Abstract

The purpose of the research conducted by the researchers was to determine the effect of compensation on employee morale in the Sumedang district's environment and forestry service. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method, namely research based on the philosophy of positivism, this study uses data processes in the form of numbers as a tool for conducting research studies, so the results of research calculations in the form of numbers. The members obtained in this type of research determine the population and sample. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling technique, with a population of 63 people. Based on the results of the research, the research can illustrate that the compensation provided by the Department of Environment and Forestry of Sumedang Regency has reached 80.90% and the figure is categorized Very Good, as well as the level of employee morale at the Department of Environment and Forestry of Sumedang Regency which reaches 83, 46% and the figure is categorized Very Good. The compensation relationship with the morale of the Office of Environment and Forestry of Sumedang Regency with a correlation coefficient of 0.539 is in the medium category. While the effect of compensation on the morale of employees of the Department of Environment and Forestry in Sumedang Regency reached 29.1%, the remaining 70.9% was influenced by other variables not examined by researchers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine work stress, to determine employee productivity, to know the relationship between work stress and employee productivity and to determine the effect of work stress on employee productivity in the Department of Environment and Forestry, Sumedang Regency. Stress is an inability regarding the threats faced by a human being mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually which at one time can affect the physical health of the human being. Stress is our perception of a situation or condition in our own environment. Another definition states that stress is a condition of tension that affects one's emotions, thinking processes, and conditions. Meanwhile, productivity is a measure of the use of resources in an organization which is usually expressed as a ratio of the output achieved with the resources used (input). The method used in this research is quantitative research methods that examine specific populations, data collection using instruments, statistical analysis, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. Meanwhile, data collection was carried out by means of library research and field studies in the form of observation and questionnaires to 63 respondents in the Environment and Forestry Service of Sumedang Regency.The results of this study, obtained a description of job stress including good criteria with a percentage of 81.47%, employee productivity including good criteria with a percentage of 82.63%. Then the job stress variable (X) affects the employee productivity variable (Y) by 24.9%. While the rest (100% - 24.9% = 75.1%) is influenced by outside variables that are not studied. There are several suggestions, one of which is that the Sumedang District Environment and Forestry Service has a meeting forum as a means to discuss or evaluate employee work results so that employee productivity at the Environment and Forestry Service in Sumedang Regency is better.

Abstract

Cooperative Strategy In Reducing Flender Practices In Sumedang District is the result of qualitative research that aims to answer questions about how the most important goals or objectives need to be achieved, what are the most important policies? important and directing or limiting activities, How the main action stages or programs will achieve the goals set within the boundaries outlined. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis research with a case study approach to the object. The informants in this study were 4 people, namely the Head of the Cooperative Division, the Head of the Institutional and Human Resources Development Section, the Head of the Business Development section, and finally the Head of the Facilitation and Capital section. Data collection was done by using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The conclusion of this study is that the cooperative sector strategy in reducing the practice of loan sharks by optimizing the role of cooperatives by socializing the role and importance of cooperating in the community, presenting sharia cooperative programs, improving the performance and management of professional and accountable cooperatives by providing training and cultural-based entrepreneurial direction. local so that they can develop community business activities in order to reduce the practice of moneylenders. Suggestions that researchers can give are to improve the sharia cooperative program in each village to make it easier to carry out savings and loans in cooperatives, to socialize the role of cooperatives, to make policies specifically to reduce the practice of moneylenders and to increase cooperative business support.

Abstract

The purpose of the research that researchers do is to find out the extent of the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Cisitu District of Sumedang Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method which is used in research based on the philosophy of postpositivism, used to examine the natural conditions of objects, where researchers act as key instruments, data collection techniques are carried out by triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive, and qualitative research results emphasize more meaning than generalization. The technique used in taking samples is to use purposive sampling, which is sampling based on needs, so the samples in this study were 4 people. As for what is determined to be the informant in this study are the executors who are considered to have authority, information, and are involved in implementation of the Family Hope Program in Cisitu District of Sumedang Regency. Based on the results of the study, the researchers can describe that the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Cisitu District of Sumedang Regency can be side to be quite well run according to the success factor of the implementation. But on the other hand there are problems related to facilities, both facilities and infrastructure provided are not yet fully adequate, there are still many shortcomings, this is because the government and the organizers only provide basic facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze problems regarding service quality, inhibiting factors of service quality, and efforts to improve the quality of service for publishing population documents in the integrated services section in Rancakalong District, Sumedang Regency. The method used in the preparation of this thesis is qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through library research and field studies which include: observation, interviews, documentation study, and triangulation. The determination of the sample / informant in this study was carried out using purposive sampling. Furthermore, data analysis is carried out by referring to the technical analysis of the miles and Huberman models, namely: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification (conclusion). Sources of data / informants in this study are: Head of Sub-District, Head of Sub-District Secretariat, Public Service Sub-Division, Head of General Subdivision, Assets and Administration, Governance Section. Based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation results, data analysis is then obtained that the quality of service for the publication of population documents at the service section of Rancakalong District, Sumedang Regency can be said to be quite good, it can be seen in the aspects of reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Although there are still obstacles that occur in the process of improving service quality, namely service procedures and service flows that not many people understand or have not been maximally socialized to the community. Efforts are made to overcome barriers to improving service quality, namely by the existence of effective communication, giving authority, giving motivation, training on services.

Abstract

The method used in this study is a qualitative research method which is used in research based on the philosophy of postpositivism, used to examine the natural conditions of objects, where researchers act as key instruments, data collection techniques are carried out by triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive, and qualitative research results emphasize more meaning than generalization. The technique used in taking samples is to use purposive sampling, which is sampling based on needs, so the samples in this study were 4 people. As for what is determined to be the informant in this study are the executors who are considered to have authority, information, and are involved in organizational communication in the early marriage prevention program at the Population and Family Planning Control Office of Sumedang Regency. Based on the results of the study, researchers can describe that organizational communication in early marriage prevention programs in the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Sumedang Regency can be said to be quite good, but on the other hand there are problems regarding the flow of communication downward namely not creating integration between fields, where employees have not can innovate the process of socialization activities to the community. And in cross-channel communication that is still less effective the delivery of information by employees to the public in responding to socialization activities.

Abstract

Traditional market management requires a precise and measurable system given the important role of the market in supporting the local economy on the one hand, and the complexity of the problems to be faced on the other. Efforts are needed to ensure a targeted traditional market management system, among which is oriented towards the identification and stewardship of appropriate strategic issues. This qualitative research is carried out to apply a multi-perspective approach that is considered accommodative to the variety of variables, in mapping the strategic value of various problems that arise in the management of traditional markets. The research was conducted in the traditional markets of Bantarujeg, West Java and produced strategic mapping of problem groups related to administrative, financial, organizational and traditional market development.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, process data, analyze, and measure the effectiveness of the Transmigration program at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Sumedang district. The method used in this research is a qualitative method or often referred to as the naturalistic method. A qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from observable people or actors. Data collection techniques were carried out through library research and field studies. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique based on the needs of 4 people. Meanwhile, the research data processing procedure uses the Miles and Huberman Model data analysis technique which consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the results of the research and discussion, researchers can draw the conclusion that the Effectiveness of the Transmigration Program at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Sumedang Regency is going well, namely by achieving the goals of the Transmigration program to improve people's welfare in population distribution and reduce poverty. The suggestions for this research are to improve the facilities and infrastructure supporting the program, so that the implementers can work optimally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, among other things, is to find out Coordination in the Preparation of Regional Government Work Plans at BAPPPPEDA in Sumedang Regency. The research method used in this study is the qualitative method. Purchasing technique for research informants, namely Purposive Sampling. With research informants, namely the Head of PPEPD and six staff. The data collection technique used was library research and field studies consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data management procedures in this study, namely Data Reduction, Data Display, Data Conclucion Drawing/Verification and Triangulation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that employee coordination is seen from the leadership's responsibility, there is a process, regular arrangement of group efforts, the concept of unity of action, the purpose of coordination is quite good. - inhibiting factors inhibiting coordination: differences in orientation towards specific goals, differences in time orientation, differences in interpersonal orientation, differences in structural formality, which becomes difficult to unite and lack of facilities that inhibit differences of opinion used to support collaborative activities. Efforts to overcome coordination barriers : Basic management techniques , improve coordination potential , reduce the need for coordination.
