Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of leadership motivation and job Polri Biddokkes Polda Kalsel always effort to improve work performance. It is influenced by compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment. To analyzing and to know the influence, the research need to do  in Polri Biddokkes Polda Kalsel. Quantitative method is used in this research. The population is all members of  Polri Biddokkes Polda Kalsel. They are 63 persons. Technique of sampling is census. This research samples are 63 person. The datas collection technique is questioner. Data is analyzed by linier regression analysis.The research result shows that compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment have influence significantly to the performance partially and simultance. Polri Biddokkes Polda Kalsel need to improve compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment to improve because these variables have influence significantly to the performanceKey Words: Performance, compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment

Abstract

This study aims to describe each variable, analyze the effect of product quality, price, and brand image of influence on the intention of purchasing decision of Madlyson product, and analyze the dominant variable affecting purchase decision at Aztekline store in Tulungagung. This study was processed using quantitative approach with survey method, sampling was 60 respondents. Data were collected through observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression analysis techniques, including multiple correlation coefficient, multiple determination coefficient and t test (partial) and F (simultaneous) test. Then, the data obtained will be analyzed using SPSS software version 16 (Statistics Package for Social Sciences). Analyzer used consisted of: Analysis of validity and reliability, Test of Classic Assumption, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroskidastity Test. The results of the analysis show that product quality, price, and brand image simultaneously affect the purchase decision of the product. Partially, all independent variables significantly affect purchasing decisions. The dominant variable is the brand image (56.8%). The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the independent variables studied can contribute to the dependent variable of 46.3% while the remaining 53.7% due to the contribution of outside research variables.

Abstract

A conceptual outline is offered that explore the consequences of service quality, company image, switching barriers on customer retention mediated by customer satisfaction at LB-LIA Banjarmasin. To test the framework, structural equation modelling technique is applied to data gathered from 141 students in this informal education institution. The results revealed that service quality has substantial effect on customer satisfaction and customer retention, corporate image has an effect on customer satisfaction while switching barriers do not significantly influence customer satisfaction or customer retention and lastly customer satisfaction has a major effect on customer retention. It is recommended that service quality, corporate image and customer satisfaction be maintained and switching barrier needs to be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, company image, switching barriers on customer retention through customer satisfaction at LB-LIA Banjarmasin.
