine the maximum number of visits that can carry out tourism activities at Sangalaki Island NTP. Carrying capacity is intended to reduce the impact of tourism development on the ecological aspects of the area. In addition, the application of environmental carrying capacity is a manager's step to apply the concept of sustainable tourism at Sangalaki Island.

It has been four years since the process of developing a tourism village in Tegaren has been going on since 2019. Appreciation to the hard work of all parties involved in raising a tourism village in Tegaren, this village, which is located in the northern part of Trenggalek, has made several achievements. In addition to being one of the Seratus Desa Wisata villages that were fostered directly by Trenggalek Regency, Tegaren has succeeded in becoming the top 500 Anugerah Desa Wisata Indonesia 2022 and won third place at the local Soetran Award. The research team later found that with this series of achievements, the progress of developing tourism villages in Tegaren ultimately created positive social perceptions from stakeholders in Tegaren and the wider village community. By using interview instruments, questionnaires, and literature studies, the research team assessed that this perception was formed due to three things, including 1) the increasing attention that Tegaren received from the Trenggalek Regency government and the agencies under it, 2) the more trusted Tegaren to be the organizer of the official activities by the Trenggalek Regency government, and 3) the existence of village original income (pendapatan asli desa/PAD) from the tourism sector which this time became the first time Tegaren received PAD from the tourism sector. The three results of confirmation of the positive perception are verification of the success of the community-based tourism concept in developing rural tourism.

Wonorejo Village is the first village in Situbondo Regency. However, since it was established that the tourist village visit was not as expected. This is because the determination of the top to bottom tourist village so that the community is not ready to continue the determination made. This study aims to assess the readiness of the community in the development of community-based ecotourism. Data were collected through literature study, observation and in-depth interviews with each stakeholder. The data were then analyzed into four categories, namely socio-economic, socio-cultural, environmental and management aspects. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the community is good with a score 1.710 in the development of community-based ecotourism in Wonorejo Village. However, in some aspects it has value that still needs to be improved. Some things that can be taken into consideration in improving community readiness include increasing community involvement in management, sharing benefits, increasing the role of customs and conducting marketing promotions in order to increase the number of tourist visits.Â Keywords: community readiness; community-based ecotourism; wonorejo

Desa Belik merupakan salah satu desa wisata di Kecamatan Trawas Kabupaten Mojokerto. Potensi wisata di Desa Belik cukup besar, namun belum digunakan secara maksimal, salah satunya adalah hutan bambu. Karangtaruna sebagai salah satu organisasi pemuda yang aktif berkegiatan di desa Belik mempunyai peranan besar dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Oleh sebab itu pada pengabdian masyarakat ini, dilakukan pemberdayaan karangtaruna untuk mengembangkan wisata berbasis potensi dan kearifan lokal desa Belik. Kegiatan yang dilakukan antara lain pelatihan pengembangan wisata dan sapta pesona, pelatihan pelayanan prima, pembuatan konsep pengembangan hutan bambu, dan menampilkan budaya lokal pada acara desa yang sudah terjadwal. Tujuan program ini adalah memberdayakan karangtaruna Desa Belik dalam mengembangkan wisata sehingga dapat meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan adalah fasilitasi dan partisipasi melalui diskusi, pelatiham, dan pendampingan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah karangtaruna memahami dan dapat menerapkan sapta pesona, dapat melayani pelanggan dengan prima. Selain itu juga terbentuk kelompok sadar wisata.

This article presents findings from a field study carried out in Tegaren, a popular tourism village located in Trenggalek. Tegaren has consistently ranked within the top 500 in the Anugerah Desa Wisata Indonesia for the past two years. As one of the standout tourist villages in Trenggalek, Tegaren boasts intriguing developments in its tourism sector, which piqued the researchers' interest. Utilizing a combination of interviews, observations, and a thorough review of relevant literature, the authors gathered data from various village officers. This collected information was then analyzed through qualitative research methods. To corroborate the findings, the authors also employed the TALC concept and the Better Life Index to measure the quality of life. Furthermore, an asset-based community development approach was applied to ensure the accuracy of the qualitative data. The article sheds light on the impact of the burgeoning tourism industry on specific Tegaren communities, namely besek farmers and homestay or lodging accommodation proprietors. Nevertheless, there remains ample room for further research and improvements in this study, which may be pursued in future investigations.

Player management issues at the Putra Mangun Jaya (PMJ) football club prompted a team from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur to conduct a socialisation of the use of smartwatches synchronised with the Forza App. This Community Service (PKM) aims to improve the management and players' understanding of the benefits of this technology in training and performance. Through socialisation and training, the management team's understanding of the use of smartwatches increased from 40% to 85%, this is because they now understand other functions of smartwatches, apart from being a time marker smartwatch can be used to monitor the performance of football players through synchronisation with the Forza App. This socialisation had a positive impact on management and players, showing that technology integration provides real benefits for football clubs and productive society, especially in the football activist community.

This research is also a follow-up to the research with the same scheme in 2021, entitled "Local-Based Empowerment: Tourism Village Development and Local Village Women's Empowerment". In addition, the team from UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur has helped the development of tourist villages in Tegaren Village through the preparation of the Tegaren Tourism Master Plan 2019-2031. So, this research, in addition to examining the development of Trenggalek Regency to develop its tourism sector, will also discuss the perception of the people of Tegaren about the progress of their tourism village which has been supported by the Tegaren Tourism Master Plan. This will be the main indicator for the research team to carry out a follow-up plan for the preparation of the Tegaren Tourism Master Plan document. The specific objectives of this research are twofold, namely 1) to find and further examine the perception of the people of Tegaren about the progress of their tourist village and 2) to formulate and apply a follow-up plan (RTL) for the development of the Tegaren tourism sector based on the Master Plan document. This research is the embodiment of the UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur’s Research and Community Service Strategic Plan 2021-2026. This research is in line with one of the six main themes of the research and community service program in 2022, namely tourism. In addition, this research also pays attention to the linearity of the themes of national research and community service programs, namely economic recovery and tourism development. On a regional and regional scale, this research also supports the RIPPDA of Trenggalek 2017-2031 in the tourism sector. The outputs of this research are 1) scientific journals/articles to be published in periodicals and 2) oral and poster presentations at the International Seminar of Research Month event. Theories and concepts used in this study are the theory of community social perception, asset-based community development, community based tourism, and sustainable tourism. This research will be carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage, the field study implementation stage and the evaluation stage. This research uses descriptive-exploratory research. In this study, the data collection techniques used were literature studies, interviews, questionnaires, and observations. While the data analysis used qualitative data analysis techniques. This research also involves 5 students who will later be converted into the MBKM program with recognition of 20 credits. The temporary results achieved are the satisfaction of the people of Tegaren with the progress of their tourist village. This satisfaction was obtained through interviews with stakeholders in Tegaren.
