Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job training, work motivation and supervision on employee performance in the Fire and Rescue Agency of Badung Regency. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire distributed to respondents using a Likert scale. Types and sources of data used in this study are types of quantitative data and primary data sources. The sampling technique in this study uses random sampling techniques and data analysis techniques in this study using the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test and the multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study show that 1) Job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Badung Fire Department, 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Badung Fire Department and 3) Supervision has a positive and significant effect on performance employee at the Badung District Fire Department. The implication of the research in this study is that every decision and policy adopted by the agency will always have an impact on employee performance, so the right policies are needed to reduce the existence of fraud in the implementation of the duties and obligations of each division of employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine employee performance based on the delegation of authority and communication as well as the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Regional Development Bank (BPD) Bali State branch. The sample used in this study were 71 employees. The data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires. The data analysis method uses the Sobel test to analyze the hypothesis with the classical assumption test previously carried out, the results of the study state that partially Delegation of authority has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, Communication has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, Delegation authority has a positive and significant effect on performance through satisfaction, and communication has an effect on performance through satisfaction. Thus, job satisfaction research is able to become a mediating variable.

Experience during the pandemic can be used as a benchmark where there is an increase in the need for and utilization of e-learning platforms, e-commerce, digital literacy, delivery requests, and the need for medical/cleaning devices which are carried out online. The same thing happened to MSME actors in Perancak Village, Jembrana District, Jembrana Regency. But unfortunately there is a problem where most of them don't understand how to market their products online. So that the purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge, understanding and training on product branding and digital marketing for MSMEs in Perancak Village, Jembrana District, Jembrana Regency. The method of carrying out this activity is to provide counseling and training lectures starting from creating an e-commerce social media account. It is hoped that this will help improve understanding, knowledge and skills in the field of product branding and digital marketing. The result of this community service activity is that MSME actors are able to create brands that appear in their minds according to the products produced without giving up the characteristics of the region where they come from. MSME participants are able to interpret a name in the meaning embodied in the product presented. Keywords: product branding; marketing digitalization; MSMEs.

Abstract

East Duda Village is a village located in Selat District, Karangasem Regency, Bali which is culturally and spiritually filled with the potential for plantations, waterfalls, rolling hills and other tourist attractions. Most of the people make their living as farmers, especially as salak farmers. Apart from that, the economic growth of East Duda Village is also influenced by the tourism sector. The aim of this service is to empower local communities in managing the potential of their villages to support tourism. The implementation methods used in this community service are discussion, interviews, presentations and community service methods. The results of the community service carried out are producing village promotional videos, teaching children in elementary schools, entrepreneurship seminars for MSMEs, Cooking Classes for PKK mothers, Launching Arak Poleng and Community Service in the village environment.

Abstract

In line with the public's need and demand for adequate transportation facilities, city streets are increasingly crowded and traffic is increasingly congested by motorized vehicles. Encouraging the development of the automotive industry in Indonesia more quickly and tends to increase every year. The market demand for motorized vehicles is faced by automotive motorbike manufacturers, one of which is PT Astra Honda Motor, Jembrana Regency State Branch. This research uses a quantitative approach with the results of the research showing that variables X1 (Price) and ≤ 5% (0.05).

Abstract

The problems raised in this study are whether price (X1) affects purchasing decisions (Y), whether product quality (X2) affects purchasing decisions (Y) and whether price (X1) and product quality (X2) affect purchasing decisions (Y). The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression tests, determination tests (adjusted R2), t tests and F tests. The analysis results show the regression model Y = 1.155 + 0.421 (X1) + 0.186 (X2). The conclusion obtained is that price (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) for Ms Glow products at Che Ms Glow Negara in Jembrana, which is indicated by the regression coefficient b1X1 which is positive. Product quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) of Ms Glow products at Che Ms Glow Negara in Jembrana, which is indicated by the regression coefficient b2X2 which is positive. The magnitude of the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow products at Che Ms Glow Negara in Jembrana is 0.063 or 63%, while 37% is influenced by other factors not examined. The independent variable that has a dominant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) can be seen from the results of the Standardised Coefficients Beta value is the price variable (X1) which is 0.161 while the product quality variable (X2) is 0.360.

Abstract

This research is based on a formulation of problems, namely whether there is an influence of financial literacy on student personal financial management, whether there is an influence on the quality of financial learning on student personal financial management, whether there is an influence of financial planning on student personal financial management. The benefit of this research is that it can contribute and support the progress of financial literacy, know the factors that affect financial management, and can add insight in the field of financial management. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaire distribution to active students at universities, Faculty of Business and Tourism, Triatma Mulya University, PSDKU Jembarana using Likert scale. The population in this study was 100 students of the Faculty of Business and Tourism, Traitama Mulya University, PSDKU Jembrana. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling techniques, with 90 samples. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study stated that financial literacy has a positive effect on student financial management, the quality of financial learning has a positive effect on student financial management, and financial planning has a positive effect on student financial management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Jembrana dapat meningkatkan efektivitas mereka dengan menguasai regulasi emosi dan membangun rasa percaya diri yang kuat. Para peneliti mengamati semua perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit tersebut, memilih 149 orang untuk diwawancarai dan dikumpulkan datanya guna memperdalam pemahaman mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur untuk mengevaluasi data. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan hal - hal berikut: kecerdasan emosional secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi komitmen organisasi; kecerdasan spiritual juga secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi komitmen organisasi; baik kecerdasan emosional maupun spiritual berdampak signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja perawat; komitmen organisasi memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat; kecerdasan emosional secara tidak langsung meningkatkan kinerja melalui komitmen organisasi, yang berfungsi sebagai variabel intervening; dan kecerdasan spiritual secara tidak langsung meningkatkan kinerja melalui komitmen organisasi. Lebih jauh, komitmen organisasi memediasi hubungan antara kecerdasan spiritual dan kinerja keperawatan di rumah sakit.Untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat, direktur rumah sakit harus fokus pada pemeliharaan dan penguatan komitmen organisasi, kecerdasan spiritual, dan kecerdasan emosional dengan menerapkan rekomendasi penelitian dalam praktik

Abstract

Employee performance is certainly considered crucial for a company because employee performance is a key determinant of a company's success. This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, communication, and workload on employee performance. The research method used in this study is the quantitative method. Quantitative methods are research methodologies that rely on positivism (concrete data), specifically numerical data that will be measured using statistics as a calculation tool. The population and sample used in this study were all employees of PT. Pegadaian Negara Branch. A questionnaire was distributed to 39 respondents. This study employed a saturated sampling method to determine the sample. The data analysis techniques used were validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, f-tests, and t-tests using SPSS version 22. The results of this study demonstrate that Work Motivation (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Pegadaian Negara Branch. The Communication variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Pegadaian Negara Branch. The Workload variable (X3) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Pegadaian Negara Branch. Based on the results of the F-test analysis, it is shown that the variables Work Motivation (X1), Communication (X2), and Workload (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Pegadaian Negara Branch. Recommendations for PT Pegadaian Negara Branch include increasing employee motivation through reward programs and career development, improving internal communication by conducting effective communication training and opening feedback channels, and managing workload more optimally by adjusting task distribution and providing adequate resources.

Abstract

Puskesmas berfungsi sebagai ujung tombak dan kontak pertama bagi masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan kesehatan. Mengingat peran vital ini, kepuasan kerja pegawai di puskesmas harus menjadi fokus utama bagi pihak manajemen. Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji dampak dari lingkungan kerja fisik, kompensasi, dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai PNS UPTD Puskesmas 1 Negara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh 48 pegawai PNS UPTD Puskesmas 1 Negara, dengan sampel berjumlah 33 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji kelayakan data, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji F, dan uji T. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  lingkungan kerja fisik, kompensasi, dan beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
