Abstract

There are three forces that drive the organization make a change, namely: (1) external forces, (2) the internal strength, and (3) change agent. This means that each change was influenced by three things and the three forces that have their respective roles and inter-related from each other. Changes in any uncertain terms directly running smoothly. And when there is dynamic development of various facets of life, change is a must. It is not easy to make changes from the status quo to progression, particularly those involving changes in mindset. And to change it to walk toward the positive points, needed a leader who is able to socialize and internalization of the change effectively.Keywords: leadership, institutional change and socialization

Abstract

Abstract This article discusses about KH. A. Hasyim Muzadi idea is Islam rahmatan lil 'alamin which can be used as moderate Islam or Indonesian Islam in the present context as a medium in connecting Eastern and Western thought. More details about his thoughts are described through this scientific paper. The research method used is literature study with written references containing the above themes. Abstract

The Raudlatul Ulum Arrahmaniyah Islamic Boarding School has an attractive education system known as Lajnah Tarbiyah Asasiyah, which is an education level devoted to new students to mature knowledge in the field of religion as well as to strengthen religious character. The purpose of this study is to reveal the extent of the contribution of Lajnah Tarbiyah in the development of Islamic scholarship and the character of students. The research succeeded in finding that the planning of the new santri intensive program was carried out through deliberation between the administrators and teachers at Lajnah Tarbiyah. The implementation of this program is realized through salaf schools, learning the basics of religion, especially in the field of fiqh, through studying the yellow book and learning to read and write Arabic. Meanwhile, the results of the intensive program are summarized in two aspects, namely the development of the potential for the religious field of new students and the development of the religious character of new students, such as istiqomah worship and accustomed to morality.

Abstract

Since its establishment, NU has always been characterized by various internal rivalries between fractions fighting for influence. This paper discusses the internal upheaval of NU. Furthermore, the paradigmatic camps, ideological camps and competing fractions are also reviewed comprehensively. The result of competition for the power, most obviously, is the shift in power-sharing internally. At the time of its establishment until the 1950s, the greatest part of power in NU was held by non-politician kiai (syuriah) fraction, then the politician fraction (tanfidiyah) dominated it until the first half of the 1980s, and after that NU was in the hands of the fractions "Scholar". Semenjak kelahirannya, NU selalu ditandai dengan berbagai persaingan internal antar fraksi yang berebut pengaruh. Tulisan ini membahas mengenai pergolakan internal NU. Lebih jauh, kubu-kubu paradigmatik, kubu ideologis dan fraksi yang berlaga juga diulas secara komprehensif. Buah dari persaingan menuju kekuasaan itu, yang paling nyata, adalah pergeseran pembagian kekuasaan internal. Pada saat berdirinya hingga tahun 1950-an, bagian terbesar kekuasaan dalam NU dipegang oleh fraksi kiai-non politisi (syuriah), kemudian fraksi politisi (tanfidiyah) mendominasi hingga paroh pertama dekade 1980-an, dan setelah itu hingga sekarang NU berada di tangan fraksi “Cendekia”.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the Implementation of Character Education Through PAI (Islamic Religious Education) Knowledge Competence and Religious Activities in SMP IT Andalusia Batam. This research method uses a qualitative research paradigm using an analytic descriptive approach. The data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews and documentation. In addition, the data that has been obtained is then analyzed through the data analysis version of Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The validity of the data in this study was determined using credibility criteria. To obtain relevant data, the researcher checked the validity of the research data by extending observations, observer persistence, and data triangulation. The results of this study are a) the application of character education through PAI knowledge competency at SMP IT Andalusia Batam is carried out by accustoming students to activities such as getting used to greetings, greetings and mutual respect, getting students used to getting up early, helping others (parents, relatives, neighbours, etc.), congregational dhuha prayers, morning dhikr (rotibbul haddad) and evening dhikr (ma'tsurat), tahsin and tahfidz al-Qur'an activities, brotherhood and devotion; b) the implementation of religious activities at SMP IT Andalusia Batam consists of daily activities and periodic activities. Daily activities include, midday prayers and Asr prayers in congregation, monitoring assisted by each parent/guardian in the morning, evening and evening prayers' activities through the muthaba'ah book or the Andalusian character book, qiyamul layl, muroja'ah memorizing the Qur'an 'an, recitation. While periodic activities include sunnah fasting, infaq/alms, mabit, PHBI and istighotsah.
