Abstract

In the business world, fulfilling the needs and desires of consumers is one of the tasks that must be fulfilled by business people. Increasingly tighter competition makes business people prioritize customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research activity is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Central Motor Workshop. The population of this study is unlimited and the sample of 96 respondents is known by using the lameshow formula. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. In this study the research tests used were validity, reliability, correlation analysis, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression, t-test and the coefficient of determination. In this study using a simple regression correlation coefficient. The effect of service quality (X) on customer satisfaction (Y), based on the results of the T-test in this study, the test results show that the independent variable, namely service quality, has a positive and significant effect on smooth production. Significant at the 0.000 level, because 0.000 <0.05, it is concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus it can be stated that the service quality hypothesis has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the t value indicates that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

The proliferation of electronic government (E-Government) initiatives has played a crucial role in transforming public services, particularly in enhancing effectiveness, efficiency, and accessibility. This study specifically analyses the Jaket Boat application in Thousand Island, assessing the extent to which it influences and improves public transport services. Faced with the unique geographical challenges and complex transportation needs, Thousand Island provides an ideal context for examining the application of technology in meeting and exceeding public service expectations. The Jaket Boat application, as an E-Government initiative, has been examined to assess its contribution to facilitating easier access, speeding up service processes, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the public transport system. The findings of this research are vital in informing further development of E-Government systems aimed at creating more integrated and accessible transportation services for all segments of society in Thousand Island.

Abstract

Indonesian bureaucracy since the beginning of the reform era has shown little progress because there are still many arrogant bureaucrats who practice corruption, collusion, nepotism, and waste as well as many abuses of government authority and power for personal gain at all levels and systems of government. With the various dynamics that occur, several strategies are carried out by the government for bureaucratic reform by implementing a merit system policy, forming an ethics committee board and encouraging transparency in publication or open complaints against any violation of regulations to issuing bureaucratic reform regulations and institutional transformation. The bureaucratic reform policy in Indonesia is carried out through bureaucratic simplification by transferring administrative positions to functional positions and forming a new work system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research approach, using data triangulation techniques involving the use of various data sources to examine the same phenomenon, including interview data, observations, and supporting documents. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the bureaucratic simplification policy in the Tangerang Regency Government has provided quite significant changes and in a positive direction. The implementation of the bureaucratic simplification policy has changed the organizational structure of regional apparatus by eliminating one level of organizational structure. Overall, this study concludes that the simplification of bureaucracy in the Tangerang Regency Government has gone well in terms of administration. However, further evaluation and monitoring are still needed to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of this policy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, especially in the aspects of work culture for communication changes, education and training for increasing resources, disposition to the new work system and the running of the bureaucratic structure after bureaucratic simplification.

Abstract

Tenaga Kerja Mandiri Pemula (TKMP) is a program that was created as a source of competency improvement in training and provided financial assistance by the Ministry of Manpower as a step to reduce the number of unemployed as stated in Law Number 13 of 2023 concerning Manpower. This research aims to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the role of facilitators in the Independent Beginner Employment program in Subang Regency and analyze various factors that influence the success of the role of companions. Qualitative methods were used with interview techniques with key informants of the TKMP program. This research uses qualitative methods by interviewing important informants who are directly involved in the program. The results can provide a comprehensive and in-depth picture of the role of assistants as well as suggestions for increasing the effectiveness of the TKMP program in Subang Regency in the future.

Abstract

The implementation of the goods and services procurement policy through SIPLah at the SMK level education units in West Jakarta shows significant progress in an effort to create a more efficient and transparent procurement system. The implementation of SIPLah is supported by a clear organizational structure with a structured division of roles, starting from the Ministry of Education and Culture at the central level to the education unit. The school principal acts as the main decision-maker and person in charge of the program, assisted by the treasurer and BOSP team members for technical implementation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through interviews with informants using George C. Edward III's Theory . The results showed that the implementation of goods and services procurement through SIPLah in vocational education units in West Jakarta has had a positive impact in increasing transparency and accountability in the procurement of goods and services in education units. Overall, the implementation of SIPLah has gone well in terms of administrative and operational aspects. However, continuous evaluation and development are still needed, especially in the aspects of improving human resource competencies, optimizing system integration, and improving price control mechanisms. Despite some obstacles, the high commitment of all stakeholders has created a conducive environment for the successful implementation of SIPLah.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of Tax Consultant Licensing Services through the Tax Consultant Information System Application (SIKOP) at the Financial Professional Development Center of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance, by presenting a case study of the use of the SIKOP application. E-Government, whose aim is to provide the best service to the public in a transparent, effective and efficient manner, turns out that in its implementation it is still faced with various challenges which result in the ineffectiveness of e-government itself. The research uses qualitative methods by analyzing data through interviews, observation and documentation studies. This approach enables an in-depth understanding of the implementation of SIKOP and the e-Government challenges faced in the Ministry of Finance. The research results show a significant increase in the accessibility of licensing services and the acceleration of the licensing process since the adoption of SIKOP. However, the study also identified several shortcomings, including confusion regarding procedures, lack of personal interaction, and inadequate solutions. Therefore, improvements are needed in these aspects to ensure that tax consultant licensing services are in accordance with the desired public service principles. Managerial implications and suggestions for further research are also discussed to improve the quality and effectiveness of SIKOP as a tax consultant licensing service platform.

Abstract

Kemiskinan ekstrem adalah ketika seseorang tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dasar mereka, seperti makanan, air bersih, sanitasi yang memadai, layanan kesehatan, tempat tinggal, pendidikan, dan akses ke informasi.  Untuk menangani kemiskinan ekstrem, pemerintah pusat dan daerah telah mengembangkan berbagai program dan kebijakan.  Meskipun demikian, pelaksanaan di lapangan masih menghadapi berbagai hambatan, termasuk di Kabupaten Karawang.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana kebijakan pengentasan kemiskinan ekstrem diterapkan di Kabupaten Karawang dan menemukan faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasinya.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif, yang mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi.  Penelitian ini berfokus pada Badan Perencanaan dan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Karawang. Lima desa termasuk dalam subjeknya, dan enam belas informan dilibatkan.  Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yang mencakup penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan, dan reduksi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program bantuan sosial, pelatihan keterampilan, subsidi pendidikan, dan pembangunan infrastruktur dasar adalah cara implementasi kebijakan dilakukan.  Namun, pelaksanaannya di lapangan belum optimal.  Salah satu faktor penghambat yang ditemukan adalah data penerima manfaat yang tidak akurat, kurangnya koordinasi antar OPD, keterbatasan anggaran dan sumber daya manusia, dan kurangnya pemahaman pelaksana tentang substansi kebijakan.  Sebaliknya, hal-hal yang mendukung termasuk komitmen pimpinan daerah, sinergi lintas sektor melalui forum TKPKD, dan partisipasi masyarakat yang aktif.  Singkatnya, keberhasilan program pengentasan kemiskinan ekstrem di Kabupaten Karawang bergantung pada optimalisasi data, koordinasi kelembagaan, dan peningkatan kapasitas pelaksana.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-undang No.5 Tahun 2014, pemerintah telah menyusun peraturan untuk mendukung pengembangan kompetensi pada ASN melalui Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No.17 Tahun 2020 yang menjelaskan bahwa Pengembangan kompetensi bagi setiap PNS dilakukan paling sedikit 20 jam pelajaran/tahun. Di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo atau yang disingkat RSCM yang sebagai rumah sakit teraktreditasi Internasional dan menjadi Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Rujukan Nasional terdepan dalam Layanan, Pendidikan dan Penelitian yang Berstandar Internasional, pengembangan kompetensi 20 jam pelajaran/tahun bagi tenaga kesehatan lain di RSCM telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2021. Yang menjadi landasan dalam implementasi pengembangan kompetensi 20 jam pelajaran/tahun pada tenaga kesehatan lain adalah Peraturan Direktur Utama RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Nomor HK.02.03.4.2/18898/2021. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumentasi terhadap informan. Hasil capaian implementasi pengembangan kompetensi 20 jam pelajaran/tahun bagi tenaga kesehatan lain di RSCM masih belum maksimal, sehingga diperlukan upaya peningkatan capaian tersebut melalui penyelenggaraan seminar internal dengan kompetensi yang dihitung berdasarkan jam pelajaran, menyusun kebijakan akumulasi pengembangan kompetensi dari SKP ke jam pelajaran dan melakukan monitoring evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengembangan kompetensi secara rutin dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Dalam rangka menghadapi tantangan dan meningkatkan pelayanan publik di BPJS Kesehatan, inovasi menjadi kunci untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada. Inovasi dalam hal infrastruktur, administrasi, kualitas pelayanan, dan teknologi dapat membantu memperbaiki sistem jaminan kesehatan nasional ini (Burhanuddin, 2016). Pada era digital ini, penggunaan teknologi mobile telah menjadi bagian penting dari berbagai sektor, termasuk dalam pelayanan publik. Peningkatan fasilitas kesehatan di Kota Bekasi, terutama di daerah padat penduduk dan pinggiran, dapat membantu mengurangi antrian panjang dan meningkatkan aksesibilitas pelayanan kesehatan salah satunya dengan aplikasi mobile JKN. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, aksesibilitas dan kualitas layanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat dapat meningkat. Peserta bisa dengan mudah mengakses informasi tentang kepesertaan, melakukan pembayaran iuran, mengajukan klaim, dan masih banyak lagi melalui aplikasi ini. Aplikasi mobile JKN telah memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas serta efisiensi operasional dan administratif di BPJS Kesehatan Kota Bekasi.
