Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the Effect of Compensation and Training on Employee Performance. This research was conducted using a survey method for employees at the UB's Faculty of Agriculture Malang with a total sample of 56 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that compensation and training simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation and Training partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the compensation variable has a dominant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Training, Employee Performance

Abstract

This article aims to explain the important role of a leader in connection with theformation of individual creative behavior. Leadership has a huge role for theinitiative and motivation of the idea of the individual in achieving creativity, onthe other hand the characteristics of individual creativity is a function for theemergence of creative behavior and creativity of the individual. Successful leadersdo not just become a creative, but more than that he should be able to developcreative behavior followers. Base role of a leader is to coordinate the activities ofthe individual as a process without coercive influence that resulted in theacceptance or commitment and adaptability, so that they can contribute to theobjectives of the organization. The responsibility of a leader is to help developvalue creation by combining various differences or divergence of interests amongindividuals.Keywords: leadership, creative behavior, individual creativity

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and is carried out to answer three hypotheses. The instrument of this research is a list of direct questions that are distributed directly to the respondents. Respondents in this study were employees at the Sumbersekar Village Office, Dau District, Malang Regency as many as 34 people. The data analysis technique in this study used Multiple Regression Analysis.Based on the results of data analysis and discussions that have been carried out, that motivation has an effect on employee performance at the Sumbersekar Village Office, Dau District, Malang Regency. That organizational culture has an effect on employee performance at the Sumbersekar Village Office, Dau District, Malang Regency. That motivation and organizational culture simultaneously affect employee performance at the Sumbersekar Village Office, Dau District, Malang Regency. Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of the concept of kaizen in improving employee performance at PT Surabaya Autocomp Indonesia in Mojokerto. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The method used is qualitative research. The research procedure was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, 2) data display, and 3) conclusion or verification.The results showed that the implementation of the kaizen concept affected the performance of the employees of PT Surabaya Autocomp Indonesia. However, in applying the kaizen concept there are still a number of obstacles. The implementation of the kaizen concept is carried out by applying the 3M concept, the 5S concept, the PDCA concept (plan, do check, action), and the 5W + 1H concept. The effect of implementing the kaizen concept can be interpreted that to improve employee performance, companies can apply the kaizen concept effectively.Keywords: Kaizen Concept, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe consumer behavior in relation to purchasing decisions. Consumer behavior consists of the activities people perform when choosing what to buy and using products to satisfy needs and wants. The research was conducted through literature study to find references and literature on the topics covered. This study begins by describing the importance of understanding consumer behavior, the relationship of consumer behavior to marketing elements, and finally explaining the buying decision process. The consumer purchasing decision-making process is structured in five processes, namely: understanding the existence of a problem, searching for alternative solutions to problems, evaluating alternatives, purchasing or selecting, and post-purchase use and re-evaluation of the chosen alternative. demonstrated by its ability to influence and change consumer activities to achieve what is the target of the marketing strategy Keywords: consumer behavior, purchasing decisions, marketing management
