Abstract

Mahasiswa Psikologi perlu menguasai alat tes psikologi, namun mahasiswa kurang mempersiapkan diri sebelum memberikan alat tes kepada partisipan. Inovasi pembelajaran untuk membuat mahasiswa menerapkan hasil belajarnya pada situasi nyata dikenal dengan pembelajaran bermain peran. Variabel Efikasi diri mahasiswa psikologi diharapkan dapat meningkat melalui bermain peran menggunakan alat tes. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas intensitas bermain peran untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experiment dengan desain the one group pretest and posttest menggunakan skala efikasi diri. Analisa data menggunakan statistik parametrik t-test. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai t = -6.537 dengan p < 0,01. Hal ini berarti ada perbedaan pada taraf 99% efikasi diri antara sebelum dan sesudah pemberian metode bermain peran.

Abstract

Usia dini merupakan periode yang sangat krusial bagi seorang anak. Khususnya pada perkembangan anak karena sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan pada periode berikutnya hingga masa dewasanya. Perilaku bullying pada anak usia dini sering sekali diabaikan oleh orang tua bahkan guru, dengan anggapan bahwa anak usia dini belum memahami benar mana yang baik dan mana yang buruk, sehingga wajar dilakukan anak usia dini. Padahal perilaku bullying ini memiliki dampak yang sangat besar terutama bagi korban, seperti depresi, rendahnya kepercayaan diri atau minder, pemalu dan penyendiri, merosotnya prestasi akademik, merasa terisolasi dalam pergaulan, terpikir atau bahkan mencoba untuk bunuh diri apabila terjadi secara terus menerus, selain itu bullying juga memiliki dampak negatif pada perkembangan karakter anak, baik bagi si korban maupun pelaku. Pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa penyuluhan kepada orangtua yang memiliki anak usia dini mengenai perilaku bullying dan dampaknya pada anak usia dini. Penyuluhan ini merupakan upaya untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada orangtua tentang perilaku bullying di usia dini. Hasil yang didapat dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah berupa penambahan wawasan pengetahuan dari peserta kegiatan mengenai perilaku bullying, dampak bullying dan faktor faktor yang dapat menyebabkan munculnya perilaku bullying pada anak. Early age is a very crucial period for a child. Especially in child development because it is very influential on development in the next period until adulthood. Bullying behavior in early childhood is often ignored by parents and even teachers, with the assumption that early childhood does not really understand what is good and what is bad, so it is natural for early childhood to do. The perceived impact of the danger of bullying in terms of victims is depression, low self-confidence or inferiority, shy and aloof, declining academic achievement, feeling isolated in relationships, thinking, or even trying to commit suicide if it occurs continuously, besides that bullying also has an impact. negative on the character development of children, both for the victim and the perpetrator. This community service is in the form of counseling parents who have early childhood about bullying behavior and its impact on early childhood. This counseling is an effort to provide understanding to parents about bullying behavior at an early age. The results obtained from the implementation of this community service are in the form of adding insight into the knowledge of the participants regarding bullying behavior, the impact of bullying and the factors that can lead to the emergence of bullying behavior in children.

Abstract

Parenting patterns will determine how parents behave in preventing and overcoming stunting. Community service in the form of psychoeducation through online seminars (webinar) is considered necessary to provide understanding and knowledge to parents about stunting and the role of parents in child care to prevent and overcome stunting. Psychoeducation activities are carried out through webinars due to the Covid-19 pandemic conditions which make it impossible to gather in one place. This psychoeducation activity was attended by 88 participants consisting of housewives, working mothers and teenagers. The selection of participants was done by distributing activity posters and contacting several PAUDs. The effectiveness of psychoeducational activities is seen through an open questionnaire given to participants before and after the implementation of the activity. An open questionnaire in the form of questions that participants must answer descriptively to see the participants' responses to the implementation of psychoeducation. The results obtained from psychoeducational activities through this webinar showed that participants found this activity useful and provided new knowledge about stunting, especially parenting

Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors can affect students' independent learning during the covid 19 pandemic. As is known, the covid 19 pandemic has changed the learning process from conventional to online learning. This ultimately requires students to be able to learn more independently, which means students understand more problems, search for literature and solve problems independently. State Boredome, self Compassion and gender are thought to affect self directed learning students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 198 students on SMA IT in South Kalimantan. Research data was collected through google form using self directed learning scale, sstate boredome scale and self compassion scale. Data analysis using multiple regression with the results that there are effect of state boredom, self compassion and gender on self directed learning students. However, of the three research variables, it was only self compassion which significantly affected self directed learning students.

Abstract

This study was aimed at investigating the effect of peer attachment, parental involvement, and perceived school climate on self-awareness in junior high school students in East Martapura, South Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. The quantitative research method through product moment correlation and multiple linear regression analysis was applied in this study. The sample of the research was the total population of a junior school in East Martapura with significant number of dropout cases. The subject of this study consisted of male and female students in the age of 11 to 17 years old with a family background of traders and farmers as well as a Malay-bajar Islamic culture. The results of the study showed that there was a significant correlation between peer attachment and parental involvement. In contrast, there was no correlation between both factors and perceived school climate. Furthermore, it was also found that there was a significant positive effect of peer attachment, parental involvement, and perceived school climate on students' self-awareness. The results of this study indicated that to foster students’ self-awareness, schools need to establish communication with parents, create a comfortable and effective school climate for teaching and learning processes, as well as facilitate the students to develop peer attachment through extracurricular activities. In addition, schools may also take actions to implement field-based learning and provide career counseling for students to broaden their insights of alternative self-development besides trading and farming.

Abstract

Banyak hambatan yang dapat terjadi dari kesalahan memilih jurusan, seperti rendahnya motivasi yang berdampak pada prestasi akademik, tidak memiliki kepercayaan diri dalam mencapai sesuatu yang sebenarnya dapat diraih, atau penurunan performa kerja bahkan menjadi pegangguran setelah lulus. Siswa sekolah menengah atas perlu mengetahui minat mereka agar ketika memilih jurusan kuliah dapat memilih jurusan yang sesuai dan tepat untuk mereka. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan bekal pengetahuan bagi siswa khususnya siswa kelas XII mengenai minat mereka melalui pemberian tes minat. Tes minat yang digunakan adalah tes Rothwell-Miller Interest Blank (RMIB). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berjalan dengan lancar. Sebanyak 202 siswa mengikuti kegiatan ini dan mendapatkan pendampingan psikologis dari hasil tes minat yang mereka ikuti yaitu berupa rekomendasi jurusan serta cara mempersiapkan diri untuk memilih jurusan kuliah yang sesuai minat mereka.
