Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determined whether the evaluation corporate social responsibility program implementation in Bogor PDAM Tirta Pakuan has been implemented in accordance with the vision, mission, and objectives of the company. PDAM Tirta Pakuan has a vision of CSR as a pioneer in the implementation of social responsibility in Bogor city especially and Indonesia in generally. Through this vision, PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor city, would really seriously on the implementation of the CSR programs. Based on these purposes, this research is done by evaluating the CSR programs which implemented by PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor city and use CIPP evaluation model to conduct an evaluation of the program. The type which used on this research is evaluation research with use qualitative approach. The source of information used is the Chief Executive of CSR PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor. Data collected by the observation, interview and documentation. Test validity of this research by using triangulation technique, while data analysis is done by reducing the data, presenting and concluding . The result shows that the program Tirta Pakuan care as the company’s strategy goes according to the purposes and plans that have been made by the company.Keywords: evaluation, corporate social responsibility, CIPP Model

Abstract

The focus of this research is to ensure that the implementation of the Technical Career Development Program. This research was Review at limited company of Brantas Abipraya Jakarta who use Technical Training as the one of strategy in human capital career development. The research is used evaluation method with CIPP approach. Data were taken using interview guideline, questionnaire observation and document study and analyzed by descriptive method through discussion and triangulation. The component of evaluation aspect (CIPP): Context Evaluation (Context): vision of program mission and program objectives; Input Evaluation: strategy, design, plan and readiness of resources; Process Evaluation (Process): implementation of strategy, design, plan and readiness of resources; Evaluation of Results (Product): Results and Benefits of the program. The findings of the evaluation research, the program's mission, all the strategies, goals and objectives well implemented. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work culture and reward on military education professional commitments at the middle of the center of the commando for the development of the doctrines of education and training of the TNI AL (KODIKLATAL) Surabaya. The research used is a survey with a causal design. The number of respondents was set at 160 educators, the sampling technique was done by simple random sampling from 265 organic educators at the level of Middle Officers who were lecturing in Kobangdikal, Bumi Moro, Surabaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of skills for doing batik. This type of evaluation research implements a qualitative approach to the evaluation of CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The number of samples choosen is the Institue of Doing Batiks, or Batik Skills Institut, which were taken from locations in several towns namely, Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Bekasi and Tangerang. Data collection techniques used interview, questionnaire, observation, and collecting photographic evidence as well as research.documents. The research ‘s results cover, Aspects of formulation of the problem, the standard of learners, teacher qualifications of doing batik, the use of educational standards, curriculum of doing and financing batik skill’s program entirely meet the program criteria. Aspects of the standard formulation of the problem and the learner has met the criteria decided, while the tutor qualification of doing batik, the use of educational facilities and infrastructure standards, curriculum and program financing has not been entirely fulfilled. Aspects of the discipline and the effevtiveness of learning process has also met the criteria decided. While the evaluation of learning outcomes have not met yet fully in accordance with the evaluation criteria decided. The aspects of competency’s mastery have not also met theory, practice and mastery of competencies graduation mark the program have been met, but program participants have not assured a promising future when the participants have completed their training program so it can be asserted batik skills program continued to do some repairs. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to ascertain the direct positive effect of transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, organizational climate, and teamwork on the organizational citizenship behavior of civil servants at the Central Sulawesi Province Education and Culture Office. The novelty of this research is that no prior study has examined the effect of transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, organizational climate, and teamwork on the organizational citizenship behavior of Civil Servants at the Education and Culture Office of Central Sulawesi Province, both methodologically and practically. This research employs a survey method and falls under the category of quantitative research. The population of this study was 433 individuals, and the sample size was 100 individuals drawn using a random sampling technique. Interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies were used to collect data. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) transformational leadership (X1) and organizational climate (X3) have a direct positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (Y); (2) emotional intelligence (X2) and organizational climate (X3) have a direct positive effect on teamwork (X4); (3) emotional intelligence and teamwork have no direct positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; and (2) transformational leadership does not have a direct positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Abstract The study was conducted to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) to Job Satisfaction the sampel of the study nurses were at the Persahabatan hospital. Using 125 nurses working in RSUP Persahabatan as sample. This study used quantitative method. Incidental sampling was used as sampling technique. The meansure of Job satisfaction variables in this study using instruments Job Satisfaction Scale (JSS) and OCB variables in this study was method using instrumen OCB by Organ. Regression analysis performed with SPSS version 17.00 for windows. The study explains that there is significant influence between Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) to Job Satisfaction. Regression equation obtained is Y = 75,410 + 0.381 witch means there is a positive influence between job satisfaction with the OCB with the value F = 6.960; p = 0.009 (α <0.05). The determinant index (R Square) to the occurrence of job satisfaction and OCB shows 5.4% and the remaining 94.6% is influenced by other factors beyond job satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intrinsic job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Measurement of variable of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) using measuring tool from Podsakoff (1997) and for measurement of job satisfaction variable using measuring tool that is Minessota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ).The method of data processing conducted in this study is the method of regression analysis. The result of research conducted is the behavior of citizenship organization (OCB) (Y) has increased one unit, then job satisfaction variable (X) will automatically add 0.365. It can be concluded that there is a positive (+) effect of intrinsic work satisfaction on the behavior of organizational citizenship (OCB). Seen from result of significance test of result of comparation F Counting 52,4 with F Table (1; 71) is 3,90 then result is F Count bigger than F Table. From the comparison of p = 0,000 and the significance level α = 0.05, the result is p <α. The conclusion is Ho is rejected then, There is influence of intrinsic work satisfaction on the behavior of citizenship organization (OCB) BPM members of all faculties at the State University of Jakarta. Variable self employment satisfaction 24.1% and felt by other factors outside of job satisfaction such as leadership style, personality type, self efficacy, and others.

Abstract

Abstract This qualitative study aims to find out the duties, functions, and responsibilities of higher education institutions require interaction with the public as clients and partners, so that universities need to make internal improvements, among others through improved communication between the academic community to produce efficiency and effectiveness of higher education management. Public relation is an effort that consciously motivates people to be affected, especially through communication. It is necessary to formulate education management and marketing strategies for the community to maintain the image of the college, therefore it takes good planning, organizing, implementation, and control to achieve the desired goal.
