Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu TriDharma Perguruan Tinggi. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini,diharapkan menjadi kesempatan bagi santriwan dan santriwati yang ada di Yayasan Nurul Ihsanuntuk berdiskusi dengan narasumber terkait dengan Pelatihan Kedisiplinan Untuk MeningkatkanPrestasi Santri, dan tujuan utamanya adalah untuk memberikan pengajaran kepada santri dansantriwati yang ada di Yayasan Nurul Ihsan supaya dapat menghargai waktu, taat pada aturan yangada, serta bertanggung jawab. Selain itu diharapkan dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat inikeberadaan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembangan danpenerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat.Metode yang kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah kami mendatangi langsung ke lokasi PKM yaitu diYayasan Nurul Ihsan. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diperoleh yakni santri dan santriwatiyang di Yayasan Nurul Ihsan dapat membentuk santri yang berprestasi, mereka perlu memiliki sikapdisiplin dalam kehidupan. Sikap disiplin tersebut adalah; tanggung jawab, mengenal waktu, ketaatan,dan produktif. diharapkan mampu memberikan semangat baru bagi dosen dalam upayamengembangkan diri memberikan pengarahan, penyampaian materi dan motivasi serta berkontribusibagi generasi muda baik di dalam lingkungan kampus, keluarga dan masyarakat secara luas.

Abstract

Purpose. This study aims to analyze the configuration of servant leadership at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in Bogor. Methods. This research is a qualitative research. Using naturalistic qualitative which tries to reveal the facts of an event in the object being studied as it is to answer the problem by describing the data and the results of its analysis qualitatively. Results. This study proves that the configuration of servant leadership in Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Bogor is carried out by Abu Jihad Lillah as a leader in managing the institution based on, first, pure love for employees. Second, the humility of the leader. Third, the leader has a clear vision so that it is easy to evaluate. Fourth, there is a sense of trust from the leader to the employees. Fifth, there is empowerment carried out by the leader. Implications. The implication of this research is that if a leader in an organization carries out servant leadership, it will increase organizational commitment.

Abstract

This Study aims to analyze the workload and performance of nurse Permata Pamulang Hospital. The methode used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews conducted with nurse and head nurses, as well as direct observations in the field. The result indicate that the workload of nurses in this hospital is categorized as high, caused by an imbalance between the number of patients and the number of nurses, as well as the complex demands of tasks. The findings align with previous research emphasizing the imporance of human resource management in improving performance. Althought nurses possess adequate knowledge and skills, excessive workload negatively impacts their performance, resulting in a decline in service quality and increased stress. This study reccomends through task delegation, and developing nurses competencies through training. Thus, it is expected that nurses performance can improve, which in turn will enhance the quality of healtcare services at Permata Pamulang Hospital.
