Haryono No. 169, Malang E-mail: diahsari03@gmail.com Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganaliss mengenai adanya pertentangan antara perjanjian waralaba Rooster Chicken Fighter dengan Pasal 50 Huruf b Undang- Undang Nomor 5 tahun 1999 tentang Larangan Praktek Monopoli dan Persaingan usaha tidak sehat serta bagaimana sanksi apabila terdapat klausul pelarangan membuka usaha yang sama setelah perjanjian waralaba berakhir antara penerima waralaba dan pemberi waralaba.Penelitian ini merupakan Penilitian Normatif dengan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan,yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan penulis dan pendekatan penelitian analitis. Keyword :Persaingan usaha Tidak Sehat, Perjanjian waralaba, Waralaba, Non Competition Clause.   Abstract This study aims to identify and analyze the conflict between Franchise Contract of Rooster Chicken Fighter and Article 50 Letter b of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition as well as how to impose sanction if there is a provision concerning prohibiting for opening the same business after the contract expires between franchisee and franchisor. This research is a normative legal research using a statutory approach, which deals with the author's problems and analytical research approach. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir kritis dan persepsi siswa terhadap penilaian berbasis HOTS di SMAN 5 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  keterampilan  berpikir kritis  menurut Ennis (1995) diperoleh sebanyak 53,15% siswa berada pada kategori rendah dengan  nilai  50,57, kategori  sangat  tinggi  sebesar 3,13%  dengan  nilai  87,93, kategori tinggi 21,88% dengan nilai 74,62, kategori sedang 6,25% dengan nilai 64,65 dan kategori sangat rendah sebesar 15,63% dengan nilai rerata 36,55. Hasil penelitian keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada masing-masing indikator didapatkan indikator Basic Clarification dengan rerata 88 berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, indikator Basic Support memiliki rerata 71,71 dengan kategori tinggi, indikator Advanced Clarification dan indikator Inference dengan rerata 57,57 dan 47,86 dengan kategori rendah dan indikator  Strategies and Tactics dengan rerata 22,71 dengan kategori sangat rendah. Hasil penelitian diperkuat dengan persepsi siswa yang menunjukkan sebagian besar siswa dengan rerata 63% memiliki persepsi yang sangat positif terhadap proses pembelajaran di kelas. Hal ini juga diperkuat dari hasil wawancara dengan guru yang menegaskan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas telah mengaitkan materi yang dijelaskan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan bahan ajar kimia dasar  berbasis STEM-Problem Based Learning materi kinetika kimia terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Kimia Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan non-equivalent control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah tes, lembar observasi, dan wawancara. Uji persyaratan analisis pada penelitian ini meliputi uji homogenitas dan normalitas. Uji hipotesis yang dilakukan adalah independent sample t test, dengan membandingkan nilai thitung dengan ttabel. Dari hasil uji t tersebut diperoleh nilai thitung 15,233 > ttabel 1,998, sehingga H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar kimia dasar materi kinetika kimia berbasis STEM-Problem Based Learning memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa, dan dapat secara efektif digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

The implementation of the goods and services procurement policy through SIPLah at the SMK level education units in West Jakarta shows significant progress in an effort to create a more efficient and transparent procurement system. The implementation of SIPLah is supported by a clear organizational structure with a structured division of roles, starting from the Ministry of Education and Culture at the central level to the education unit. The school principal acts as the main decision-maker and person in charge of the program, assisted by the treasurer and BOSP team members for technical implementation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through interviews with informants using George C. Edward III's Theory . The results showed that the implementation of goods and services procurement through SIPLah in vocational education units in West Jakarta has had a positive impact in increasing transparency and accountability in the procurement of goods and services in education units. Overall, the implementation of SIPLah has gone well in terms of administrative and operational aspects. However, continuous evaluation and development are still needed, especially in the aspects of improving human resource competencies, optimizing system integration, and improving price control mechanisms. Despite some obstacles, the high commitment of all stakeholders has created a conducive environment for the successful implementation of SIPLah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between inventive thinking (IT) and science-related attitude (SRA). This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design. Participants in this study were 109 chemistry education students, Sriwijaya University. The instruments used in this study were an adaptation of the inventive thinking measurement instrument and an adaptation of the science-related attitude (TOSRA) measurement instrument. Data analysis was carried out using Rasch Analysis to determine the validity and reliability of the instrument, as well as to measure inventive thinking and science-related attitude, which was then analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis. The results of the validity analysis showed that the MNSQ Outfit of both instruments (IT = 1.01 and SRA = 1) was in the range of 0.5-1.5 which was classified as valid or could measure what was to be measured well. The reliability of both instruments (IT = 0.98 and SRA = 0.99) was in the range> 0.94 which was classified as special. The results of the analysis of the relationship between inventive thinking and science-related attitude show that r = 0.273 is included in the low category. This shows that the relationship between science-related students and inventive thinking is low, or in other words there is no close relationship between inventive thinking ability and science-related students. The results of the Pearson correlation analysis also show a positive sign. This shows that the relationship between inventive thinking and science-related students is also positive, or not contradictory.
