Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: untuk mengetahui bagaimana peluang masyarakat (warga Cicalengka Kecamatan Pagedangan) dalam kewirausahaan di era industry digital 4.0, untuk mengetahui bagaimana menjalankan menejemen kewirausaha pada era industry digital 4.0 di warga Cicalengka Kecamatan Pagedangan dan untuk membangun masyarakat yang berkarakter kuat, mandiri, produktif dan kreatif serta inovatif dalam berwirausaha. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan pada warga Cicalengka Kecamatan Pagedangan yang beralamat di Jl Pagedangan kp pagedangan RT 001 RW 002 Desa Cicalengka kecamatan Pagedangan   Kabupaten Tangerang-Banten. Dilakukan pada hari sabtu dan minggu tanggal 5 sampai 6 September 2020. Pendampingan dilakukan secara kelompok. Peserta yang mengikuti pengabdian ini  adalah  warga Cicalengka Kecamatan Pagedangan, berjumlah 45 orang. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan di dalam pengabdian ini adalah Setiap masyarakat dalam hal ini di warga Cicalengka Kecamatan Pagedangan memiliki peluang yang sama dengan masyarakat yang lainnya dalam menjalankan kewiraussahaan di era industry digital 4G setelah mendapatka pelatihan dan motivasi dan harus berani untuk memulainya. Menjalankan menejemen kewirausaha pada era industry digital 4G dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja, kapan saja tidak mengenal tempat dan waktu dan siapa pelanggannya, terlebih yang menjalankan bisnis tersebut adalah anak-anak muda (milenial).Kata Kunci: Manejemen, Kewirausahaan dan industry 4G

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk Kantor Cabang Kelapa Gading. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan, metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh sebanyak 71 responden. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi program SPSS Versi 26. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f). Hasil penelitian ini adalah pada pengujian hipotesis secara parsial variabel Motivasi (X1) diperoleh nilai t hitung < t tabel (0,237 < 1,995) dan nilai signifikansi (0,814 > 0,05). Artinya Motivasi (X1) berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). dan pada varibel Disiplin Kerja (X2) diperoleh nilai t hitung > tabel (9,364 > 1,995) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05). Artinya disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan diperoleh f hitung > f tabel (130,682 > 3,13) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Motivasi (X1) Dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 78,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 21,3% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Prima Sains Sejahtera Mandiri Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode asosiatif dan populasi karyawan PT Prima Sains Sejahtera Mandiri Kota Tangerang Selatan sebanyak 60 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t parsial dan uji F simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Prima Sains Sejahtera Mandiri Kota Tangerang Selatan hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 25,370+0,407X1. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,624 (kuat). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 38,9%. Nilai thitung 6,083 > ttabel 2,002 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Lingkungan Kerja Fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Prima Sains Sejahtera Mandiri Kota Tangerang Selatan, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 31,541+0,295X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,611 (kuat). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 50,9%. Nilai thitung 5,882 > ttabel 2,002 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan Stres Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Prima Sains Sejahtera Mandiri Kota Tangerang Selatan, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 23,804+0,277X1+0,193X2, Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,713 (kuat). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 50,9%. Nilai Fhitung 29,524 > Ftabel 3,160 dengan tingkat siginifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of cooperative learning model using the Think Pair Share (TPS) technique. The subjects of the study were the students of class VII-A at SMPN 3 Surabaya. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through tests, namely formative tests and post-tests. The results showed a significant improvement in students' mathematics learning outcomes after the application of the Think Pair Share technique. In the first cycle, the average student scores increased significantly compared to before the intervention, with even greater improvements observed in the second cycle. Besides improving learning outcomes, the application of the Think Pair Share technique also had a positive impact on student participation and interaction during the learning process. Students became more active in discussions and helped each other understand the lesson material. Therefore, the Think Pair Share technique has proven effective in enhancing the mathematics learning outcomes of students in class VII-A at SMPN 3 Surabaya. .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Sapphire Sky Hotel BSD Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh, di mana seluruh populasi sebanyak 64 orang dijadikan responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan indikator stres kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 29, meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta uji koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 3,323 > ttabel 1,999 dan signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan thitung 5,736 dan signifikansi < 0,001. Secara simultan, stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan Fhitung 215,898 > Ftabel 3,15 dan signifikansi < 0,001. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,864 menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja berkontribusi sebesar 86,4% terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and work discipline on employee performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama Pondok Cabe Area. This research method uses saturated sampling of 61 respondents. Data analysis uses the SPSS Version 26 program application. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, hypothesis test (t test and f test). The results of this study are work stress has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 78.5% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table (1.346> 2.001). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 78.5% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table (2.133> 2.001). Job stress and work discipline simultaneously significantly impact employee performance, with a regression of Y = 13.127 + 0.186 (X1) + 0.421 (X2). The coefficient of determination is 78.5%, while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test yielded a calculated F value > F table, or (110.651 > 3.15).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Putra Langgeng Perkasa, South Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, resulting in a total sample of 112 respondents.Data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 43.454 + 0.126X₁. The correlation coefficient obtained was 0.409, indicating a moderate relationship between the two variables. The coefficient of determination was 4.5%. Hypothesis testing showed that t₍count₎ > t₍table₎ (2.495 > 1.982); therefore, H₀ was rejected and H₁ was accepted, indicating a significant effect of the work environment on employee performance. Furthermore, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 39.375 + 0.212X₂. The correlation coefficient was 0.874, indicating a very strong relationship between the variables. The coefficient of determination was 72.9%. Hypothesis testing results showed t₍count₎ > t₍table₎ (17.325 > 1.982); thus, H₀ was rejected and H₂ was accepted, indicating a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. Simultaneously, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by the regression equation Y = 35.288 + 0.115X₁ + 0.211X₂. The correlation coefficient obtained was 0.881, indicating a very strong relationship between the variables. The coefficient of determination was 77.3%. Hypothesis testing showed F₍count₎ > F₍table₎ (141.256 > 3.130); therefore, H₀ was rejected and H₃ was accepted, indicating that environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organiza-tional commitment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT Tambang Mitra Jaya. The method used is quantitative associative research, mean-ing to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The partial and simultaneous sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire and obtained a sample of 80 respond-ents. Data analysis uses the SPSS version 25 program. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 47.6% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (3.143> 1.665). Job satisfaction commitment has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 64.3% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.103> 1.665). Work environment and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant ef-fect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Ŷ = 5.089 + 0.268X1 + 0.598X2 + e, a correlation value of 0.829. The coefficient of determination is 0.679 or 67.9% while the remaining 32.1% is explained by other factors. Hypothe-sis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (84.731 > 3.115).
