Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to explain and explore the theory ofperformance associated with organizational cultural factors and individualcompetencies. Employee performance has become important terminology orconcepts in discussions, especially in encouraging the success of the organizationand human resources. Performance will always be the actual issues in theorganization for any organization's performance is key to the effectiveness of theorganization's success. Employee performance is an important issue and apractical and theoretical standpoint. Employee performance is not only influencedby the employees themselves, but also determined by several factors such asorganizational culture and competencies of individuals where the person works.Competence is a concept in human resource management, which requires greatattention. No business, public or private, to detach themselves when discussingcompetence. Theoretically, supported by several empirical studies, individualperformance is influenced by a number of factors, namely the organizationalculture and individual competencies.Keywords: organizational culture, competence, performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether leadership and occupational health safety (K3) have a partially significant effect on employee performance at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga VHS Dipo Lok Malang, and also to determine which variables have dominant influence on employee performance at PT Pertamina Patra. Niaga VHS Dipo Lok Malang. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the method applied, it can be seen that the leadership factor has a partially significant effect on employee performance while the occupational health safety (K3) factor does not have a partial significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the leadership and occupational health safety (K3) factors simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded that the leadership factor has a more dominant effect on employee performance because it has a partially and simultaneously significant effect than the occupational health safety (K3) factor which only has a simultaneous significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Leadership, occupational health safety (K3), employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership styles and the work environment onperformance of employees. This research type is explanatory research. Based on the results ofthe examination of the 40 respondents, it can be concluded that there is a leadership styleand influence of work environment on performance of employees. It can be seen from the F-value count of 62.668 with significance < 5% (0.05) of 0.000 together whereby theindependent variable (the leadership style and work environment) effect significantly to thedependent variable (performance). The t-test results obtained from that leadership style andwork environment are partial positive and significant effect on performance of employees.Whereas the coefficient of determination R Square of 0.877 obtained, which means that87.7% change dependent variable (performance of employees) are capable of independentvariable explained by the (leadership style and work environment). The rest amounted to12.3% is explained by other variables outside of the variables used.Keywords: leadership styles, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study (1) is to determine the effect of partial communication on the performance of the Bantur Subdistrict Office, Malang Regency, (2) to determine the partial effect of the work environment on the performance of the Bantur Subdistrict office, Malang Regency, (3) To determine the communication and work environment in a partial way. Simultaneous significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Bantur District Office, Malang Regency.The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique is census or saturated sample with 30 respondents. The data in this study used a questionnaire measuring instrument using a Likert scale. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classification assumption, multiple linear regression, T test and F test. Based on the test results, the t-count value of 4.417 is greater than t-table 2.052 which shows a significant effect as well as the F-test results which show that the calculated F is 27,382 and the F table is 3.35 showing significant results.Keywords: Communication, Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether the ability of human resources, infrastructure and work environment partially and simultaneously affects the performance of employees of PT. Duta Kharisma Sentosa. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, and the nature of this research is explanotary research. The population in this study amounted to 65 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sample with a sample size of 65 respondents. From the research results, it can be concluded that the coefficient value of the human resource variable is positive and significant (the X1 coefficient is 0.441). shows the value of the coefficient of the infrastructure variable that is positive and significant (the X2 coefficient is 0.377). Keywords: Human Resource Capability, Infrastructure, Work Environment and Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) to find out and analyze the effect of simultaneous partial certification and licensing on the professionalism of tour guides in the Tourism and Culture Office of Malang Regency; 2) To find out and analyze the effect of simultaneous certification and licensing on the professionalism of tour guides in the Malang Regency Tourism and Culture Office; 3) To find out and analyze which certification and licensing variables have the dominant influence on the professionalism of Tour Guides in the Malang District Tourism and Culture Office.In this study the sample used was a tour guide in the Department of Tourism and Culture of Malang Regency totaling 39 people. The results of this study were; 1) The effect of certification (X1) and License value (X2) influences Professionalism (Y) of 0.797 (79.7%) and the rest (1.68%) is influenced by other variables included in this research model. In this study, the results showed that the Beta value for the certification variable (X1) was 0.686 (68.6%) and the License variable value (X2) was 0.200 (20%) influencing Professionalism (Y), so in this study the certification variable (X1) amounting to 0.686 (68.6%) has a dominant influence on changes in Professionalism (Y) of tour guides in the Tourism and Culture Office of Malang Regency.

Abstract

The role of humans in a company is very important, because humans are the main driver of the smooth running of the production process. Established company is to achieve the goal of obtaining optimal profit, for that the company will try as much as possible so that the goal is achieved as expected. One of the companies carried out in connection with achieving its goal is to improve employee work performance with the hope that the product achieved is increased and can master a wide market. The purpose of this study is to find out the leadership style and motivation partially influence the performance of employees at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, and find out the leadership style and motivation have a simultaneous influence on the performance of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk employees.The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk for the poor branch. The number of samples used in this study were 54 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. Method of data collection used through questionnaires, data analysis used is multiple linear regression.The results of the study prove the leadership style and motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of PT. Bank Mandiri ( Persero) Tbk employees. This means that the success of an organization is influenced by employee performance. The results of the study also prove that : the leadership style variable has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Malang Branch, and the motivation variable significantly influences the performance of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Malang Branch.Key word : leadership, motivation, performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is. 1) To find out and analyze the significance of the influence of the variable job training and work motivation partially on employee performance, 2) To find out and analyze the significance of the influence of the variable job training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance, and 3) To find out and analyze the variables that influence dominant to employee performance. In this study, the sample was employees of CV. Young Garuda Malang, totaling 36 people. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. From the research results, it can be seen that the variables of job training and work motivation partially have a significant effect on employee performance. 2) From the results of the study, it can be seen that the variables of job training and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, and 3) From the results of the study, it can be seen that job training variables have a more dominant influence on employee performance. Keywords: job training, work motivation and performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment, workload and organizational culture on the performance of Pamotan Health Center employees. This type of research is descriptive. The type of data used is primary data. Primary data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to Pamotan Health Center staff. Methods of data analysis using descriptive quantitative method, namely with multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were Pamotan Health Center employees, totaling 56 people. The sample in this study used the saturated sample method, with a total sample of 56 people.The results obtained from this study indicate that simultaneously work environment, workload and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of Pamotan Health Center employees, and partially show work environment, workload and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Pamotan Health Center employees.Keywords: Work Environment, Workload, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance.
