Abstract

The implementation of the goods and services procurement policy through SIPLah at the SMK level education units in West Jakarta shows significant progress in an effort to create a more efficient and transparent procurement system. The implementation of SIPLah is supported by a clear organizational structure with a structured division of roles, starting from the Ministry of Education and Culture at the central level to the education unit. The school principal acts as the main decision-maker and person in charge of the program, assisted by the treasurer and BOSP team members for technical implementation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through interviews with informants using George C. Edward III's Theory . The results showed that the implementation of goods and services procurement through SIPLah in vocational education units in West Jakarta has had a positive impact in increasing transparency and accountability in the procurement of goods and services in education units. Overall, the implementation of SIPLah has gone well in terms of administrative and operational aspects. However, continuous evaluation and development are still needed, especially in the aspects of improving human resource competencies, optimizing system integration, and improving price control mechanisms. Despite some obstacles, the high commitment of all stakeholders has created a conducive environment for the successful implementation of SIPLah.

Abstract

One of the receptive skills is listening, which involves understanding the speaker's uttered words. The frequency with which learners practice hearing English language expressions has an impact on their listening abilities. One benefit is the abundance of resources available for use in teaching listening, such as easily accessible podcasts and YouTube videos. But teaching strategies and tactics are just as vital as the media, which is one of the key elements for listening skills. It is well recognized that S1 Language Education students’ listening skills still require development. The researcher administered listening practice which is called shadowing technique in which the students have to practice listening from the podcast, Youtube video and conversations. Then, they are assigned to repeat after the speakers’ utterance. The researchers conducted a pre-test of listening abilities before the listening class in order to conduct a pre-survey, but the outcomes were still far from the perfections. Their listening’s’ skill need to be improved. It is believed that by employing the Shadowing Technique, students' proficiency will grow. Thus, the goal of this study is to know the students’ perceptions on the use of shadowing technique in listening class of English Education students of FKIP University of Lampung. The research uses quantitative method with questionnaire as the instrument of the study. The sample of this study is S1 students of the English Education Study Program, FKIP University of Lampung, consisting of 27 of 2th semester students who take pre-intermediate listening course. The shadowing technique using YouTube videos and podcasts is expected to improve students' listening skills. The results have produced some interesting finding.

Abstract

Dalam kondisi yang sedang kita alami sekarang ini, pembelajaran daring menjadi solusi yang tepat pada dunia pendidikan untuk tetap melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran. Hal ini menimbulkan tantangan baru dalam dunia pembelajaran, salah satunya adalah kurangnya rasa ketertarikan dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran daring. Adapun cara meningkatkan minat siswa yaitu dengan memberikan bahan ajar/ materi yang menarik perhatian siswa. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar pembelajaran tidak terasa membosankan. Canva merupakan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh guru untuk membuat bahan/materi ajar yang menarik dan inovatif. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru SMP/Sederajat di Kota Bandar Lampung dalam mengoptimalisasikan teknologi dan kemampuan untuk menciptakan bahan ajar menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Langkah- langkah kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian pada masyarakat ini meliputi beberapa tahapan, diantaranya: a) tahap analisis, b) tahap perancangan, c) tahap pelatihan, dan d) tahap evaluasi. Kata kunci: Teknologi, Canva, Pelatihan, Bahan/Materi Ajar
