Abstract

PT. Asiadrill Bara Utama is a company engaged in drilling operations in the mining and petroleum industry-. Machinery and vehicles needed funds in large numbers because of the existence of a project done in a variety of locations. To support the project activities in the Sanga-Sanga company will add cars to the type of Ford Ranger 4x4 Single cabin MT using 2.2-liter turbo diesel engine which is powerful.The problem in this paper is whether the ownership of the vehicle Ford Ranger PT. Asiadrill Bara Utama is leasing more profitable than bank debt with car ownership hypothesis Ford Ranger 4x4 Single cabin using lease financing will be favorable when compared with the use of debt financing Bank.Analysis tool used is the use of leasing and NPV NPV using bank debt. The results: Berdasarkah IRR calculation results with Disconto estimates by 5% and 10% obtained NPV1 of Rp. And NPV2 Rp 11,069,199.00 - 21,529,458.00, the obtained value of IRR is 19.48%Hypothesis is accepted because the NPV using the leasing of Rp. 148,536,273.60 less than the NPV using a bank loan of Rp. 245.251.811.69.Thus, the company may choose to use the services of the project Leasing company.

Abstract

The importance of knowing the value of the company will be able to give a positive signal. The value can be measured which is profitability. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses profitability ratios, namely Net Profit Margin (NPM), Turnover Of Operating Assets (TOA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Return On Investment (ROI). From mr. Doni's floating net cage business in Kampung Baru, the results of the analysis were obtained as follows: (1) The Net Profit Margin obtained in 2021 has decreased. (2) The value of Turnover of Operating Assets (TOA) obtained in 2020 was 1.78 times while in 2021 it was 2.02 times. (3) Return On Equity (ROE) obtained 0.81% to 0.77%. (4) Return On Investment (ROI) obtained in 2020 was 0.76% while in 2021 it was 0.64%.

Abstract

Currently, in the Muara Badak sub-district, many people have built swallow nests. This area is suitable for swallow cultivation because of its location close to the beach, nature that is still free from pollution, and close to forests that are still wide open. The high selling price and large capital make it difficult for wallet farmers who are already cultivating or prospective new Sawang wallet farmers to make a decision to invest. Ironically, many end up stopping their business in the middle of the road because they are considered a failure. Therefore, it is necessary to do a business feasibility analysis before starting a business. Sampling was carried out purposively, namely Mr. Nassaruddin's Wallet Nest Business with the consideration that it had been in operation for the last twelve years until 2023 and had a three-level wallet bird's nest building by calculating the NPV, Net B/C, IRR, and PP values. The results of this study are that the yields obtained can reach tens of millions of rupiah, In the financial feasibility analysis based on investment criteria with a factor discount of 10%, it can be produced as follows: NPV value > 0, which is IDR 580,147,000.00, Net B/C value > 1, which is 5.12, IRR value > i, which is 29.21%, and PP value is 6.758 years. These results indicate that Pak Nassarudin's Swallow's Nest Business is feasible to implement or continue.

Abstract

This research is qualitative research and the sampling technique is purposive sampling using 10 respondents each. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers on Mr. Supiyani's Tilapia Fish Cultivation business, namely (1) Mr. Supiyani's Tilapia Cultivation Business in 2021 earned a profit of IDR. 54,690,000,- and in 2022 will get a profit of Rp. 63,747,000,- this profit has increased by Rp. 9,057,000,- (2) The source of working capital for Mr. Supiyani's Tilapia Cultivation business in 2021 and 2022 is capital of IDR. 7,264,000,- Plus depreciation of Rp. 100,000,- so the total is Rp. 7,364,000,- (3) The use of working capital in Mr. Supiyani's Tilapia Cultivation business is to purchase equipment amounting to Rp. 550,000,- (4) The increase in working capital for Mr. Supiyani's Tilapia Cultivation business is IDR. 6,814,000,-. To test the analytical tools used, it is necessary to present financial report data. Specifically, the financial data collected by researchers was only through interviews with owners without any recorded evidence because the business owners did not have complete financial reports in the form of profit and loss and balance sheets.

Abstract

The demand for information that is very fast and easy makes producers engaged in the field of communication make innovations by creating or developing practical communication tools, one of which is creating cellular phones. At this time, the sale of used smartphones has become a fairly large market and continues to grow. Many consumers choose used smartphones as a more affordable alternative compared to buying new products. The purpose of this study is to find out and examine how to manage price perceptions, product quality, and trust to build Intention to Buy Used Smartphones at Sarang Repair Mobile Counters in Kota Bangun. The research data was collected through a questionnaire. The samples studied were 50 respondents. The analytical method used in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with hypothesis testing, namely the f-test and t-test.The results of this study indicate that (1) price perception, product quality, and trust have a simultaneous effect on the intention to purchase used smartphones at Sarang Repair  phone counter in Kota Bangun, and this has been accepted and proven to be true. (2) price perception, product quality, and trust have a partial effect on the intention to purchase used smartphones at Sarang Repair phone counter in Kota Bangun, and this has been accepted and proven to be true. And, (3) trust has the most dominant effect on the intention to purchase used smartphones at Sarang Repair phone counter in Kota Bangun, and this has been accepted and proven to be true.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in shopping preferences between Millennials (born 1981-1996) and Generation Z (born 1997-2012) in Tenggarong District. The research focuses on four main variables influencing purchasing decisions: cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, involving 200 respondents, consisting of 100 Millennials and 100 Generation Z individuals. Data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test to identify significant differences between the two groups. The findings indicate no significant differences in shopping preferences between Millennials and Generation Z across all variables examined. Although there were differences in the Mean Ranks, the p-values for cultural (0.154), social (0.132), personal (0.923), and psychological (0.300) variables were above 0.05. This demonstrates that the shopping preferences of both generations are generally similar, despite minor variations in how they access information or are influenced by trends. Factors such as ease of online shopping, trust in e-commerce platforms, and motivation to secure discounts and promotions are the main reasons for the similarities in shopping behavior between the two generations. This study provides valuable insights for businesses to design effective marketing strategies by aligning their approaches with the digital preferences and practical needs of both generations.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is one of the main factors in global competition, namely how to create qualified and skilled human resources and have a culture of high competitiveness in global competition that we have ignored. Given the importance of the role of human resources in carrying out company activities, the company's management is required to always pay close attention to its workforce so that the morale achieved by employees increases and is in accordance with the company's targets in achieving its goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the incentive and work discipline variables simultaneously and partially on employee morale. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression, and the number of samples used is 70. The result of the research is that the incentive and discipline variables are simultaneously able to show a significant effect on employee morale. Partially, incentives have a significant effect on employee morale, and partially, discipline has a significant effect on employee morale.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga dan Lokasi terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan pengaruh lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada gerai always tea teluk dalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 variabel bebas yaitu kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi serta satu variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan pelanggan. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 105 konsumen yang membeli atau mengonsumsi selalu teh sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling tidak disengaja. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t, uji f dan R2. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa indikator dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel. Pada uji asumsi klasik, data berdistribusi normal, tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas dan multikolinearitas. Pada uji hipotesis pada uji t diketahui variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pada uji F diketahui variabel kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pada uji R2 diketahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 77,1%. sedangkan sisanya sebesar 22,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

The study entitled The Influence of Service Quality and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions at Kula Kopi aims to determine the influence of service quality on purchasing decisions, the influence of promotion on purchasing decisions and the influence of service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at Kula Kopi. This study uses two independent variables, namely service quality and promotion and one dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. The data in this study were collected by distributing questionnaires to 138 consumers at Kula Kopi as research samples. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used was quantitative analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test consisting of t-test and F-test. Based on data analysis, the results of the study indicate that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, the data is normally distributed, there is no heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. In the hypothesis test in the t-test, it is known that the service quality variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, the promotion variable also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. In the F test, it was found that service quality and promotion had a joint influence on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Service quality, promotion and purchasing decisions
