Abstract

The background of this research is how to find out how to develop human resources in a company that aims to improve employee performance. Therefore, this research focuses on a company that wants to improve employee performance in order to improve the company so that it grows and develops. The method given in this study is to use a literature review and use a survey tool conducted on 100 employees, in a company. Therefore, the data obtained are real data. The problem raised in this study is how to find out what variables can affect the company's performance variables. Therefore, with a trial run with a survey, it can be seen what variables affect other variables so that it can be a suggestion for improvement in the company in this research. The purpose of this study is how to determine the development of human resources in a company in order to improve employee performance at PT. ARS INDO JAYA PERKASA the results of the research are several variables with human resources can improve employee performance in a company as an asset, the company will continue to grow in the future.

Abstract

Planning in a company is one of the most important things, because a good company must be well designed and planned, from the field of human resources to other parts such as sales, with careful planning will make the company not waste in terms of budget and company expenses, therefore the Enterprise Resource Planning System must be made to the maximum so that the company can be managed properly. The method used in this study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire, which was conducted on 100 people who were selected at random in order to get real data from the field. The problem raised in this research is to test the human resources and budget variables on the Enterprise Resource Planning System, whether these variables affect significantly. This study produces data that can answer the research problem raised, namely the influence of human resource variables and budget variables on the Enterprise Resource Planning System, by knowing the variables that influence the company can improve the shortcomings of the current system.

Abstract

The background of this research writing is to know what variables affect junior high school, and it can be seen that these variables have a significant effect or not, because they can affect many things in school kindness at school. The method used in writing this research is to use quantitative methods which will be surveyed to 100 people who are randomly selected so that they can find out the data directly in the field because with the appropriate data it will be able to produce good research and can be used as a basis for future research. The problem raised in this study is how the Corona virus variable and the online learning system can affect junior high schools that use English subjects as compulsory subjects in Junior High Schools. Can the Corona virus variable and online learning system variables affect schools Junior Intermediate. The purpose of this study will be to find out what variables can affect the teaching and learning system in junior high schools, in order to improve the learning and teaching system in the future so that they can find out the weaknesses and strengths of the learning system.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are improving the students speaking motivation at Tourism Academy Jakarta, the application of YouTube video role play for improving students’ speaking motivation at Tourism Academy Jakarta also the research question is the students’ perceptions of the use of You Tube and Role Play. The action research is condected in one class with 15 students at semester one. This researcher was conducted on 7 March November 2017 until September, 14th, 2018 located in Akademi Pariwsata Jakarta. The researcher used several instrument to collect the data. The other data were obtained from observation, speaking test, interview and questioner The interview was done to 15 students of semester one of Tourism Academy Jakarta and an English teacher ( male and female). The method of this research was planning, acting, observation, reflection in three cycles.The first finding of the first objective was the progress of students’ speaking score and motivation questioner data had increased in each cycles. The students’ interview had a positive result. The second finding of teaching and learning by using You Tube and role play had been successfully increasing the students’ motivation and confidence in speaking. The results of this research shown that the use of Role Playing technique was successful to improve the students’ speaking ability. They found that this teaching can improve speaking’s motivation and skill effectively
