Abstract

Mojokopi is a small coffee shop engaged in the sale of various kinds of coffee products such as milk coffee, Toraja coffee, Flores coffee and others. In the coffee sale transaction at Mojokopi, there is a flow where the buyer must first see the list of menus available at the coffee shop, then the seller will record the order into the book according to the buyer's order, if the order is complete, the buyer will pay according to what the buyer ordered. Of course, it really needs a system to be able to simplify the process of transactions so that the data will be faster and safer than the bookkeeping process. The mojokopi coffee shop sales monitoring information system based on the website can process transaction data so as to produce information in monitoring sales reports without having to open documents, as well as using the application of sales forecasting to get sales prediction results. This website-based monitoring information system conducts interviews and direct observations as a method of data collection. It is designed using the PHP and MYSQL programming languages. With the existence of a monitoring information system, existing problems from monitoring sales can be resolved, therefore a website-based information system is designed.

Abstract

Kehadiran dapat dianggap sebagai bukti keberadaan, dan itu adalah elemen dari operasi pelaporan organisasi. Paling tidak, sistem kehadiran kampus yang melibatkan absen mahasiswa secara manual karena informasi mengenai kehadiran dapat dimanipulasi oleh mahasiswa atau dosen yang secara salah menandai kehadiran mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, teknologi yang dapat membantu proses kehadiran kampus dengan menggunakan adanya aplikasi absensi Qr-Code yang berbasis Web dapat digunakan didalam perkuliahan tersebut. QR adalah singkatan dari (Quick Response). Maka dari itu, kualitas sistem dalam hal kehadiran mahasiswa dapat lebih tepat dan berguna dari pada halnya yang secara manual. Dalam proyek ini, akan dibangun sistem absensi yang dapat diatasi dengan dipakai sistem kamera smartphone Android untuk memindai kode QR, aplikasi ini berbasis web dengan menggunakan Android. Dari hasil yang sejalan dengan tujuannya mentransmisikan informasi dengan cepat dan menerima jawaban cepat. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa dapat menggunakan sistem Android memindai kode QR untuk hadir. Abstract

Feldiriz Costume is an application to make buying and selling transactions online, where users can choose a variety of available products and can buy these products in the application online. In an application, of course, it requires a beautiful and comfortable appearance when interacting with users. To maintain a positive image of the application, a usability evaluation of an application display and user comfort in using the application is made. the evaluation aims to measure the level of satisfaction for users of the Feldiriz Costume application. there are two methods used, namely End User Computing Satisfaction and PIECES. both methods are used to find the level of user satisfaction. the End User Computing Satisfaction got a score of 4,498 with a very satisfied level of user satisfaction. and the PIECES method got a score of 4.38 with a very satisfied level of user satisfaction. besides that, it also uses the PageSpeed Insgihts tool to assess the performance of the various pages available in the Feldiriz Costume application. In the assessment, PageSpeed Insights got an average performance score of 97, this shows that the Feldiriz Costume application is in the good category.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di Indonesia meningkat pesat dari hari ke hari. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai macam faktor mulai dari perluasan area cakupan internet, peningkatan bandwidth internet, penggunaan teknologi internet dan komunikasi terbaru yang lebih cepat dan efisien, perkembangan ponsel pintar, munculnya berbagai macam media sosial dan ecommerce, serta semakin banyaknya masyarakat yang paham dan aktif menggunakan internet. Saat ini peranan teknologi informasi berpengaruh dalam dunia ekonomi khususnya dalam hal penjualan online atau dikenal ecommerce. Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah sekelompok orang tua komite salah satu sekolah dasar swasta di Bekasi. Latar belakang dari pihak mitra memiliki sampingan usaha yang dilakukan secara mandiri dengan berbagai jenis bidang usaha seperti diantaranya makanan, pakaian, jasa laundry, kesehatan dan lain sebagainya. Dalam pelaksanaannya jenis usaha yang dilakukan cenderung masih pasif dengan menunggu pesanan dari konsumen dan kurangnya pemanfaatan media sosial maupun ecommerce di era digital saat ini. Solusi yang diusulkan dengan melakukan suatu kegiatan pelatihan optimalisasi penggunaan perangkat smartphone dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dan ecommerce yang ada sebagi media pemasaran dalam mendukung peluang usaha di masa pandemic Covid 19. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk merubah pola pelaku usaha dari model pemasaran tradisional ke model pemasaran modern dengan memanfaatkan digital teknologi informasi. Dengan memanfaatkan digital teknologi informasi tersebut diharapkan kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan mampu meningkatkan margin keuntungan, pangsa pasar yang semakin meluas, volume penjualan meningkat dan biaya pemasaran yang dapat diminimalkan. Hasil penilaian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa dari sisi kepuasan peserta terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan sebesar 4,4 dilanjutkan untuk manfaat dari kegiatan sebesar 4,5 dan untuk manfaat dari materi yang disampaikan sebesar 4,4. Sehingga kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan ini memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,4 dari skala tertinggi 5.

Abstract

Abstract: The success of the system claim payment information a very active role in information systems and strategies in the core business that exists today got a critical priority for the company. The is unavoidable because of information systems has become an essential part of the survival of companies, companies that do not follow it will miss. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the billing payment systems, information systems using information systems and methods of success DeLone McLean. The analysis showed that the quality of information, quality systems, and top management support systems affect the perceived usefulness of the system. With the use of information systems claims payments affect the perceived benefits of the company is the satisfaction for users of the system in general and organizations. The perceived usefulness of the system for users is very helpful for daily operations in its work, as well as the quality of information and the quality of the system will have a direct impact to the organization, some manual processes no longer in the payment of claims to the client. With the results of this study are expected to be useful for management to determine the factors that affect the success rate of use claims payment system based on quality information and quality system. The conclusions of this evaluation are the system already meets the quality information and quality system that can further develop.

Abstract

The eye is one of the organs of the body that is very important for humans, so it must be kept in good health, but as humans age and the unhealthy lifestyle of many people in Indonesia experience problems with their eyes. Based on the existing problems this study discusses the application of expert systems to diagnose eye diseases. The data used for the study consisted of 22 symptoms and 5 eye diseases. Expert system that was built using the Naïve Bayes method. There are two stages of work from this application. First, the system asks the patient to choose the symptoms they are experiencing. Secondly, the system will automatically display the diagnosis results of the eye disease suffered by the patient through the calculation of Naïve Bayes. This system has advantages compared to the existing system in the reference journal, namely in the design of the symptom page display, making it easier for users to answer according to the symptoms felt. The results of subsequent system diagnoses are compared with the results of diagnoses from actual experts. The system trial used data of 15 eye disease patients. From the experimental results, the percentage of diagnostic suitability of 86%.

Abstract

Garbage includes final waste that is not used by the community, so it can cause disease if it is not handled properly. Garbage that is allowed to accumulate will emit an unpleasant odor. Several reports from the people of Jakarta, especially the South Jakarta area, do not litter. Garbage is often seen piling up on the streets or in public places. So that the development of a system with the concept of smart cleaning was formed, with the aim of reducing scattered waste that was dumped on the roadside and public places. The method used is SDLC in the form of a prototype model. System Design Methods with UML, Class Diagrams and Use Case diagrams. The results of the research are web- and mobile-based smart cleaning systems. The results of usability testing of the smart cleaning system obtained an average result of about 75% of the answers given by the respondents. The highest rating was obtained with a total percentage of 84% stating that the system can be read.

Abstract

Determination in choosing a supplier is one of the strategic programs and needs to be more objective, often the decision making in choosing a supplier is only based on intuition, habit and experience, until now there is no mechanism or method for this that is suitable or only according to universal select criteria. Hospital Facility Maintenance Facility (IPSRS) is a facility that oversees all maintenance and repair work on non-medical facilities at the National Brain Center Hospital, including building maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, AC management, surveillance camera or CCTV maintenance, and motor generator repair. and telephone control generator. To select the expected spare parts supplier, it is necessary to apply the SPK Ideal Solution Similarity Order Preference Technique (TOPSIS) method and combine it with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to facilitate the process of selecting more than one alternative. The criteria determined in this study are S1 with Price, S2 with Quality, S3 with Speed and S4 with Completeness. With these criteria, it can be used as material to determine the Decision Support carried out by the system. In the results of this study the determination of the criteria using AHP with the results of the Consistency Ratio value of 0.004 which means if the value is above 0.01 then the results are declared consistent. As well as for the design using the Topsis method, the positive ideal solution on the criteria S1 is worth 0.13282, S2 is worth 0.07954, S3 is 0.04085 and S4 is 0.0422. Meanwhile, for the negative ideal solution, S1 is worth 0.04981, S2 is 0.02983, S3 is 0.02043 and S4 is 0.0211. The first rank is P7 with a value of 0.813 and the last order is P8 with a value of 0.13. So, from the results of the assessment carried out by the system based on the weight value for ranking using the TOPSIS method which occupies the top three positions, PT. Cipta Karya Teknik with a total of 0.813 or 81.3%, followed by PT. Karya Mandiri Indonesia with a total of 0.802 or 80.2%, and PT. Indah Harapan Nusa with a total of 0.796 or 79.6%. As for the bottom three positions are PT. Tunggal Teknik Indo with a total of 0.292 or 29.2%, then PT.Harapan Maju Bersama which has a total of 0.139 or 13.9% and the last one is PT. Forward Rise Simultaneously with a value of 0.130 or 13%.
