This study aims to analyze the management of the An-Nidzom Ta’lim Council in increasing congregant participation in Teluk Pandan Subdistrict, Pesawaran Regency. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using field research. Data will be collected through nonparticipatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted through data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification, while data validity is tested through triangulation of sources and techniques. This study is motivated by the unstable attendance of congregants, active involvement that remains limited to certain groups, and the low interest of the younger generation in participating in Majelis Ta’lim activities. The research focuses on the application of management functions including planning, organizing, executing, and controlling to encourage congregational participation. The participation examined encompasses attendance, involvement in decision-making, contributions to the implementation of activities, and participation in the evaluation and utilization of activity outcomes. This study will also identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the management of majelis ta’lim, as well as the efforts of administrators to tailor programs to the needs of the congregation. The uniqueness of this study lies in its examination of the management process and its relationship to various forms of congregational participation within the context of local religious and social life. Through this analysis, this research is expected to provide a deep understanding of majelis ta’lim management and serve as a basis for committee members to design activities that are more participatory, aligned with the needs of the congregation, and sustainable.
