Sebagian besar penelitian penentuan posisi objek dalam gedung berdasarkan pada penggunaan sinyal jarak pendek, seperti WiFi, Bluetooth, ultra sound, dan infrared. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas penentuan posisi objek dalam gedung menggunakan Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM). Penggunaan GSM mempunyai kelebihan pada jangkauan area yang luas. Penentuan posisi objek menggunakan Receive Signal Strength (RSS) GSM fingerprinting. Skenario percobaan dilakukan dengan luasan 2 m2 dan menggunakan 4 Cell-ID. Estimasi posisi pada tahap positioning menggunakan metode Support vector Machine (SVM) yang hasilnya dibandingkan dengan metode Naïve Bayes (NB). Hasil penentuan posisi menunjukkan adanya perbedaan jarak kesalahan rata-rata minimum. Dengan menggunakan metode SVM akurasi sebesar 12.45. Kesalahan tersebut lebih baik daripada menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes dengan akurasi sebesar 14.6 meter pada jumlah Cell-ID yang sama yaitu 4 Cell-ID.

This research was conducted to estimate the location of objects in buildings which are fundamental challenges and indeed there have been many studies on localization in buildings based on signal strength by utilizing devices in it such as Wifi signals. The position of the object to receive signal strength calculated in this paper uses a classification algorithm called Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) or in English known as Artificial Neural Network (ANN) with a type of feed forward network or Backpropagation. The experiments conducted showed that the achievement of the accuracy value of the validation results based on the dataset was around 44.56%.

Information system is an integrated system that provides information or data to support various operational activities, management, and decision-making functions of an organization or company. Information systems are needed in an organization because what determines the running of an organization is the information it has, such as in making reports given to the leadership, depending on whether the information is accurate or not. As is the case in non-profit organizations in the community, namely Posyandu. Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu) is a form of Upaya Kesehatan Bersumberdaya Masyarakat (UKBM) carried out by, from and with the community, to empower and provide convenience to the community to obtain health services for mothers, infants and toddlers. The implementation of the Posyandu which is routinely carried out every month is carried out by health cadres whose workforce is voluntary and is chosen by local residents and is tasked with fostering the community. The purpose of this community service program is to provide knowledge and understanding to Posyandu cadres so that they can provide maximum health services to the community, especially health service administration during registration, recording and reporting, namely by providing socialization of the use of the Web-Based Posyandu Information System for Cendana Posyandu cadres in Kahuripan Village, Tasikmalaya City. Community service as a measure to socialize the Creative Economy through Technopreneur Training involves Muhammadiyah teachers from elementary to middle and high levels in Muhammaduyah Regional Leadership Tasikmalaya City is intended that teachers can operate businesses in their free time as teachers about business online by utilizing HP or Laptop/PC technology devices. Makning products for training participants can be as producers in the form of culinary, merchandise, resellers or as affiliates of goods or services that are created in such a way as a top products. The implementation of this training event was held on November 20, 2021 in the Auditorium of the University of Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya. Community Service Activities had done well, this can be measured from the level of participation of participants during the training who had high enthusiasm and responsibility. This activity is expected to motivate Muhammadiyah teachers in order to improve the community's economy in their respective places or regions.

The Women Entrepreneurs Community is one of the groups of women who become lumberjacks in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Some are housewives and some are working mothers. Since the 2020 pandemic, many activities have to be done almost entirely online from home. In relation to these situations, women also need to keep up with developments in information technology in order to be able to keep up with the latest developments in the current situation. All these mothers, especially those over the age of 40, have a good knowledge of existing programs on mobile phones and laptops, especially the Zoom application, and are able to attend widely available seminars and online training courses. It does not mean—self quality. The recovery to the new normal is still underway, but so far there are many online activities that require the use of the Zoom application. It is essential to know more about the use of information technology, such as the use of the Zoom application at home. As a result of this activity, mothers in the community are becoming more knowledgeable about information technology in their self-development activities.

Fiber optic is a transmission medium that can transmit information with large capacity. One of the developments in local fiber access networks is FTTH (Fiber to The Home). The construction of the FTTH network uses Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) technology so that it can provide broadband services to customers with a wider range. This research was studied by designing FTTH based on GPON technology in Cibeber Village, Manonjaya District. The existing condition of the FTTH network in Cibeber Village is that there are 2 Optical Distribution Points (ODP) for 20 customers with each ODP having 10 subscribers. From the results of the location survey by measuring the distance to each customer, the furthest distance to the customer for the two ODPs was obtained, so that 2 new ODPs were needed for the design. From the design of the new optical network infrastructure, it has been analyzed using the link power budget and rise time budget method based on the customer with the farthest distance before the addition of ODP has a Power Receive sensitivity of -16.631 dBm to -15.631 dBm on the uplink and -16.644 dBm to -15.574 dBm on the downlink, these results are in accordance with the expected standard, which ranges from -8 dBm to -27 dBm. In calculating the value of the rise time budget for customers after the addition of ODP, it has a value of 0.2044 ns to 0.2039 ns on the uplink and 0.2188 ns to 0.21574 ns on the downlink. This value is still below the standard time limit set by PT. Telkom Indonesia 0.56 ns for uplink and 0.292 ns for downlink. So based on this the results of the design are feasible to implement.

Dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya, guru harus terampil menyiapkan strategi pembelajaran agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat dicapai secara optimal. Diantara unsur strategi pembelajaran adalah keterampilan dalam memilih, menyiapkan dan memfungsikan media pembelajaran disamping pemilihan metode dan model pembelajaran. Seiring dengan perubahan kurikulum maka guru dituntut adaptif terhadap dinamika dan perkembangan peserta didik. Adaptasi tersebut berkaitan dengan cara guru menggunakan media pembelajaran yang berbasis pada Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Tak dapat dipungkiri bahwa perubahan kurikulum sedikit banyak telah membawa dampak bagi banyak guru, hal tersebut diakibatkan oleh lompatan teknologi informasi yang sangat cepat, akibatnya banyak guru yang melaksanakan tugasnya sebatas formalisme belaka, dan kondisi ini berujung pada kondisi kualitas peserta didik.Untuk tujuan tersebut pelatihan ini diselenggarakan.Pelatihan ini diberikan kepada guru-guru di lingkungan Perguruan Al Washliyah Kota Tasikmalaya. Perguruan Al Washliyah adalah lembaga pendidikan yang dikelola oleh organisasi sosial kemasyarakatan (ormas) Islam Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah, diikuti oleh 37 orang guru yang terdiri dari guru MTs (Madrasah Tsanawiyah), RA (Raudatul Athfal), TKIT (Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam Terpadu) dan MDA (Madrasah Diniyah). Pelatihan ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru dalam menunjang kualitas pembelajaran.

Integrated Service Post is one form of community-based health efforts organized by and for the community that aims to empower the community and provide convenience to the community. Communities targeted by Posyandu include pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, women of childbearing age, men of childbearing age, infants and toddlers in obtaining essential health services. The data on the results of the Posyandu activities are recorded in the administration book by the Posyandu cadres. Many Posyandu still records manual data; that is, the data is written in administrative books, which causes cadres to find it challenging to monitor all participants from time to time and make it challenging to report by the Health Office standards. Including one that occurred at the Cendana Posyandu as a partner located in 17, Kahuripan Village, Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City. The solution to this problem is to propose applying an information system that can facilitate data management and administration of partner posyandu, especially in the availability of effective and efficient data. This activity aims to implement the posyandu information system at the Cendana posyandu to improve the quality and accuracy of data management. The result of this activity is the availability of a Posyandu information system in a systematic, effective and efficient manner. It can make it easier for cadres to monitor the development of mothers and toddlers from time to time and facilitate report generation.
