Abstract

Padang City is a city that is the center of economic and educational movement in West Sumatra. Meanwhile, Padang Panjang City is one of the cities that is currently preparing the younger generation to become the part that will cultivate the city well. Unlike the city of Padang, Padang Panjang City is a city that is currently one of the cities with culinary attractions that are in demand by the people of West Sumatra. This is a major attraction for the city trip. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that will influence the choice of the community to use the land public transportation mode between Minibus and Travel Car from Padang Panjang to Padang, and to analyze the choice of modes to get the best travel mode of transportation. Travel attraction modeling is done using multiple linear regression equations with the help of the SPSS program. The characteristics of the community's journey to Padang Panjang City to Padang City were that the gender was male (58.5%), the age of the people who traveled 15-25 years (55.5%), high school education (52%), student community work (45 %), the total income is <IDR 1 million (50%), the most common mode to go to Padang city is both (49%), the reason for choosing the mode is cost (39.0%), and the most frequent departure is 2x a week (30 %). The factors that influence the travel attraction (y) are influenced by income (X1), travel time (X2), convenience (X3). with a value of R 2 = 0.516

Abstract

Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu merupakan salah satu Kabupaten yang ada di Provinsi Riau yang saat ini memiliki perkembangan sangat pesat terdiri dari lahan pertanian, industri dan penduduk beserta transportasinya. Akibat perkembangan penduduk dan transportasi maka akan membutuhkan angkutan umum sebagai penunjang perkembangan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini unuk mengetahui demand angkutan perdesaan dan menganalisis jumlah kebutuhan armada pelayanan serta merekomendasi sistem penyelenggaaraan Angkutan Perdesaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Untuk pengeluaran BOK + PPN 10% per km keseluruhan trayek pada alternatif 1 sebesar Rp1.829.704.867,- dan pada alternatif 2 yaitu Rp 2.049.580.512,-. Untuk pendapatan yang didapat pada keseluruhan trayek per km yaitu sebesar Rp 3.739.060.000,-. Kemudian untuk keuntungan yang didapat pada alternatif 1 yaitu Rp 1.909.355.133,- dan kentungan yang didapat pada alternatif 2 yaitu Rp 1.689.479.487,-.

Abstract

Pemerintah daerah kota Padang dan Pariaman berupaya keras dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan pariwisata, salah satunya di perlukan dukungan sarana dan prasarana transportasi pariwisata yaitu transportasi kereta api yang banyak digemari oleh masyarakat. Rute ini menjadi pendukung dalam sektor pariwisata karena stasiun pemberhentian berada dekat kawasan pantai sehingga memudahkan masyarakat untuk menuju objek wisata pantai sekitar daerah Pariaman. Jumlah penumpang KA Sibinuang 28% persen berumur dibawah 21 tahun dengan jenis kelamin wanita 53%. Jenis pekerjaan penumpang KA Sibinuang paling banyak adalah wiraswasta dengan tujuan terbesarnya adalah berwisata sebanyak 58% yang lainnya adalah untuk bekerja, sekolah, bedangan dan lain-lain. Kajian sistem operasional KA Sibinuang meliputi waktu tempuh, waktu henti, tundaan dan load factor. Melalui t-test,  waktu tempuh seluruh total perjalanan kereta api Sibinuang masih dalam batas penerimaan karena nilai t hitung < t tabel dan waktu tunda keberangkatan dan kedatangan masih dalam batas wajar yaitu 3–12 menit. Nilai load factoratau kapasitas muat penumpang sebesar 83,93% perbulan dalam 1 tahun. Berdasarkan analisis uji validilitas dan uji reliabilitas pada tingkat kepuasan kinerja (performance) dan kepentingan (importance) menggunakan metoda Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Dari analisis diperoleh hasil valid dan reliabel pada seluruh item kuisioner yang disebarkan. Pada diagram kartesius metode IPA didapatkan hasil sebesar 97% (sangat memuaskan). Maka dapat diperoleh hasil bahwa KA Sibinuang rute Padang-Pariaman sudah memenuhi standarisasi operasional perkeretaapian di Indonesia dan dengan peforma yang sangat memuaskan untuk mendukung sektor pariwisata pada daerah Sumatera Barat terutama daerah Pariaman.

Abstract

According to SNI 03-0691-1996, paving block is a composition of building materials made from a mixture of portland cement or similar hydraulic adhesive materials, water and aggregate with or without other additives. Pavement construction in Indonesia mostly uses natural aggregates or crushed stone that has a rough and angular surface so that it has excellent adhesion to the concrete. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of the addition of crushed stone on the compressive strength and water absorption of concrete paving blocks, compared with paving blocks of mortar. Paving block test samples were made with 5 variations of composition of cement:sand:crushed stone, namely 1:4:0, 1:4:1, 1:4:2, 1:4:3 and 1:4:4. Each composition was made as test samples of blocks with a size of 20 cm × 10 cm × 6 cm. The test results showed that the average compressive strength of paving blocks with the composition of 1:4:0, 1:4:1 and 1:4:4 was less than 8,5 MPa and water absorption is greater than 10%; thus, they were not classified as paving blocks with grade D. While, the paving blocks with the composition of 1:4:2 and 1:4:3 were classified as paving blocks with grade D.

Abstract

Concrete is a construction material that is widely used in various types of construction. One of the disadvantages of concrete is that its specific gravity is quite high, thus giving a big dead load on the structure. An alternative to overcome this weakness is using lightweight concrete. Therefore, in this study, lightweight concrete will be made with heated styrofoam. The styrofoam used is expanded polystyrene (EPS) type with a grain size of 4-5 mm. Heating of styrofoam the was done at 100°C for 15 minutes and 100°C for 25 minutes. The objective of this study is to evaluate the compressive strength and specific gravity of lightweight concrete using heated styrofoam material with different heating methods and the use of coarse aggregate in the lightweight concrete. Test sample in this study used heated styrofoam as 100% coarse aggregate replacement and 75% coarse aggregate replacement, while the remaining 25% uses coarse aggregate with a maximum grain size of 19.05 mm. To improve workability, a superplasticizer of 0.9% by weight of cement was used. The results of compressive test showed that the optimum value of compressive strength testing of 11.24 MPa in lightweight concrete with coarse aggregate and heated styroforom with the heating for 25 minutes at a temperature of 100°C. The concrete strength was classified into lightweight concrete lightweight structure. The specific gravity of the concrete is 1.578.38 kg/m3, which was classified into lightweight concrete based on SNI 03-3449-2002.

Abstract

Many pedestrian paths are still not well organized and optimally utilized. On the other hand, the comfort of pedestrian paths should be a priority in urban transportation planning. This study aims to determine the level of pedestrian service on Jl. Istana and Jl. H. Agus Salim Bukittinggi city and to determine the perceptions of people who use pedestrian crossing facilities on Jl. Istana and Jl. H. Agus Salim in the Bung Hatta Palace area Bukittinggi based on comfort and level of pedestrian service. This research uses descriptive research methods carried out to explain the situation that occurs on the pedestrian path Jl. Istana and Jl. H. Agus Salim in the Bung Hatta Palace area Bukittinggi. For the results of pedestrian movement characteristics obtained data Flow (Flow) in segment I amounted to 0.12, 0.70 and 0.75 pedestrians / min, in segment II amounted to 0.29, 1.13 and 1.67 pedestrians / min. Speed data in segment I was found to be 52.32, 55.97 and 54.97 m/min, in segment II it was 55.03, 51.74 and 53.96 m/min. Density in segment I was 0.18, 0.19 and 0.18 m2/ped, in segment II it was 0.62, 0.57 and 0.60 m2/ped. Space in segment I was 5.65, 5.38 and 5.50 m2/ped, segment II was 1.62, 1.74 and 1.67 m2/ped. Pedestrian ratio in segment I amounted to 0.0016, 0.0094 and 0.0100, segment II amounted to 0.00380, 0.01509 and 0.02227. The results showed that the level of pedestrian service on Jl. Istana and Jl. H. Agus Salim in the Bung Hatta Palace area Bukittinggi is A, because pedestrians can move freely according to their wishes without any interference from other pedestrians and for the results of the questionnaire that has been distributed as many as 100 respondents obtained a comfort value of 72% and this figure is included in the comfortable category.
