Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran kontrak psikologis dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap intensi turnover pada tenaga kesehatan generasi milenial. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua dimensi kontrak psikologis yaitu dimensi transaksional dan relasional. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat peran kontrak psikologis dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap intensi turnover pada tenaga kesehatan generasi milenial di rumah sakit. Partisipan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 118 tenaga kesehatan generasi milenial. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Skala Intensi Turnover, Psychological Contract Inventory, dan Skala Keterlibatan Kerja. Analisis regresi ganda dilakukan untuk mengolah data yang diperoleh. Hasil uji regresi berganda menunjukkan nilai F=25.273 pada taraf signifikansi (p<0.01). Hal ini menunjukkan hipotesis penelitian ini diterima, bahwa terdapat peran yang signifikan dari kontrak psikologis dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap intensi turnover. Kontrak psikologis dan keterlibatan kerja memiliki nilai sumbangan efektif dalam memprediksi intensi turnover sebesar 39,9%. Kontrak psikologis dan keterlibatan kerja dapat dijadikan sebagai usaha bagi perusahaan untuk mengurangi intensi turnover pada karyawan generasi milenial. Perusahaan dapat mengurangi intensitas turnover tenaga kerja generasi milenial dengan lebih memperhatikan pemenuhan kontrak psikologis karyawan baik transaksional maupun relasional.This study aims to examine the role of psychological contracts and job involvement in turnover intention in millennial generation health workers in hospitals. This study uses two psychological contracts dimensions, namely the transactional and relational dimensions. The hypothesis in this study is the role of psychological contracts and job involvement in turnover intention in millennial generation health workers in hospitals. Participants in this study totalled 118 millennial generation health workers. Measuring instruments used are Turnover Intention Scale, Psychological Contract Inventory and Work Engagement Scale. Multiple regression analysis was performed to process the data obtained. The results of multiple regression tests showed the value of F=25,273 at the significance level (p<0.01). This shows that the research hypothesis is accepted, there is a significant role of psychological contracts and work involvement towards turnover intention in millennial generation health workers. Psychological contracts and work involvement have an effective contribution value in predicting the turnover intention of 39.9%. Psychological contracts and work involvement can be used as an effort for companies to reduce turnover intentions on millennial generation employees. Companies can reduce the turnover intensity of millennial generation by paying more attention to fulfilling employees’ psychological contracts, both transactional and relational.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran stres kerja dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap intensi turnover pada karyawan generasi milenial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Stress Diagnostic Survey, Skala Keterlibatan Kerja, dan Skala Intensi Turnover digunakan untuk mendapatkan data yang berasal dari 100 orang subjek melalui survei online. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai F = 35,116 dengan p = 0,000 (p <0,01). Hal ini berarti bahwa stres kerja dan keterlibatan kerja memainkan peran penting terhadap intensi turnover pada karyawan generasi milenial. Koefisien determinasi (R2) yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,42, yang berarti bahwa kontribusi efektif stres kerja dan keterlibatan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap intensi turnover generasi milenial sebesar 42%. Stres kerja dan keterlibatan kerja secara parsial juga memainkan peran yang signifikan terhadap intensi turnover pada generasi milenial. Hubungan stres kerja dengan intensi turnover bersifat positif sedangkan hubungan keterlibatan kerja dengan intensi turnover bersifat negatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, terdapat saran kuat bagi perusahaan yang memiliki karyawan generasi milenial untuk memberikan fleksibilitas dan kenyamanan serta meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan mereka untuk mengurangi tingginya intensi turnover yang rawan muncul.

Abstract

Spiritualitas di tempat kerja menjadi isu yang tengah berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Pengaruh spiritualitas di dalam bekerja menjadi fokus penelitian untuk mencari tahu seberapa penting nilai-nilai spiritual mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja individu dan perusahaan. Meskipun masih dalam jumlah terbatas, di Indonesia khususnya Yogyakarta, terdapat beberapa perusahaan yang telah merintis penerapan spiritualitas Islam di tempat kerja dan menjadikan nilai spiritualitas sebagai salah satu kekhasan perusahaan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana nilai spiritualitas Islam diimplementasikan dalam sebuah perusahaan. Responden berjumlah 7 orang yang merupakan karyawan dari beragam level jabatan yang telah bekerja selama lebih dari 5 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Wawancara, observasi, serta studi dokumen digunakan sebagai metode dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ilmu, keteladanan dan doa menjadi 3 pinsip utama dalam strategi implementasi nilai-nilai spiritualitas Islam di Andromeda.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred since the beginning of 2019 has changed various aspects of human life. The rapid spread of the virus has restricted human activities, ranging from economic, educational, to socio-religious activities. This situation is a new thing for humans giving rise to various experiences. This study aimed to understand individual psychological experiences, including thoughts, feelings, attitudes, and perceptions in facing the pandemic in various age groups. This research consisted of two stages: the grounded theory survey approach and the phenomenological approach. In the first stage, as many as 447 participants of adolescence and early, middle to late adulthood have filled out an online questionnaire via the google form. The next stage was interviews with 15 participants related to experiences in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. The interview results were then analyzed using the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis method. The results showed that most adolescents described the COVID-19 pandemic as a crisis, while most of the adult group described it with negative emotions. All age groups decided on health as their main concern. Most of the participants considered that there were things to be grateful for during the COVID-19 pandemic. Groups of adolescents and early and middle adults made their family the thing they were most grateful for during the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the late adult group placed health as most grateful for. Gratitude was also believed to be a provision for someone to survive and see the positive side of an unpleasant event.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of work-family balance on turnover intentions in working women. The Work-Family Balance Scale and Turnover Intention Scale were used to obtain data from 102 female participants who worked in the formal sector and were married. The data were then analyzed using the linear regression method. The results showed that the value of F = 20,044 with p<0.001, so it can be interpreted that work-family balance significantly affects turnover intention in working women. The coefficient of determination (R2) produced is 0.167, which means that the effective contribution of work-family balance to the turnover intention of working women is 16,7%, while the relationship between work-family balance and turnover intention among working women is negative. Based on the results of this study, companies that have woman employees are advised to provide flexibility and comfort so that they can balance their roles at work and in the family well to reduce their turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran work-family balance terhadap intensi turnover pada wanita bekerja. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai F = 20,044 dengan p<0.001 sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa work-family balance memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap intensi turnover pada wanita bekerja. Koefisien determinasi (R2) yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 0,167 yang berarti bahwa kontribusi work-family balance terhadap intensi turnover sebesar 16,7%. Sementara itu, hubungan antara work-family balance terhadap intensi turnover wanita bekerja adalah negatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, perusahaan yang memiliki karyawan wanita disarankan untuk memberikan keleluasaan dan kenyamanan pada karyawannya agar dapat menyeimbangkan peran mereka di tempat kerja dan dalam keluarga dengan baik untuk mengurangi intensi turnover.
