Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial dan simultan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Mulia Buana Parungpanjang yang berjumlah 87 responden.Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 3,366 > ttabel 1,667. Nilai koefisien regresi parsial sebesar 0,336 atau 33,6% dan nilai signifikansi 0,001, hal ini berarti lebih besar dari taraf kepercayaan yang telah ditetapkan sebesar 0,05 (5%). (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara insentif  dengan kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 3,621 > ttabel 1,667. Nilai koefisien regresi parsial sebesar 0,318 atau 31,8% dan nilai signifikansi 0,001, hal ini berarti lebih besar dari taraf kepercayaan yang telah ditetapkan sebesar 0,05 (5%). (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan insentif  dengan kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung 15,072 > Ftabel 3,11. Nilai koefisien regresi secara simultan sebesar 0,264 atau 26,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 73,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar variabel penelitian ini. Kata Kunci    : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Insentif dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi khususnya di Universitas Pamulang. Selain itu diharapkan dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tersebut keberadaan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada pengembangan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini penyampaikan materi secara verbal dalam pelaksanaan ini materi dalam penyuluhan berisi tentang bagaimana cara untuk membuat ice cream sebagai peluang usaha bagi ibu rumah tangga di Desa Cicalengka, Tangerang-Banten. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang diperoleh yakni kegiatan yang dilaksanakan bagi masyarakat Desa Cicalengka adalah kegiatan jual beli guna membantu masyarakat sekitar untuk memperolah pemasukan tambahan dalam mengatasi pembatasan aktivitas yang dilakukan pemerintah guna menganggulangi pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan yang diberikan adalah bagaimana cara membuat ice cream dengan bahan baku ubi jalar, serta diberikan info juga mengenai bagaimana cara menjual hasil olahan tersebut (ice cream). Ilmu yang diperoleh pada pengabdian masyarakat ini harapannya semakin memberikan wawasan mengenai bagaimana cara membuat serta menjual produk yang telah dihasilkan yakni ice cream ubi jalar, hal ini bertujuan agar masyarakat sekitar masih memperolah tambahan pemasukan guna kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari para warga/masyarakat di Desa Cicalengka, Kec. Pagedangan Kab. Tangerang – Banten.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT. Abadi Lestari in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 39.9%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (6.211 > 2.002). Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by 35.9%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (5.706 > 2.002). Motivation and discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.394 + 0.313X1 + 0.284X2 and the contribution of the influence is 51.5%, hypothesis testing is obtained by F arithmetic > F table or (30.228 > 2.770).

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Information Technology-Based Teaching on the Competence of Vocational School Teachers in Parung Panjang, Bogor Regency, West Java. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of information technology-based teaching on the competence of study teachers at Vocational High Schools in Parung Panjang. Bogor Regency. West Java The method used is explanatory research where the population is all Vocational High School (SMK) teachers in the Parung Panjang area. Bogor Regency. West Java, as many as 165 teachers. While in taking the sample, the writer used the Slovin formula with an error level of 5% where after calculating the number of samples obtained were 117 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study PBTI variable obtained an average score of 3.98 with good criteria. The teacher competency variable obtained an average score of 4.06 with good criteria. The statistical test on the structure-1 model obtained tcount> ttable (4.002> 1.98) and Sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). This result means that the PBTI variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher competence.Keywords: Information Technology Based Teaching, Teacher Competence.Abstrak: Pengaruh Pengajaran Berbasis Teknologi Informasi terhadap Kompetensi Guru SMK di Wilayah Parung Panjang, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengajaran berbasis teknologi informasi terhadap kompetensi guru studi pada  Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di  wilayah Parung Panjang. Kabupaten Bogor. Jawa Barat Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dimana populasi adalah seluruh guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di  wilayah Parung Panjang. Kabupaten Bogor. Jawa Barat sebanyak 165 guru. Sementara dalam pengambilan sampel, penulis menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat galat 5% dimana setelah dihitung didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 117 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel PBTI diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,98 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel Kompetensi Guru diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 4,06 dengan kriteria baik. Uji statistik pada model struktur-1 didapat nilai thitung > ttabel (4.002 > 1.98) dan Sig < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Hasil ini mengartikan variabel PBTI berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru.Kata Kunci: Pengajaran Berbasis Teknologi Informasi, Kompetensi Guru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Data was collected using a survey method with a questionnaire distribution technique. The respondents of this research were the staff or employees of the Collection division at PT. Smart Credit Indonesia as many as 92 respondents. The analytical method used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the statistical testing tool SPSS 22 (statistical program for social science) for windows. The results showed that simultaneously motivation and work discipline affect employee performance by 42.3%. Partially, motivation affects employee performance by 25.7%, while work discipline affects employee performance by 40.8% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee work productivity at PT. Kasih Karunia Sejati Cabang Tangerang Regency. The research method used used descriptive quantitative methods. The sample used was a saturated sample using the entire population of 60 PT. Kasih Karunia Sejati Cabang Tangerang Regency. Data analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. From the results of this research it can be concluded that compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity with a value of T_count > T_table or (12.779 > 1.672) and is strengthened by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, Ho_1 is rejected and H_1 is accepted. Motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity with a value of T_count > T_table or (12.364 > 1.672) and is strengthened by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, Ho_2 is rejected and H_2 is accepted. Compensation and motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity with a value of F_count > F_table or (176.730 > 3.159) and is strengthened by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, Ho_3 is rejected and H_3 is accepted. Compensation and motivation on employee work productivity have a regression effect of Y = 4.298 + 0.500X1 + 0.403X2 + α. The result of the R-square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.861, it can be concluded that the variables compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) together have an influence contribution to the variable (Y) of 86.1% while the remaining 13.9% is influenced by other factors or other variables not studied.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Wita Kharisma Jaya Bersama Bekasi West Java. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was Non Probability sampling with a sample of 65 respondents. In collecting data using observation techniques and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 10,933 + 0.744 X1. The correlation coefficient value for the Leadership style variable is 0.829, meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 68.7%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (11.751 > 0.244). Thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between Leadership style and Employee Performance. Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 5.933 + 0.841 X2. The Work Discipline correlation coefficient value is 0.878, meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 77.1%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (14.549 > 0.244). Thus, H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance. Leadership style and Work Discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y= 4.939 + 0.291 X1 + 0.583 X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.897, meaning that the independent variable and the related variables have a very strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 80.4%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of fcount > ftable or (127.119 > 3.14). Thus, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Leadership style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Wita Kharisma Jaya Bersama Bekasi West Java.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Khan Yoga Fit Jakarta Utara. baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel sebanyak 86 responden. Analisis data mengunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji linier sederhana, uji regresi linier berganda, koefesien determinasi, uji t hipotesis dan uji f hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y= 16,272 + 0,608 X1 koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,695. Nilai koefesien determinasi sebesar 48,3% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (3,901>1,716). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y= 11,728 + 0,714 X2. koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,734. Nilai koefesien determinasi sebesar 53,9% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (5,201>1,716). Motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 8,648 + 0,319 X1 + 0,473 X2. Nilai koefesien korelasi sebesar 0,738. Artinya variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Uji koefesien determinasi sebesar 39%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 74,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain. uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau (64,922 > 3,11).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research with primary data sources. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia's West Jakarta branch security unit in 2020-2022 numbered 159 people. The sample selection method used in this research was the Solvin method so that the sample obtained using this method was 61 respondents. Y = -0.067 + 0.455X_1 + 0.319X_2. Partial research results on the independent variable Work Discipline have a significant effect on the dependent variable Employee Performance of 79.8%, hypothesis testing obtained T count > T table or (15.263> 2.0017). Partial research results of independent variables in the Work Environment have a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable by 78.8%, hypothesis test T count > T table or (14.815 > 2.0017). Work Discipline and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable Employee Performance by 86.8%, hypothesis testing obtained calculated F > F table or (190.055 > 3.16).

Abstract

The research methods used are quantitative and associative methods. Data collection techniques in this research used observation techniques and questionnaires. Data obtained by a questionnaire with 70 employees as respondents. Questionnaire data testing was analyzed using SPSS version 25 calculations, using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, hypothesis tests and simultaneous tests. Based on the results of this research, it can be seen from the results of multiple linear regression analysis that the equation value Y = 29,832+ 0.123 X1 + 0.110 ) with work motivation and work facilities (independent variables) have a very strong level of relationship. Based on hypothesis testing using the t test between the variable providing work motivation (X1) and employee performance (Y), the result is tcount is greater than ttable (5,130 >1,995) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that incentives have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the t test between the work facility variable (X2) and employee performance (Y) resulted in tcount being greater than ttable (5,940 > 1,995) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that work facilities have a positive effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination value of 57.6% while the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other variables which were not researched and based on the f test between the variables providing incentives and work facilities on employee performance it was obtained the results of fcount > ftable = 21,719 > 2,740 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that work motivation and work facilities influence employee performance at PT Bahana Mitra Prima South Tangerang.
