Abstract

The background of this research is how to find out how to develop human resources in a company that aims to improve employee performance. Therefore, this research focuses on a company that wants to improve employee performance in order to improve the company so that it grows and develops. The method given in this study is to use a literature review and use a survey tool conducted on 100 employees, in a company. Therefore, the data obtained are real data. The problem raised in this study is how to find out what variables can affect the company's performance variables. Therefore, with a trial run with a survey, it can be seen what variables affect other variables so that it can be a suggestion for improvement in the company in this research. The purpose of this study is how to determine the development of human resources in a company in order to improve employee performance at PT. ARS INDO JAYA PERKASA the results of the research are several variables with human resources can improve employee performance in a company as an asset, the company will continue to grow in the future.

Abstract

Searching the address of the campus of Bina Sarana Informatika University which has PSDKU, almost 29 campuses outside the main campus spread throughout Indonesia at this time can only be through official documents, brochures and on calendars made by the campus and there are also installed on the wall in the environment campus. The current address search process will be developed into a digital information system in the form of an Android-based Mobile technology. This technology is made using the android studio application and MySQL database. With the Location Based Service (LBS) and GPS technology methods, the user will be given location information and routes to the UBSI campus that is addressed easily. The purpose of planning this system is to provide convenience in the delivery of information on address searches of the campus of the University of Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI) widely for mobile users that can be accessed via the internet. Through the development of this system, access to information can be done anytime and anywhere without having to deal directly with existing resources.

Abstract

Pegawai merupakan sumber daya yang sangat penting dalam sebuah instansi atau perusahaan. Kerana pegawai banyak berperan dalam aktivitas sebuah organisasi. Kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja instansi. Oleh karena itu, suatu instansi perlu melakukan penilaian atas kinerja pegawainya. Tujuannya untuk memberikan penghargaan kepada para pegawai yang dianggap berprestasi. Dengan diberikannya penghargaan memacu pegawai lainnya untuk meningkatkan kinerja lebih baik. Sekolah SMK YP Karya merupakan salah satu sekolah swasta yang memiliki guru, staff dan siswa/I yang sangat banyak, serta memiliki banyak gedung. Sistem penilaian yang ada pada Staf dan Guru sekolah SMK YP karya dalam penilaian Staf dan guru terdapat kelemahan, sistem yang belum tersedia, dikarenakan belum ada sistem penilaian guru terbaik baik menggunakan aplikasi ataupun kuisioner, sehingga tidak bisa dilakukan pencarian staf dan guru terbaik. Dengan adanya analisa pengambilan keputusan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) menjadi solusi dalam memberikan pertimbangan alternatif dalam proses pemilihan staf dan guru terbaik. Dimana proses penelitian dengan metode AHP ada empat kriteria yaitu integritas, disiplin, komitmen, kerjasama yang menghasilkan pegawai A sebagai alternatif terpenting

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the influence of the workplace's quality on workers performance using a quantitative approach. In today's competitive business landscape, optimizing employee performance is crucial, and this research aims to identify key factors contributing to performance enhancement. A structured survey was administered to employees across various sectors, and the data were analysed using statistical methods to determine the relationships between the variables. The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between the rigorous implementation of SOPs and improved worker productivity. Furthermore, the standard of the workplace was found to play a critical role in moderating this relationship, suggesting that a supportive and well-maintained work environment enhances the effectiveness of SOPs. The study provides empirical evidence that both SOPs and work environment quality are integral to boosting employee performance. These results underscore the importance of well-defined procedures and a conducive work environment in organizational strategies aimed at improving workforce productivity. Recommendations for managers include ensuring consistent application of SOPs and investing in creating a positive work environment to foster better performance outcomes.

Abstract

This study analyzes the quality of service provided by Rusunawa Flamboyan. Answering residents’ complaints, conducting evaluations, and developing service quality standards are the problems discussed in this study. This research is quantitative and uses the Servqual method with 50 respondents and 50 questionnaires that have been subjected to validity, reliability, and hypothesis tests. In testing using the Servqual method on residents of Rusunawa Flamboyan Cengkareng, it was found that they had an average perception of 3.72 on the five dimensions of Servqual, while the expected value was 3.36. Thus, there is a difference of 0.36, which is positive, indicating that the services in the five Servqual dimensions have met the residents’ expectations. Furthermore, improvements to facility evaluation, identification of areas of improvement, and setting clear service quality standards are points that can continue to be encouraged.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of work-life balance, job satisfaction, and stress levels on employee retention in the banking sector. Utilizing a sample of 300 banking employees, data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The findings indicate that work-life balance and job satisfaction have significant positive effects on employee retention, while stress levels negatively affect retention. Work-life balance emerged as the strongest predictor of retention, followed by job satisfaction. The results highlight the importance of creating a supportive work environment to improve retention rates in the banking industry. Practical implications suggest that banking companies should focus on fostering employee well-being and reducing workplace stress to retain talent. This study contributes to the existing literature on employee retention by providing insights into the banking sector, offering managerial strategies to reduce turnover, and enhancing overall employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Based on data from the Counseling Guidance teacher at the Karya Education Foundation Vocational High School (SMK) in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year, there were 25 cases of student deviant behavior, which included bullying, violation of discipline, tardiness, and physical violence, this number shows an increase of 25% compared to the previous semester. Teachers as educators have an important role in guiding students towards more positive behavior. This study aims to analyze the role of persuasive communication teachers carry in dealing with students with deviant behavior at SMK Yayasan Pendidikan Karya. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews with Counseling Guidance (BK) teachers, homeroom teachers, and several students, observation of interactions inside and outside the classroom, and documentation analysis in the form of student evaluation records. The results showed that persuasive communication of counseling guidance teachers, and homeroom teachers, which was carried out through an empathic approach, the use of polite language, as well as providing motivation and advice, was able to have a positive impact on changes in student behavior. A personal approach carried out consistently and tailored to the character of each student has proven to be more effective in building constructive relationships between teachers and students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang Penilaian terhadap Kompetensi terhadap Keterlibatan Karyawan pada karyawan di PT Smart Solution Bekasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Solusi Cerdas Bekasi yang menguji 217 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel kenyamanandengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 68 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan instrumen penelitian berbentuk kuesioner kepada responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi dengan bantuan SPSS 19.0. Berdasarkan uji rentang skala terhadap tanggapan yang diberikan responden tentang Penilaian kinerja responden menjawab dengan ketidaksetujuan atas persetujuan yang diberikan, memberikan penilaian atas penilaian kinerja yang diupayakan karyawan di PT Smart Solution Bekasi tergolong rendah. , secara umum responden setuju dengan persetujuan yang digulirkan dalam kuesioner. Variabel hasil uji banding terhadap keterlibatan karyawan dengan t-hitung = -0.241. Berhubungan, variabel. Ini memiliki hubungan yang negatif signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan . Begitupun dengan variabel kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan , karena t hitung = 2,210, lebih besar dari t-tabel pada signifikansi = 0,05 (t-tabel = 1,671). Berdasarkan hasil temuan analisis Dan Temuan hearts Penelitian Suami, Maka DAPAT disimpulkan variabel PENILAIAN costs kos Dan Kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh Yang signifikan Terhadap karyawan keterlibatan PADA karyawan PT Smart Solution Bekasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Curren Ratio,Quick Ratio dan Cash Ratio terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada RS Hermina Galaxy Periode 2019-2023. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang didapatkan langsung dari manajer keuangan RS Hermina Galaxy dengan studi dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh laporan keuangan RS Hermina dari tahun 2010-2023 kemudian dari populasi tersebut diambil sampel yaitu 5 tahun terakhir laporan keuangan. Berdasarkan analisis data pada penelitian ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial Current Ratio menunjukkan nilai yang positif dan berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan pada profit di RS Hermina Galaxy. Sebaliknya variabel Quick Ratio dan Cash Ratio menunjukkan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap profit pada RS Hermina Galaxy. Ketika Current Ratio, Quick Ratio dan Cash Ratio dianalisis bersamaan atau secara simultan, ketiganya memiliki nilai koreksi R Square mencapai 0,628. Setara dengan 62,8%. artinya variasi Profit dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen penelitian sebesar 62,8% sedangkan 37,2% dijelaskan oleh faktor- faktor lain di luar model.
