Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh pembelajaran PMII tipe CWPT terhadap kesadaran metakognitif siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Paya Bakong Kabupaten Aceh Utara dengan menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest control group design.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X semester genap tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang terdiri dari 2 kelas yaitu kelas X-1 dan kelas X-2. Penentuan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dilakukan secara acak. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar inventori kesadaran metakognisi. Analisis data kesadaran metakognisi dianalisis menggunakan uji t pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran metakognitif siswa yang signifikan (P0,05) antara sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran PMII tipe CWPT pada konsep ekosistem.

Abstract

The writing of this paper aims to find out more closely how the mechanism for issuing PEB (Notification of Export of Goods) with CEISA 4.0 Customs Excise at PT. Kemasindo Cepat Medan. BC 3.0 or PEB (Goods Export Notification) is a customs document used for the implementation of the export of goods by the exporter or his proxy PPJK (Customs Service Management Entrepreneur) to Customs made with CEISA 4.0 issued by Customs. The mechanism for issuing PEB using CEISA 4.0 Customs is the focus of this research. This study aims to find out the documents prepared, obstacles that occur during the work of B.C 3.0 using CEISA 4.0, procedures and obstacles that occur when completing PEB using CEISA 4.0. In the BC solution. 3.0 itself has several related parties, namely the exporter who informs his proxy, namely PPJK, that there will be goods that want to be exported. And after the goods are finished stuffed or loaded into containers, the exporter submits the documents as a condition for the issuance of PEB and the Customs checks the documents and approves the issuance of BC.3.0 or PEB through the CEISA 4.0 system. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through direct interviews with the company and secondary data obtained from books in the library and other reading sources related to the subject matter taken.

Abstract

This paper discusses the WEB-based container loading and unloading operational management system at PT. Prima Indonesia Logistics Belawan. Several obstacles in the operational management information system for loading and unloading containers include electricity disturbances which prevent containers from entering the depot area and drivers who do not pay attention to the job orders being carried. The aim of this research is to understand how the operational management information system for loading and unloading containers works. This research uses field research methods, which involve direct observation and discussion with the company, as well as library research using books in the Medan Indonesian Maritime Adiguna Polytechnic library and other relevant reading sources. In conclusion, the web-based container loading and unloading operational management information system at PT. Prima Indonesia Logistics Baelawan has generally been implemented well and according to procedures, however there are still problems due to electrical disturbances which prevent containers from entering the get in area..

Abstract

This paper discusses the quarantine clearance out handling process through the SSM Single Submission System for the issuance of the Port Health Quarantine Certificate PHQC on the MT Jupiter Star ship managed by PT Semesta Sejahtera Lestari, Lampung Branch. Quarantine clearance out is an important stage in ensuring that ships departing from the port meet all health requirements and are free from the threat of diseases that can be transmitted to other areas. This process begins with the submission of an application by the ship's agent through the SSM System, which is designed to facilitate interaction between various related agencies, including the KKP Port Health Office, Customs, Immigration, and Ksop. After the application is submitted, quarantine officers will conduct a health inspection of the ship, including an examination of the crew and other health documentation. The results of this inspection are then recorded in the system and, if all requirements are met, a PHQC will be issued. This paper also identifies the challenges faced in the process, such as data integration between agencies that is sometimes less than optimal, and the importance of improving coordination between related parties to ensure a smooth clearance out process. Ultimately, the implementation of the SSM system is expected to increase efficiency and transparency in the process of issuing port health certificates, which in turn supports the smooth running of international shipping and trade activities. In writing this paper, the author used field research and library research methods.

Abstract

This paper is to determine the Role of PBM Wahana Intradermaga Niaga in the Dry Bulk Unloading Process at PT. Pelabuhan Belawan. Unloading activities are activities to unload goods from the ship's hold to the dock in the ship's hull or vice versa (stevedoring), activities to move goods from the dock using a conveyor to the warehouse/stacking yard or vice versa (cargodoring) and activities to pick up goods from the warehouse/yard carried onto a truck or vice versa (receiving/delivery). A dry bulk carrier is a ship specifically designed to be able to transport various dry bulk loads. In the distribution of dry bulk cargo there is an unloading process. Unloading aims to lower and raise goods from the ship to the port or vice versa. And in supporting this goal requires unloading equipment. The unloading equipment in question comes from the port. In carrying out the unloading process, MV. S Grace has obstacles in carrying out unloading. So that the purpose of unloading is not achieved optimally. Therefore, an analysis is needed to determine the factors that inhibit the productivity of dry bulk unloading so that unloading activities can run optimally. From the results of reading and observing this paper, the author states that the implementation of unloading has inhibiting factors, namely external factors. Crane breakdown and bad weather are inhibiting factors in the dry bulk unloading process. Based on these factors, it has an impact on unloading delays that are not according to schedule and increase ship queues. Therefore, the author suggests that port operators or ship crews carry out routine maintenance on the equipment used for loading and unloading so that dry bulk loading and unloading can run optimally. This paper uses the field research method and the library research method (data collection from the library).

Abstract

Renewal of Special Purpose Ship Safety (SPS) certificates is a crucial process in maintaining the seaworthiness of Accomodation Working Barge (AWB) type ships, which function as residential residences for offshore workers. Certificates that have expired must be renewed through a renewal mechanism in accordance with shipping safety regulations. This study aims to examine the application of the Shipping and Maritime Information System (SIMKAPEL) in the process of renewing the SPS certificate of the AWB Rajawali Miracle ship by PT. The Batam Global Kencana Cruise is under the supervision of the Batam Special KSOP. SIMKAPEL as a digital platform from the Directorate General of Sea Transportation provides the convenience of certification services efficiently and transparently, allowing service users to access the status of the application at any time without having to be present directly at the office. The research method used is the field method (Field Research) through direct observation of the online submission process, physical examination of the ship, and issuance of certificates, as well as the library research method with literature studies from relevant sources. The results of the study show that SIMKAPEL is able to speed up the administrative process, improve data accuracy, and strengthen service transparency. These findings recommend the optimization of digital systems in ship certification services as a strategic step towards a modern and responsive transformation of maritime bureaucracy.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the process of issuing the Ship Operation Plan RPK document and the procedure for adding a port of call, both managed by PT. Citra Maritime Batam using the Sea Traffic and Transport Information System SIMLALA. Within the national sea transport ecosystem, the RPK document serves as the official approval that allows Indonesian-flagged vessels to operate, covering both fixed-route liner and non-fixed-route tramper voyages. The research methodology employed is a combination of Field Research and Library Research. Data were collected through direct observation in the field to understand the detailed steps within the SIMLALA system, alongside literature review to obtain the theoretical foundation related to the RPK document and maritime administration mechanisms. The findings of this study highlight that the main objective of this process is to ensure that the ship can sail in compliance with applicable regulations, possessing valid certificates and approved routes. PT. Citra Maritime Batam, acting as the agent, plays a vital role in integrating ship data to complete the necessary documentation at Batam Port. The key to the smooth running of this process is effective coordination between the agent and relevant authorities in Batam to guarantee the seamless arrival, departure, and adherence to government regulations, thereby ensuring ship operational processes run without systemic or field-level obstacles.
