Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance, with work-life as a mediating variable. This study uses an explanatory research design. The population of this study was 76 permanent employees at PT Carrefour Supermarket Denpasar. The analytical tool was descriptive analysis. This study used SEM analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The findings indicate that organizational culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the quality of work-life and employee performance. Organizational commitment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the quality of work-life and employee performance. The quality of work-life (Y1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tourism has become one of the industries that has a major impact on Bali's economic growth. This study aims to explore the various factors that build important dimensions as a determinant of the formation of visitor experience in agro-tourism. The collecting data  by interviews related to the form of expectations and responses of visitors as informants about the Sibetan agro-tourism object. This type of data is for exploring the dimensions and factors that reflect the dimensions to construct a measurement scale. The next step is to classify by group category to build dimensions, then the data  processed using descriptive statistical analysis tools, namely confirmatory factor analysis.   The indicator that produces the largest loading factor is determined as the indicator that most strongly reflects the variable in question. This result shows that the better the Tourist Visit Experience to Sibetan Agrotourism object, Karangasem, the more loyal these visitors are to Sibetan Agrotourism object, Karangasem. Based on the results of the study, information was obtained that based on the Experience of Tourists visiting Sibetan Agrotourism objects, Karangasem the biggest factor influencing tourists to visit Sibetan Agrotourism objects, Karangasem is the Security factor, then followed by the Coolness of tourist objects, Service and Hospitality, Order and Uniqueness and Beauty of Sibetan Agrotourism objects, Karangasem. Tourist Visiting Experience to Sibetan Agrotourism Object, Karangasem has a positive and significant effect on Visitor Loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Jembrana dapat meningkatkan efektivitas mereka dengan menguasai regulasi emosi dan membangun rasa percaya diri yang kuat. Para peneliti mengamati semua perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit tersebut, memilih 149 orang untuk diwawancarai dan dikumpulkan datanya guna memperdalam pemahaman mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur untuk mengevaluasi data. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan hal - hal berikut: kecerdasan emosional secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi komitmen organisasi; kecerdasan spiritual juga secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi komitmen organisasi; baik kecerdasan emosional maupun spiritual berdampak signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja perawat; komitmen organisasi memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat; kecerdasan emosional secara tidak langsung meningkatkan kinerja melalui komitmen organisasi, yang berfungsi sebagai variabel intervening; dan kecerdasan spiritual secara tidak langsung meningkatkan kinerja melalui komitmen organisasi. Lebih jauh, komitmen organisasi memediasi hubungan antara kecerdasan spiritual dan kinerja keperawatan di rumah sakit.Untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat, direktur rumah sakit harus fokus pada pemeliharaan dan penguatan komitmen organisasi, kecerdasan spiritual, dan kecerdasan emosional dengan menerapkan rekomendasi penelitian dalam praktik
