Abstract

Hipertensi adalah penyakit degeneratif yang muncul karena peralihan yang terjadi pada lansia akibat kelemahan organ dan kemunduran fisik sehingga berimbas terhadap kualitas hidup lansia, Salah satu penatalaksanaan nonfarmakologi yang efektif dari hipertensi yaitu melakukan aktivitas fisik. Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk melatih kemandirian lansia dalam mengatasi masalah yang dialami dan kader kesehatan untuk dapat melakukan penyuluhan hipertensi dan aktifitas fisik penurunan hipertensi pada lansia di Desa Perigi di wilayah Kecamatan Pulau Pinang Kabupaten Lahat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di desa perigi   pada tanggal 07-08 September 2021, 11-12 Oktober 2021, 12-13 November 2021. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan serta diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menurunkan kejadian hipertensi pada lansia. Kesimpulan pengabdian ini adalah Peserta yang hadir dalam pelaksanaan penyuluhan kesehatan aktivitas fisik lansia bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan  aktivitas fisik dalam upaya mengurangi tekanan darah penyakit hipertensi pada lansia dan keluarga. Masyarakat Desa Perigi  Kecamatan Pulau Pinang sangat antusias dengan penyuluhan kesehatan aktivitas fisik tersebut dan menginginkan kegiatan tersebut dapat dilakukan secara berkesinambungan karena kurangnya informasi yang di dapat masyarakt desa perigi tentang kesehatan.

Abstract

Private Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIS) play a strategic role in developing superior human resources with Islamic character. However, in practice, many PTKIS face challenges in meeting higher education quality standards and achieving optimal accreditation. Accreditation assistance based on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and quality digitization are innovative solutions to improve the effectiveness of education quality management. OBE emphasizes the importance of learning outcomes integrated into the curriculum, learning process, and assessments that are measurable and relevant to the needs of the workplace. Meanwhile, quality digitization supports the efficient, transparent, and real-time management of academic data, forms, and accreditation reporting. Through the integration of these two approaches, PTKIS can improve accountability, accelerate the accreditation process, and ensure the achievement of sustainable quality standards. This article discusses the strategy of OBE-based accreditation assistance and quality digitization at the Tanggamus Islamic Education College, Lampung Province, highlighting the implementation process, obstacles encountered, and solution steps that can be applied to strengthen the PTKIS's internal quality assurance system.

Abstract

Islamic education does not only focus on the dissemination of knowledge, but also on the formation of students' character. Internalization of the values ​​of the hadith about the etiquette of seeking knowledge, which include patience, respect for teachers, and sincerity, is an important component of Islamic education. However, in real life, these values ​​are still difficult to apply in formal educational institutions, such as Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 5 Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to see how the values ​​of the hadith about the etiquette of seeking knowledge are applied in learning at MIN 5 Bandar Lampung and how it impacts students' character. This study uses a qualitative approach with a field study method. The methods used to collect data are Observation, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of documents related to madrasah education policies. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the internalization of the values ​​of the hadith in learning is carried out through teacher role models, habituation of discipline and respect for teachers, and integration of the values ​​of the hadith in the curriculum. The impact of this internalization is seen in the increase in students' religious and spiritual attitudes, politeness in interacting with teachers and peers, and increased motivation to learn. Therefore, the internalization of the values ​​of the hadith about the manners of seeking knowledge needs to be continuously strengthened through synergy between madrasas, teachers, and parents to create an educational environment that is more Islamic in character.

Abstract

Educational administration and supervision are two important aspects of the education system that have a strategic role in improving the quality of education. They function to manage, supervise, and develop the entire learning process at the Faculty of Medicine, Islamic University of North Sumatra. Educational administration focuses on the management of human resources, facilities, and educational policies so that learning objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Meanwhile, educational supervision functions as professional development for lecturers to improve the quality of the learning process. This study aims to describe the relationship and role of educational administration and supervision in improving the quality of education at the Faculty of Medicine, Islamic University of North Sumatra. The method used is a literature study (library research) with a descriptive qualitative approach, using various sources of books, scientific journals, and laws and regulations. The results of the study indicate that integration between administration and supervision is the key to success in improving the quality of educational institutions. Effective administration supports the implementation of systematic supervision, while quality supervision strengthens the implementation of administrative functions. The collaboration of the two produces educational management that is directed, transparent, and oriented towards improving the professionalism of lecturers at the Faculty of Medicine, Islamic University of North Sumatra
