Abstract

Public health activities for the control of viral hepatitis have increased during the last three decades. In 2010, there is growing public awareness about the public health burden of viral hepatitis. However, there are major gaps in the response and increased mortality. Five virus responsible for most cases of viral hepatitis are hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E. All hepatitis viruses can cause acute hepatitis. However, only HBV, HCV and HDV frequent cause of chronic hepatitis, which can cause progressive scarring of the liver and primary liver cancer. Of these, HBV and HCV causes 96% of deaths from hepatitis virus, So the need for special treatment for hepatitis, with the creation of an expert system for diagnosis of hepatitis using Naive Bayes method that aims to diagnose the onset of hepatitis disease is expected to help users who still lay on knowledge as well as related information from hepatitis. Based on test results using 10 samples of data to get the value of accuracy of 90%. Ketikakuratan 10% is due at the time of the calculation method that uses a Naive Bayes highest value for the results obtained and if the same value system will take the value of the list of the first order for the results to a user

Abstract

Interactivity is the student activities or relationships between students with anything related to the course, his example by attending a class attendance responds directly at the appointed hour. What is meant here is the liveliness activities interactivity of students to answer the questions that exist in the online lecture forum, whether he is copying and pasting answers with other students or not. The number of student answers archives make web manager can not judge whether the student was copying and pasting the answer to her or not. Therefore we need a system that can provide a connection weights to archives word answers and calculates similarities between students answer word. To analyze the data from these students, writers manipulate the data using text mining. This research using tf-idf method cosine similarity, the parameters used are folding case, tokenizing, stopwords and stemming. The results of this study are that have a common answer to answer other students not considered effective in the online lectures, corresponding similarity weight percentage of statutes that have been determined.

Abstract

Limitations regarding the leave application process at the national university students tend to be effective and efficient because it still uses a manual system that makes students feel difficult. Since the number of files that accumulate leave so as to make the part of academic administration forgot to process when there are students who ask leave of absence. The purpose of this design will generate student leave application program is web based, so as to provide convenience to the user in filing and processing leave. Software system development methods using Waterfall Model. The results of this study will show the main page there is also a facility to leave application, as well as leave application status changes. Through this website, students can leave application process online.

Abstract

The quality of human resources is one of the supporting factors to increase the productivity of employee assessment of an agency. So from that high competent human resources can support the existence of employee appraisals, it will be known the achievements achieved by each employee. Decision Support System Application (SPK) was made to assist study programs in employee appraisal. One method of decision support systems is Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) which uses the calculation of criteria weights and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to assess employees. Currently, the National University is still using the manual method in the process of employee performance appraisal by calculating the score of each criterion using Microsoft Excel. The manual assessment process is very likely to occur errors in calculating each criterion and takes a long time in the calculation process. At present, the National University does not yet have a specific application used for employee performance appraisal. Therefore, a decision support system is built using a web-based Multi-Objective Optimization (MOORA) method in order to facilitate the process of evaluating objective employee performance based on weights and assessment criteria that have been determined.

The National University conducts daily lecture activities. In addition, the National University has several activities outside of lectures that use space in the campus building so that the activities can run well. In borrowing a room, students still have to ask the schedule directly by visiting the room provider. Which still requires quite a long time. Room lending system is a system that can overcome problems for room lending at the National University. Submitting a loan can be done online. Every loan will be saved by the system. With this application it is hoped that it can help to make it easier to use to make room loans more easily and efficiently.

Abstract

Mojokopi is a small coffee shop engaged in the sale of various kinds of coffee products such as milk coffee, Toraja coffee, Flores coffee and others. In the coffee sale transaction at Mojokopi, there is a flow where the buyer must first see the list of menus available at the coffee shop, then the seller will record the order into the book according to the buyer's order, if the order is complete, the buyer will pay according to what the buyer ordered. Of course, it really needs a system to be able to simplify the process of transactions so that the data will be faster and safer than the bookkeeping process. The mojokopi coffee shop sales monitoring information system based on the website can process transaction data so as to produce information in monitoring sales reports without having to open documents, as well as using the application of sales forecasting to get sales prediction results. This website-based monitoring information system conducts interviews and direct observations as a method of data collection. It is designed using the PHP and MYSQL programming languages. With the existence of a monitoring information system, existing problems from monitoring sales can be resolved, therefore a website-based information system is designed.

Abstract

Garbage includes final waste that is not used by the community, so it can cause disease if it is not handled properly. Garbage that is allowed to accumulate will emit an unpleasant odor. Several reports from the people of Jakarta, especially the South Jakarta area, do not litter. Garbage is often seen piling up on the streets or in public places. So that the development of a system with the concept of smart cleaning was formed, with the aim of reducing scattered waste that was dumped on the roadside and public places. The method used is SDLC in the form of a prototype model. System Design Methods with UML, Class Diagrams and Use Case diagrams. The results of the research are web- and mobile-based smart cleaning systems. The results of usability testing of the smart cleaning system obtained an average result of about 75% of the answers given by the respondents. The highest rating was obtained with a total percentage of 84% stating that the system can be read.
