Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to introduce the concept of Planet, People and Profit in business management management at UKM Batik Blimbing Malang. This Community Service Activity is carried out in the implementation of this activity divided into 2 (two) stages including a preliminary survey in the form of observations and interviews. From the results of observations and interviews. After that, the implementation was carried out on March 27, 2021. The activities were carried out using lecture and question and answer methods. UKM Batik Blimbing Malang has actually implemented the concept of Planet, People and Profit but has not yet known the terms in detail in the concept. The implementation of this PKM can help make it easier to introduce products by combining the uniqueness of batik and the 3P concept

Abstract

This PPM is held to reformulate the determination of the basic water tariff on the clean water management unit that is part of BUMDes Desa Wringinsongo, a method used with a qualitative approach where the team identifies the problem of the partner, then determines the objectives, reformulates and implements the partner. PPM results recommend the use of water account applications as well as admin fee of Rp.1000

Abstract

Pembelajaran interaktif dengan memanfaatkan fitur live-streaming dengan Zoom untuk guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah NU Putri kota Malang bertujuan mengasah skill guru untuk mengakomdasi aktivitas pembelajaran daring yang interaktif. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini diawali dengan analisa kebutuhan mitra, observasi dan pengajuan solusi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Permasalahan yang ada di MI NU Putri kota Malang adalah belum meratanya penggunaan teknologi oleh guru yang menunjang pembelajaran daring. Pelatihan untuk guru dengan memanfaatkan live streaming Zoom menjadi solusi yang diajukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada mitra. Pelatihan ini bersifat peningkatan kemampuan guru untuk menunjang pembelajaran daring. Sesi pelatihan dilaksanakan untuk semua guru di MI NU Putri kota Malang. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan teknik mengajar yang menarik minat siswa dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Sehingga nantinya tercipta pembelajaran yang interaktif dan efisien. Manfaat lain dari pelatihan ini nantinya guru juga bisa menggunakan fitur live streaming Zoom untuk menunjang aktivitas selain pembelajaran, seperti workshop ataupun seminar yang bisa diadakan secara hybrid (luring dan daring).

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide marketinng training with online media namely Instagram. Moms households can take advantage of the internet by doing online business without having to leave the house so that you can keep an eye on your family. This community service was held on September 13, 2020 by inviting all member of PKK Grup RT. 01 RW. 11 Kedung Kandang Malang. The training was carried out materials and discussion. The presence of the team majoring in Accountancy at the State Polytechnic of Malang has provide enlightenment and new knowledge that is quite meaningful for all participants. Thing This is proven after Community Service activities, several mothers have started selling businesses online

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menambah bahan ajar mata kuliah pajak dan praktik pajak. Selain itu penelitianini berkesinambungan dengan penelitian sebelumnya mengenai pengampunan pajak pada tahun 2016. Pajak berkembang danberubah sesuai perkembangan perekonomian. Sehingga sebagai pengajar pajak dan praktik pajak harus mengikutiperkembangan dan memahami prosedur pelaksanaan peraturan pajak terbaru, khususnya dalam penelitian ini mengenaiPengungkapan Aset Sukarela Dengan Tarif Final (PAS Final). Pengungkapan Aset Sukarela Dengan Tarif Final (PAS Final) bertujuan agar wajib pajak yang memiliki harta yangbelum dilaporkan dalamSPT PPh sampai dengan tahun 2015 dan tidak diikutkan dalam program pengampunan pajak tidakdikenakan denda Pasal 18 Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2016 tentang Pengampunan Pajak sebesar 200%. Jika harta yangbelum dilaporkan dalam SPT PPh Tahunan sampai dengantahun 2017 tidak diikutkan program pengampunan pajak makadianggap sebagai penghasilan yang harus dibayar pokok pajaknya dan denda 200%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to test the effect of corporate risk, capital intensity, profitability, and sales growth on tax avoidance. The research object was manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2020 period. The number of samples determined in this research was 26 companies by using purposive random sampling. This research was associative quantitative research, this research used the 26th version of SPSS as the data analysis tool. The results showed that capital intensity and profitability had a negative and significant effect on tax avoidance, while company risk and sales growth did not affect tax avoidance. Simultaneously corporate risk, capital intensity, profitability, and sales growth had a significant affect on tax avoidance. The results of this research are expected to help the government and companies to control tax avoidance practices.
