Abstract

This research aimed at investigating the influence of organizational climate, transformational leadership, and work motivation on teacher job performance at Pondok Modern Tazakka, Batang - Central Java.The research using quantitative approach with survey method. Amount of the samples in this research are 55 teachers that selected randomly. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistic using path analysis. (1) organizational climate have positive direct effect on teacher performance with path coefficient (py1) = 0,257 and t-count 2,963> t-table 1,684; (2) transformational leadership have positive direct effect on teacher performance with path coefficient (py2) = 0,489 and t-count 5,164> t-table 1,684, (3) work motivation have positive direct effect to teacher performance with path coefficient (py3) = 0,261 and t count 2,42> t-table 1,684, (4) organizational climate have positive direct effect (p31) = 0.391 and t-count 3.990> t-table 1.684, and (5) transformational leadership have a direct positive effect on work motivation with path coefficient (p32) = 0.526 and t-count 5,376> t- table 1,684. The Conclusion is organizational climate, transformational leadership, and work motivation have a direct effect on teacher job performance. Organizational climate and transformational leadership also have a direct effect on teacher work motivation. Therefore to improve teacher job performance, organizational climate, transformational leadership, and work motivation must be considered to be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate education programs head of Indonesia Republic Bank (BRI) Unit head in Pekanbari Regional Office at BRI Corporate University Padang. The study conducted for six months (October 2015 up to March 2016) using CIPP evaluation model. The results showed that educational programs of head of BRI Unitis already well underway in accordance with the educational programs that have been compiled. Nevertheless, it is necessary to evaluate on the improvement of the competence of the Head of BRI in the workplace after attending the educational process and the impact of education programs to the banking business. Recommendations are given for the improvement of the education programs is to revise the Instructional Systems Design so that the effectiveness of the educational program after participants return to their bases can be evaluated. Abstract

The aims of this study effect of work atmosphere, training, incentives, and motivation on sales force productivity at PT. Suzuki Indonesia. This study uses correlational studies. The sample from this study was 120 people selling PT. Suzuki Indonesia personnel in the Jabodetabek area. The results of this study indicate that; 1) The work environment has a positive direct effect on the productivity of the sales force of 0.613 with a tcount of 8.43, 2) training has a positive direct effect on sales force productivity of 0.628 with a tcount of 8.77, 3) incentives have a positive direct effect on labor productivity sales of 0.609 with a tcount of 8.34, 4) motivation has a positive direct effect on sales force productivity of 0.635 with a tcount of 8.94, 5) work environment, training, incentives, and motivation together have a positive direct effect on productivity sales force of 0.812 with a tcount of 55.78. Thus an increase in sales force productivity can be achieved well if there is a strong influence of the work environment, training, incentives and motivation that are well-developed.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of transformational leadership and trust toward organizational commitment teachers at state high school in the city of depok. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 256 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 156 teacher using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the result of data analysis in the research it is conclude: First, transformational leadership have positive direct to organizational commitment. Second, trust have positive direct to organizational commitment, and third, transformational leadership have positive direct to trust. Organizational commitment can be improve through improvement of transformational leadership and trust.

Abstract

study aims to obtain information about the influence of personality and quality of work life on the work productivity of state high school teachers in region I of the administrative city of East Jakarta. This research is an Associative quantitative research. The research was conducted using a survey method with the data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is the path analysis technique. The population in this study were 801 respondents, and a sample of 267 respondents who were selected using random sampling. The research is focused on two aspects that determine work productivity; Personality and Quality Of Work Life. The results of the analysis conclude that (1) there is a direct influence of Personality on Work Productivity, (2) there is a direct influence of Quality of Work Life on Work Productivity, (3) there is a direct influence of Personality on Quality of Work Life.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the influence of organizational culture and job stress on contra productive behavior of public elementary school teachers in Pulo Gadung sub-district. This research is an Associative quantitative research. The research was conducted using a survey method with the data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is the path analysis technique. The population in this study was 688 respondents, and a sample of 253 respondents were selected using random sampling. The research is focused on two aspects that determine contra productive behavior; organizational culture and job stress. The results of the analysis concluded that (1) there is a direct influence of organizational culture on contra productive behavior, (2) there is a direct effect of job stress on contra productive behavior, (3) there is a direct influence of organizational culture on job stress.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the effect of leadership styles, managerial skills and work discipline on the job performance of principals of public senior high schools in Jakarta Province. This research used the survey method. The samples of this research were 89 persons selected randomly. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and path analysis in inferential statistics. The results of the research concluded that: leadership styles, managerial skills and work discipline had a direct effect on the job performance of principals of senior high schools; leadership styles and managerial skills had a direct effect on principals’ work discipline in public senior high schools, and leadership styles had a direct effect on work discipline of principals of public senior high schools. Therefore, to improve principals’ job performance, leadership styles, managerial skills and work discipline should be improved. Abstract

This study aims to determine the achievement of program objectives with steps to know the implementation of program activities. With qualitative research methods the type of program evaluation. Based on the characteristics of the program to be studied, the Special Education Development Program of Policewomen Police Service Specialist (abbreviated Dikbangspes Ba Police Woman PPA) in Police School of Women, then determined the method used in this research is the CIPP model program evaluation research. This research was conducted in Police School Women, March-July 2017. Instruments used your observation, interview and field documentation. The results of the study were conducted on each component of the evaluation, namely: 1) The context that educational programs for the development of specialization of Police Officers for Women and Children Services are based on the background, legal basis, objectives and targets of the program. 2) Inputs, students who attend meet the requirements of the background assignment, there are a number of educational components that require improvement according to standards such as infrastructure facilities that have not complied with the standard of sleeping rooms are still in the form of dormitory (barracks) los system, teaching materials not yet entirely in the form of modules of the number of subjects that are operated some still in the form of a temporary school text made by educators, 3) The process of learning process is operated with the introduction stage, material depth and rounding / termination phase. The suspicion on the nurturing process is done by daily assessment of mental values. 4) The result of the result of the assessment of the learners is the optimal result with the average value of all reaching the "good" category. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational communication and job involvement on teacher work satisfaction. This research was conducted at Vocational high School in West Cikarang sub-district through survey method with analysis of path analysis data. The sample of this study is 104 Teachers with civil servant status. The results showed that there are: 1) organizational communication Direct influence on job satisfaction; 2) job involvement Direct influence on job satisfaction; and 3) organizational communication Direct influence on job involvement. Thus, teacher job satisfaction is influenced by organizational communication and job involvement. This research recommends to the principal of Vocational high School in West Cikarang sub-district to apply good organizational communication in their environment and to fulfill the expectation for Vocational high School teachers to get job satisfaction well then teacher work involvement in school environment should be better. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of skills for doing batik. This type of evaluation research implements a qualitative approach to the evaluation of CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The number of samples choosen is the Institue of Doing Batiks, or Batik Skills Institut, which were taken from locations in several towns namely, Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Bekasi and Tangerang. Data collection techniques used interview, questionnaire, observation, and collecting photographic evidence as well as research.documents. The research ‘s results cover, Aspects of formulation of the problem, the standard of learners, teacher qualifications of doing batik, the use of educational standards, curriculum of doing and financing batik skill’s program entirely meet the program criteria. Aspects of the standard formulation of the problem and the learner has met the criteria decided, while the tutor qualification of doing batik, the use of educational facilities and infrastructure standards, curriculum and program financing has not been entirely fulfilled. Aspects of the discipline and the effevtiveness of learning process has also met the criteria decided. While the evaluation of learning outcomes have not met yet fully in accordance with the evaluation criteria decided. The aspects of competency’s mastery have not also met theory, practice and mastery of competencies graduation mark the program have been met, but program participants have not assured a promising future when the participants have completed their training program so it can be asserted batik skills program continued to do some repairs.
