Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keputusan investasi dan keputusan pendanaan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2009-2011. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Total Assets Growth (X1), Current Assets to Total Assets (X2), Debt Ratio (X3), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (X4). Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah Harga Saham (Y) dengan menggunakan indikator closing price. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan menggunakan pengujian hipotesis. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis statistik deskriptif, dan analisis statistik inferensial (analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi) yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 16.00 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pertama, bahwa hasil uji F (secara simultan) nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 25,843 > 2,468 atau nilai sig. F (0,000) < α = 0,05 maka model analisis regresi adalah signifikan, artinya nilai perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh keputusan investasi dan keputusan pendanaan. Kedua, bahwa hasil uji t (secara parsial) menunjukkan seluruh variabel independen (X1, X2, X3, dan X4) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (Y). Nilai koefisien determinasi yang dalam penelitian ini diwakili oleh adjusted R2 adalah sebesar 0,503. Hal ini berarti bahwa 50,3% variabel harga saham akan dipengaruhi oleh variabel independennya, yaitu TAG (X1), CA/TA (X2), DR (X3), dan DER (X4). Sedangkan sisanya 49,7% variabel harga saham akan dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, Nilai Perusahaan ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of investment decisions and funding decisions simultaneously and partially to firm value on property and real estate companies sector are listed on the Stock Exchange in the period of 2009-2011. In this research, the independent variables used are Total Assets Growth (X1), Current Assets to Total Assets (X2), Debt Ratio (X3), and Debt to Equity Ratio (X4). The dependent variable used is the Stock Price (Y) using the closing price indicator. Types of research used in this research is explanatory research using hypothesis testing. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test, descriptive statistics, and inferential statistical analysis (multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination) were performed using SPSS software for windows 16:00. The research results indicate first, that the results of the F-test (simultaneously) score Fhitung> Ftabel is 25,843 > 2,468 or sig. F (0,000) < α = 0,05 then the regression analysis model was significant, meaning that the value of the company can be affected by investment decisions and funding decisions. Secondly, that the t-test results (partially) shows all the independent variables (X1, X2, X3, and X4) has a significant influence on the dependent variable (Y). The coefficient of determination in this research is represented by an adjusted R2 of 0,503. It is means that 50,3% variable stock price will be affected by the independent variable, TAG (X1), CA/TA (X2), DR (X3), and DER (X4). While 49,7% the stock price variable will be influenced by other variables that are not discussed in this research. Keywords: Investment Decisions, Funding Decisions, Firm Value

Abstract

The era of globalization brings changes by causing religion, which was originally a public issue, to turn into a privacy issue. The development of religion which has become a private matter makes teenagers as identity seekers tend to implement it. The purpose of this activity is to preserve Walisongo so that it is not eliminated from the historical facts of the spread of Islam. The method applied in this service is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The results of this service activity have a positive impact on teenagers because know more about the nine saints of God who spread Islam in the archipelago and increase their understanding of the character of the saints and their struggles. The impact of getting to know the teenagers in Bebekan Tengah Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency increased their admiration for the walisongo struggle which resulted in an increase in pilgrimages to the walisongo graves.

Abstract

Transformasi digital merupakan kebutuhan penting di era modern, khususnya bagi generasi muda yang akan menjadi pelaku ekonomi masa depan. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan konsep transformasi bisnis dari metode konvensional ke digital serta memanfaatkan peluang yang ada melalui platform online. Acara ini dilaksanakan pada 24 Oktober 2024 di SMA Yadika 5 Joglo dengan melibatkan siswa-siswi kelas 10-2 sebagai peserta. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup bagaimana cara memulai bisnis digital, manfaat penggunaan platform online, dan strategi pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi diskusi interaktif, pemamparan mengenai bisnis digital, sesi tanya jawab dan sesi bertukar pendapat, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan antusiasme siswa terhadap dunia bisnis digital. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai pentingnya keterampilan digital dalam meraih peluang ekonomi di masa depan. Sosialisasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang relevan untuk menghadapi tantangan era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan buat menyebarkan sistem info absensi karyawan berbasis website memakai teknologi Geolocation di Big One Coffee & Eatery, menjadi solusi atas sistem absensi semi-manual yg masih dipergunakan dan rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan dan praktik kecurangan. Proses pengembangan dimulai berasal termin analisis kebutuhan melalui observasi dan wawancara buat memahami pertarungan serta kebutuhan sistem yg diinginkan. Selanjutnya dilakukan perancangan sistem mencakup pembuatan desain antarmuka pengguna, struktur database, dan alur nalar absensi berbasis lokasi. Sistem kemudian dibangun memakai teknologi web mirip PHP, JavaScript, serta MySQL, serta diintegrasikan dengan fitur pembuktian lokasi dan swafoto buat memastikan kehadiran yang valid. sehabis proses pengembangan terselesaikan, sistem diuji berasal segi fungsionalitas, keakuratan, serta keamanan, dengan akibat memberikan peningkatan efisiensi pencatatan absensi hingga 98%. yang akan terjadi akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah website absensi yang mampu membantu manajemen dalam memantau kehadiran secara real-time, dan mendukung penilaian kinerja karyawan secara lebih akurat serta modern.

Abstract

This research describes and identifies narratives within the framework of the semantic structures of the book "Dear My Emotions" as narratives comprising sentences, utterances, and presuppositions. Employing descriptive qualitative techniques, the study analyzes samples from stories such as "Big Dreams," "The Mystery," "Beautiful Sadness," and "Sadness Love," totaling twenty data samples. The analysis reveals how diverse emotional expressions and the profundity of the narratives are intricately displayed through different syntactic and pragmatic forms, thereby enhancing communication and interaction with the readers. The work integrates semantics and discourse by showing how emotional aspects are related to the structural elements of a literary work

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of Mind Mapping and Poster learning media in improving students' critical thinking skills in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The specifications of poster and mapping media are used to help students organize information and clarify relationships between concepts, which support the development of critical thinking skills. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach, involving Al Islam Krian High School students as subjects who were given learning materials using both media. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Member Check is used in data analysis in this study as a reinforcement. The results of the study showed that Mind Mapping media helps students organize ideas and connect concepts that have been learned, while attractive Poster media provides visualizations that are easy for Al Islam Krian High School students to understand. Overall, the use of Mind Mapping and Poster media can increase student motivation and involvement so as to support the development of critical thinking skills of Al Islam Krian High School students in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Enhancing the agricultural productivity of sandy soil can be achieved by incorporating a superabsorbent material that serves dual purposes: improving water retention and gradually releasing fertilizer nutrients. The objective of this study is to determine the influence of the weight of N,N’-methylene-bis-acrylamide (MBA) as a crosslinker in chitosan-graft-poly(acrylic acid) superabsorbent on water holding and water retention in sandy soil. The superabsorbent was prepared by mixing a chitosan solution with ammonium persulfate as a catalyst and acrylic acid, which had been neutralized with KOH. Subsequently, the mixture was cross-linked using MBA. The resulting superabsorbent indicated that an increase in the weight of MBA decreased the swelling ratio and increased water retention due to a denser network structure. The water holding capacity for superabsorbent prepared with all MBA weights was nearly the same. The highest swelling ratio and water retention were 167.552 g/g and contained 7.6% water on day 7 for the superabsorbent crosslinked with 0.015 g of MBA.

Abstract

Oil palm frond waste is often ignored in Tonduhan Village, Simalungun Regency. These oil palm fronds are often left to dry by village communities without optimal use. So, through this community service, students and ITSI lecturers provide education regarding handling palm oil waste in an environmentally friendly manner and even with high economic value, namely processing palm fronds into charcoal briquettes that can be used for themselves and sold to increase the village community's income. The activity began by introducing the potential of palm oil and its waste which provide benefits and economic value. Then the community was invited to take part in making charcoal briquettes from palm frond waste. The village community was very enthusiastic in this activity. Their knowledge increases in processing frond waste and is very active in this activity.
