Abstract

This research was motivated by employee commitment The Regional Secretariat of Bima Regency is classified as low. Employee commitment can be seen from the level of discipline or compliance in the form of loyalty to the task assigned to it. Then lazy employees are important evidence of low loyalty to tasks and responsibilities in advancing the organization. commitment to the organization will be seen to what extent an individual works with high enthusiasm and a strong willingness to remain in an organization to fight for the organization's vision, mission, values and goals.Many factors affect employee performance including job characteristics, work environment and work motivation.The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Effect of Job Characteristics, Work Environment and Work Motivation Against the Commitment of Organizations of the Bima Regency Secretariat Employees. This research was conducted with a quantitative method with an associative approach.The population of this research is the entire ASN within the scope of the Bima Regency Secretariat. The study population was determined by either 175 employees or had never been promoted.Data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, regression requirements test, multiple regression analysis and also hypothesis testing.After calculating it is known that a significant level of 0.00 <0.05 and F arithmetic = 10,170> F table = 6,912 means that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) reads "There are Simultaneous and Significant Effects of Job Characteristics, Work Environment and Moratorium on Organizational Commitment "is accepted.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi khususnya di Universitas Pamulang. Selain itu diharapkan dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tersebut keberadaan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada pengembangan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini penyampaikan materi secara verbal dalam pelaksanaan ini materi dalam penyuluhan berisi tentang bagaimana cara untuk membuat ice cream sebagai peluang usaha bagi ibu rumah tangga di Desa Cicalengka, Tangerang-Banten. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang diperoleh yakni kegiatan yang dilaksanakan bagi masyarakat Desa Cicalengka adalah kegiatan jual beli guna membantu masyarakat sekitar untuk memperolah pemasukan tambahan dalam mengatasi pembatasan aktivitas yang dilakukan pemerintah guna menganggulangi pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan yang diberikan adalah bagaimana cara membuat ice cream dengan bahan baku ubi jalar, serta diberikan info juga mengenai bagaimana cara menjual hasil olahan tersebut (ice cream). Ilmu yang diperoleh pada pengabdian masyarakat ini harapannya semakin memberikan wawasan mengenai bagaimana cara membuat serta menjual produk yang telah dihasilkan yakni ice cream ubi jalar, hal ini bertujuan agar masyarakat sekitar masih memperolah tambahan pemasukan guna kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari para warga/masyarakat di Desa Cicalengka, Kec. Pagedangan Kab. Tangerang – Banten.

Abstract

Bertambahnya potensi masyarakat yang mampu dan sudah wajib untuk membayar zakat atas harta yang dimilikinya dan kesadaran untuk melakukan infak dan sedekah, namun karena kurangnya informasi tentang zakat, infak dan sedekah (ZIS) maka diperlukan suatu badan atau lembaga untuk mengelola ZIS. Dilihat dari situasi seperti itu munculah pemikiran untuk menjalankan suatu kegiatan dengan sistem yaitu sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dalam transaksi, pengelolaan maupun edukasi mengenai zakat, infak dan sedekah. Sistem informasi Zakat, Infak dan Sedekah di Masjid Abu Bakar Asshiddiq ini dibangun menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan perangkat lunak, desain, pembuatan kode program, dan pengujian. Sistem informasi ini berbasis web dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, antarmuka HTML, CSS dan javascript serta pengolahan database Mysql. Sistem informasi ini dijalankan dengan software XAMPP menggunakan server apache di local dan belum dapat diakses melalui internet. Hasil yang diperoleh dari Sistem informasi Zakat, Infak dan Sedekah di Masjid Abu Bakar Asshiddiq ini adalah membantu melaksanakan kegiatan Zakat, infak dan sedekah. Terutama untuk pengelola ZIS yang dapat lebih cepat dalam melakukan kegiatannya dan dapat menyimpan informasi secara aman dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan serta sebagai media edukasi untuk masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1) To determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction at the Dapuruma at the Great Mosque of Bintaro Jaya 2) To determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Dapuruma at the Masjid Raya Bintaro Jaya 3) To determine the effect of product quality and service quality on satisfaction. consumers at Dapuruma At Masjid Raya Bintaro Jaya The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and the sample obtained in this study amounted to 96 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 13,967 + 0.412X1, the correlation value of 0.654 means that the two variables have a strong relationship level. The value of the coefficient of determination is 42.8%. Hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (8,380 > 1,986). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 14,328 + 0.648 X2, the correlation value of 0.663 means that the two variables have a strong relationship level. The value of the coefficient of determination is 44.0%. Hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (8,596 > 1,986). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. Product quality and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 7.823 + 0.254X1 + 0.416X2. The correlation value of 0.739 means that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination is 54.6% while the remaining 45.4% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing is obtained by the calculated F value > F table or (55,845 > 2,700). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant effect of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location and price on the decision to buy a house at PT. Rizky Adri Perkasa. The research methodology used is the Associative method. The population in this study were all home buyers at PT. Rizky Adri Perkasa using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 166 respondents. The data analysis method used simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, and correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t test and simultaneous F test. The results showed that: (1) There was an influence of location on the decision to buy a house at PT. Rizky Adri Perkasa this can be proven from a simple linear regression equation Y=26,151+0,420X1. The correlation value is 0.656 (strong). The value of the coefficient of determination is 43%. The value of tcount 11.118 > ttable 1.974 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. (2) There is an influence between the price on the decision to buy a house at PT. Rizky Adri Perkasa, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y=23,155+0,484X2. The correlation value is 0.709 (strong). The value of the coefficient of determination is 50.2%. The tcount is 12.867 > ttable 1.974 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. (3) There is an influence between location and price on the decision to buy a house at PT. Rizky Adri Perkasa, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y=21,722+0,192X1+0,336X2. The correlation value is 0.738 (Strong). The value of the coefficient of determination is 54.5%.F value calculated is 97.583 > Ftable 3.90 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Bengkel Kamal Motor Gunung Sindur. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang mengunakan jasa Bengkel Kamal Motor sebesar 7.089 pelanggan berdasarkan jumlah pelanggan pada tahun 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Bengkel Kamal Motor Gunung Sindur dengan persamaan regresi Y=3.027+0.885X1. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,814 (sangat kuat). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 66,2%. Nilai thitung 13.787 > ttabel 1,984 dengan signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Bengkel Kamal Motor Gunung Sindur dengan persamaan regresi Y=6.557+0.769X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,755 (kuat). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 57%. Nilai thitung 11.345 > ttabel 1,984 dengan signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. Kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Bengkel Kamal Motor Gunung Sindur dengan persamaan regresi Y=0.916+0,623X1+0,315X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,837 (sangat kuat). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 70%. Nilai Fhitung 112.020 > Ftabel 3,091 dengan tingkat siginifikan 0,001 < 0,05
