Abstract

 ABSTRAK 1 Issues that are examined in this study is the influence of marketing mix on customer satisfaction cost d restaurant Andalas Padang plaza. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of marketing mix on customer satisfaction cost d restaurant plaza andalas Padang . The methodology used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires , such as statements regarding the marketing mix consists of product , price , distribution and location of the restaurant customer satisfaction d costs Andalas Padang plaza. Collected through documentation related to the restaurant. First results showed that : The product does not affect the customer satisfaction restaurants Plaza Andalas Padang DCost indicated by the coefficient value of -0167 with a significant value of 0.213 > α = 0.05 . Second : The price does not affect the customer satisfaction restaurants Plaza Andalas Padang DCost indicated by a coefficient of 0.224 with significant value of 0.155 > α = 0.05. Third : The price does not affect the customer satisfaction restaurants Plaza Andalas Padang DCost indicated by the coefficient value of -0048 with a significant value of 0.793 > α = 0.05 . Fourth : Promotion of positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction restaurants Plaza Andalas Padang DCost indicated by a coefficient of 0.863 with significant value of 0.000 < α = 0.05. Fifth : Product , Price , Distribution and Location jointly influence on customer satisfaction indicated by the F - statistic of 18.873 , with a significant value of 0.000 < α = 5 % , and the R - squared value of 0.627 , which means by 62 , 7 % customer satisfaction is affected by the variable product , price , distribution and location while the rest is explained by other variables. From this study the authors concluded that the product , price , and distribution does not affect the customers satisfaction , whereas the effect on customer satisfaction Promotion restaurant Plaza Andalas Padang DCost , for it suggested to the Restaurant DCost for more attention to the promotion of applied management to can improve customer satisfaction restaurants Plaza Andalas Padang DCost .

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and analyze on the effect of interpersonal communication in school and the confidence of the results of class X student studying economics SMK N 1 Sijunjung . The method used in this research is descriptive method associative . The study population was all students of class X which totaled 197 students . The sampling technique is using Proportional random sampling technique , the research data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that has been on test validity and reliability testing . The analysis technique used is descriptive and inductive , which consists of test for normality , heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation multicollinearity . Testing done with SPSS version 16.0. The results of this study indicate that : 1 . Interpersonal communication in schools have a significant effect on learning outcomes economy class X students of SMK N 1 Sijunjun , 2 . Belief significant effect on student learning outcomes economy class X students of SMK N 1 Sijunjung , 3 . Interpersonal Communication in school and self Belief jointly significant effect on learning outcomes economy class X SMK N 1 Sijunjung . Based on these results , it is suggested that students , teachers and school authorities to pay more attention in school anymore interpersonal communication and self belief of students in the learning process in an effort to optimize the results of class X student studying economics SMK N 1 Sijunjung .

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the low economy class student learning outcomes SMP N 20 Champaign Academic Year 2013/2014. This is caused by the lack of activity of students in the learning process. This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes of students with the application of economic models Reciprocal Teaching learning with conventional learning on SMP Seventh Grade 20 Padang. This research is an experimental study. The study population was a class VII student of SMP N 20 Champaign school year 2013/2014. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique, was selected as the class VII6 VII7 experimental class and the class as a control class. The instrument used is the observation sheet achievement test. Data analysis techniques to test the hypothesis is to test Z. Based on the analysis of data obtained an average value of 80.73 experimental class and control class average of 73.37. The results of data analysis known Z count value is greater than 2.091 price 1.960 Z table which means the hypothesis is accepted at significance level α = 0.05. It can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students with the application of economic models Reciprocal Teaching learning better than economics student learning outcomes in the conventional learning process in class VII SMP N 20 Padang. To the principal, especially economic studies teachers are expected to implement the learning model Reciprocal Teaching to improve student learning outcomes. Students are also expected to be more motivated and more active in the learning economy if this strategy is applied. For other researchers who are interested in using learning model Reciprocal Teaching please apply with variations of different tests, different yng school and different subjects.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Island Dharmasraya Arbor regarding the effect of study habits and students motivation toward learning difficulties accounting Class XI students of the Department of Social Sciences ( IPS ) at SMAN 2 Island Dharmasraya Arbor . The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of study habits and students motivation toward learning difficulties accounting students XI Class Department of Social Sciences ( IPS ) at SMAN 2 Island Dharmasraya Arbor The method used in this research is descriptive and causative . This research is a saturated or census sampling , where the population sampled totaling 89 students from a population of 89 students . Data habit learning ( X1 ) and motivation ( X2 ) is obtained from the results of a questionnaire or a questionnaire while studying accounting students hail of data ( Y ) views of student learning and the results of interviews with students . Analysis of the data used in this study is a descriptive analysis and inductive analysis which consists of classical assumption test , multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing . The results of this study indicate that : 1 . Habit learning significant and positive impact on learning outcomes of accounting students XI Class Department of Social Sciences ( IPS ) at SMAN 2 Island Dharmasraya Arbor , 2 . Motivation students learn significant and positive impact on learning outcomes of accounting Class XI students of the Department of Social Sciences ( IPS ) at SMAN 2 Dharmasraya Arbor Island , 3 . habit learning and student motivation jointly significant effect on the results of Class XI students studying accounting Department of Social Sciences ( IPS ) in SMA 2 Island Dharmasraya Arbor . students in the learning process in an attempt to further optimize the learning outcomes of accounting students of class XI of SMAN 2 Island Dharmasraya Arbor . From the results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that the habit of learning and student motivation significantly influence accounting student learning outcomes , meaning that the higher the higher the habit of learning and motivation to study the learning result will be higher , with increased learning outcomes obtained by students means students could conquer the learning outcomes that it faces .

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to reveal how the promotional mix to influence the customers decision to purchase insurance products and how the influence of word of mouth on customers decision to purchase insurance products Parolamas. The object of research is the customer service life insurance Parolamas Padang. The study population were all customers of life insurance services Parolamas Champaign in 2012 with a sample of 100 customers.  The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression,  based on the results of multiple linear regression equations are as follows : Y = 0.432 + 0.349 + 0.549+0.213. Based on the results of statistical tests, using the t test showed that the promotional mix variable has a significance value 0.000 < 0.05 and word of mouth has a significance value 0.000 < 0.05 so that these variables have a significant influence on the customers decision to purchase insurance products Parolamas soul . Based on the calculation of F count, are jointly independent variable is the promotional mix and word of mouth has a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, this proves that these variables significantly influence the customers decision to purchase life insurance products Parolamas. Based on the test results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination ( R Square ) indicates that the customers decision to purchase insurance products Parolamas promotional mix variables are influenced by word of mouth and by 73.4 %, while the remaining percentage of 26.6 % is explained by other variables or causes beyond regression models of this study. Abstract

ABSTRACT             Issues that are examined in this study was the effect of the quality , price and packaging on buying interest spinach chips Elma Dikecamatan South Coastal District IV Jurai . The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of quality ( X1 ) , price ( X2 ) , packaging ( X3) on buying interest spinach chips Elma Dikecamatan South Coastal District IV Jurai .This research is descriptive and associative data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques , the classical assumption test and multiple linear analysis . This research was conducted in Elma Chips Spinach district. District IV Jurai . South coast . The population of this entire community and surrounding Painan interested in buying Spinach Elma Chips . The sampling technique used convinien sampling . Samples in thisstudy amounted to 100 consumers .Overall results showed that ( 1 ) a significant effect on the quality level of interest in buying the quality coefficient is positive 0.083 and 1.711 tcount with significant 0.000 < 0.05 ; ( 2 ) a significant effect on the price of buying interest at the price coefficient is positive 0.066 and 2.434 tcount with significant 0.000 < 0.05 ; ( 3 ) packaging significantly influence the buying interest kemsan coefficient is positive 0.250 and 3.571 tcount significantly 0.001 < 0.05 ; based on the results of the ANOVA F test count of 4,606 with a significant level of 0.000 . Due to the significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 . As for the suggestion that the writer can convey to future studies is recommended to add other independent variables in addition to the quality , price and packaging which can certainly affect the dependent variable of interest in order to better equip consumers purchase this research because there are other independent variables in this study is outside the may affect consumer buying interest and look for the scope of the wider population of the population in this study .

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research is motivated by the influence of stress in the work environment factors , organizational factors and individual factors on employee performance on PT.Pos Indonesia ( Persero ) Area II Office of Padang . This study aims to determine the influence of environmental factors , organizational factors and individual factors on employee performance on PT.Pos Indonesia ( Persero ) Area II Office of Padang .This research is a descriptive study associative . The population in this study were all employees of PT . Pos Indonesia ( Persero ) Area II Office of Padang . The sampling technique used is total sampling . Analysis tools used are validity , reliability test , normality test, multicollinearity , multiple linear regression , t test , F test , and test the coefficient of determination ( R2 ) .The results of this study are : a significant difference between occupational stress factors with employee performance PT.Pos Indonesia ( Persero ) Area II Office of Padang . T value to variable environmental factors 2.918 > t table value 1.671 , t value variable organizational factors at 4.464 > t table value of 1.671 , and the t value variable individual factors t value 4.241 > t table value of 1.671 , and the coefficient of determination ( R2 ) of 0.752 .Based on these results , it is advisable for the company considering the factors such as job stress causes environmental factors , organizational factors such as the work load as well as individual factors such as family problems or innate characteristics .
