Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh komunikasi dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap implementasi metoda Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) di Desa Gunung Bunder II, Kecamatan Pamijahan, Kabupaten Bogor, Propinsi Jawa Barat.Penelitian yang dilakukan penulis penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptip analitis dengan menggunakan metode survey. Variabel yang diteliti adalah variabel independent yaitu Komunikasi (X1) dan Partisipasi Masyarakat (X2) mempengaruhi Implementasi Metoda CLTS (Y) sebagai variabel dependent.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah warga Desa Gunung Bunder II dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 53 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) terdapat pengaruh komunikasi terhadap implementasi Community Led Total Sanitation di Desa Gunung Bunder II, yaitu sebesar 0,021% dan berarti pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05 , (2) terdapat pengaruh partisipasi masyarakat terhadap implementasi Community Led Total Sanitation di Desa Gunung Bunder II, yaitu sebesar 37,6% dan berarti pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05,  (3) terdapat pengaruh komunikasi dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap implementasi Community Led Total Sanitation di Desa Gunung Bunder II, yaitu sebesar 67,02% dan berarti pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Implementasi Metoda CLTS

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Confirmation Bias and Risky Choice Framing on farmers' investment decisions. The questions in this study are whether Confirmation Bias affects farmers' investment decisions and whether Risky Choice Framing affects farmers' investment decisions. The analysis technique in this research includes correlation test, determination test and F test which is a model feasibility test, followed by multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t). The sample method uses purposive sampling, with several criteria developed previously. Questionnaires were used to collect data from respondents. Respondents in this study were farmers in Blubur Limbangan District, Garut Regency. In total there are 356 respondents. Based on the results of hypothesis testing (t), Confirmation Bias affects farmers' investment decisions and Risky Choice Framing affects farmers' investment decisions.

Abstract

decreasing employee performance, therefore it is clear that every company needs an effective leadership style because in this case it also depends on the reliability and ability of employees in operating work units. existing in an organization, effective leadership and the influence and role of leadership are very necessary because in reality the success of an organization is determined by the leadership and leadership style developed in the organization to achieve the goals of the organization. This research was conducted with a problem formulation of how much influence leadership style and work environment have on work productivity at the BNI Jakarta Kota Branch Office. This type of research is a qualitative type of research using interview methods and productivity data collection. From the results of the research data analysis, it was concluded that the influence of the leadership style and work environment applied by the BNI Jakarta Kota Branch Office had a positive effect on increasing employee productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT Altrak 1978 Bintaro. The method used in this research is quantitative and the data is collected by questionnaires distributed via google form. The number of samples in this study were 72 respondents and the data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicolonierity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression linear analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of the study obtained that Work Discipline (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 5.789 + 0.852 X1. the results of the hypothesis test (t test) obtained a tcount value of 15.319> t table 1.666 and a significant 0.000 < 0.05. Thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between Work Discipline and Employee Performance. Motivation (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 9.588 + 0.757 X2. The results of the hypothesis test (t test) obtained a tcount value of 12.415> t table 1.666 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between Motivation on Employee Performance. Work Discipline (X1) and Motivation (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 4.982 + 0.620 X1 + 0.252 X2. The results of the hypothesis test (F test) obtained an Fhitung value of 129.124> Ftable 3.13 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be decided that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance of PT Altrak 1978 Bintaro

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between compensation and organizational culture on employee turnover intention at PT Samco Farma, Tangerang City. The method used is an associative research type with a quantitative approach. There are 80 respondents as samples. Data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that location and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 11.911 + 0.305X1 + 0.435X2. with a correlation value of 0.778 and a coefficient of determination value of 60.6% while the remaining 39.4% is influenced by other factors. The t test shows that the t_count value is 3.105 > t_table 1.991 with a significance of 0.003 < 0.05. Partially there is a significant influence of the compensation variable on turnover intention. The t test shows that the t¬_count value is 4.802 > t_table 1.991 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.050. Partially there is a significant influence of organizational culture variables on turnover intention. The F test shows that the F_count value is 59.163 > F_table value 3.115, reinforced by pvalue < Sig 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), indicating that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between compensation and organizational culture on turnover intention at PT Samco Farma Tangerang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kinerja pada Karyawan Alfamidi Di Wilayah Pesanggrahan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, teknik sampling menggunakan sampel slovin yaitu sebanyak 58 karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan: uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear sederhana, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y = 7.557 + 0.881X1. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,942 artinya memiliki tingkat hubungan sangat kuat dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 88,7% artinya kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja sebesar 88,7%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (11,368 > 2,003) dan diperkuat oleh nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Disiplin kerja secara parsial juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y = 11.639 + 0.881X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,961 artinya memiliki hubungan sangat kuat dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 74,2% artinya kinerja dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja sebesar 74,2%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (5,063 > 2,003) dan diperkuat oleh nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 5.709 + 0.651X1 + 0.291X2, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,961 yang berarti memiliki tingkat hubungan sangat kuat dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 92,3% artinya kinerja dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja sebesar 92,3%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji F diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel (329.841 > 3,16) dan diperkuat dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian terbukti bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.
