Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas media sosial Facebook terhadap WOM positif melalui kepuasan pelanggan dan outcome relational pada produk ASUS. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner online melalui www.kwiksurvey.com yang berisi pernyataan responden mengenai persepsi kualitas layanan media sosial Facebook, kepuasan, outcome relational dan WOM. Kualitas media sosial yang diteliti adalah efisiensi, reliabilitas, fulfillment, privasi, daya tanggap, dan kompensasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota Facebook yang tergabung dalam http://www.facebook.com/ASUSIndonesia. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 120 responden. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis model struktural atau Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). ). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kualitas media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, outcome relational, dengan arah hubungan positif. Berdasarkan pengujian kasualitas diketahui bahwa H1 yakni kualitas layanan pada media sosial berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan diterima, H2 yakni kualitas layanan pada media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap outcome relational pelanggan diterima, H3 yakni kualitas layanan pada media sosial  berpengaruh terhadap WOM positif ditolak, H4 yakni kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap WOM positif ditolak, H5 yakni outcome relational pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap WOM positif ditolak.Kata Kunci: kualitas media sosial, kepuasan pelanggan, outsome relational, wom positif ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the quality of Facebook social media towards positive WOM through customer satisfaction and relational outcome on ASUS products. The research instrument used an online questionnaire through www.kwiksurvey.com which contained respondents' statements regarding the perception of the quality of Facebook social media services, satisfaction, relational outcomes and WOM. The quality of social media studied is efficiency, reliability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, and compensation. The population in this study is all members of Facebook incorporated in http://www.facebook.com/ASUSIndonesia. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, the number of samples taken as much as 120 respondents. The analysis model used is structural model analysis or Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). ). The results of the analysis showed that the quality of social media has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, outcome relational, with the direction of positive relationship. Based on the testing of the quality is known that the quality of service H1 on social media significant effect on customer satisfaction received, H2 ie quality of service on social media significant effect on the outcome of customer relational acceptance, H3 ie quality of service on social media influence on WOM positive rejected, H4 ie satisfaction customers have a significant effect on the positive WOM rejected, H5 ie the outcome of customer relational influence on WOM positive rejected.Keywords: Quality of Social Media, Customer Satisfaction, Outsome Relational, WOM Positive

Abstract

Manajemen kewirausahaan merupakan aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh individu yang memiliki bakat, kemampuan, dan keterampilan dalam menciptakan, mengelola, serta mengembangkan sebuah usaha. studi ini berfungsi guna menghitung sampai mana peran minat, kreativitas, dan koneksi memengaruhi keberhasilan usaha UMKM makanan di Desa Sumberejo. teknik yang dipakai didalam studi ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 77 anggota UMKM makanan. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi peran minat (X1), kreativitas (X2), koneksi (X3), serta keberhasilan usaha (Y). Perolehan sampel dilaksanakan dengan purposive sampling, yakni menyeleksi responden yang dianggap paling relevan dan sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian. Hasil dari studi menandakan bahwasannya minat, kreativitas, dan koneksi mempunyai dampak kesuksesan UMKM makanan di Desa Sumberejo.

Abstract

UMKM Bu Asih merupakan unit usaha yang berada di desa panti dan beroperasi dejak 2011. Usaha bu asih ini memiliki beberapa kendala/masalah dalam bisnisnya sehingga usahanya masih belum berkembang, berikut ini masalah yang dihadapi, masih menggunakan peralatan produksi yang tradisional dan belum bisa menghasilkan produk yang bagus, packaging yang masih sederhana, serta pemilik yang masih belum bisa mengoptimalkan sosial media dan e commerce untuk membangun komunikasi efektif dengan target konsumen. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yg dilaksanakan dengan metode pendampingan, pembimbingan dan pemberian peralatan modern, maka UMKM Bu Asih bisa memproduksi produk yang lebih renyah, tahan lama dan memiliki varian rasa, serta memiliki packaging yang baru. Selain kemajuan tersebut, pemilik UMKM Bu Asih juga sudah bisa mengoperasionalkan tiktok untuk promosi dan menjalin komunikasi efektif dengan konsumen, pemilik juga diajari tentang penggunaan e commerce shoope untuk mejual produk keripiknya.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial management is a process that involves the ability of individuals to create, manage, and develop businesses effectively in order to survive and compete in the midst of dynamic market changes. In this context, interest, creativity, and connections are important factors that can drive the success of a business, especially in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. This study aims to analyze the influence of interest (X1), creativity (X2), and connection (X3) on business success (Y) in food MSME actors in Sumberejo Village. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The main instrument used in data collection is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The number of respondents in this study was 77 people, who were selected using purposive sampling techniques based on certain criteria such as the length of business and the type of food products produced. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of statistical software. The results of the study show that the variables of interest, creativity, and connection simultaneously or partially have a positive and significant effect on the success of MSME businesses. Thus, MSME actors who have a high interest in entrepreneurship, are able to create product innovations, and have a wide network of relationships, tend to have a greater chance of achieving business success. This research suggests the need for entrepreneurship training that not only focuses on the technical aspects of production, but also the development of soft skills and social networks. Thus, the empowerment of MSMEs in rural areas will be more optimal and sustainable. These findings are expected to be a reference for village governments, training institutions, and other related parties in formulating strategies to strengthen MSMEs in rural areas.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to analyze the influence of Experiential Marketing, Product Quality, Store Atmosphere, and Service Quality on customer loyalty at Kopixel Jember. The background to this research is the importance of maintaining customer loyalty in the increasingly competitive coffee shop industry. Method: This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 220 respondents who are Kopixel customers. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each independent variable on customer loyalty. Results: The research results show that the four variables have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Experiential Marketing has a regression coefficient of 0.321, Product Quality of 0.284, Store Atmosphere of 0.295, and Service Quality of 0.312. The Product Quality variable has a dominant influence, showing the importance of product quality in creating customer satisfaction and loyalty. Novelty: This research provides practical contributions for Kopixel managers and can be a reference for similar research in the future. Kopixel is advised to focus on product innovation, facility improvements, and employee training to create a better customer experience.
