Abstract

Background - The company has provided occupational safety and health facilities to avoid work accidents, but employees still do not use the equipment that has been provided. This can affect the performance of employees in carrying out their work. Objective - This study aims to determine the partial effect of work safety (X1), occupational health (X2) and work environment (X3) towards employee performance (Y) of PT Sinar Sosro KP Jember. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research used a quantitative method approach. The population in this study were the employees of PT Sinar Sosro KP Jember and covered 32 employees as the number of samples. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with data instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (multicollinearity test, normality test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing (t test and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS 21.0 for Windows software application. Findings - The results of this study indicate that, partially, the work safety variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with significance value of 0.026. Partially, the occupational health variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with significance value of 0.028. While the work environment variable (X3) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with significance value of 0.013. The adjusted R-squared value of 0.799. This indicates that 79% of variations in employee performance variable can be well explained by occupational safety, occupational health and work environment variables. The remaining value of 0.21 or 21% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study. Research implications - The results of this study are expected to be input and as additional information for the company in providing occupational safety and health facilities to the performance of employees at PT Sinar Sosro KP Jember. Research limitations - The limitations of this study are that it only uses three variables while there are many other factors that can affect employee performance, and the sample used is still small so it cannot be generalized to all companies.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the brand ambassador and the price of the Ruangguru application that had a significant effect on the buying interest of SMAN 03 Jember students. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all students of SMAN 03 Jember, totaling 1040. The sample used was 91 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The study's results prove that the brand ambassador and price on the Ruangguru application significantly affect buying interest in SMAN 03 Jember students. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for tofu products at Tamanan Bondowoso). The population is all people who buy tofu products at Tamanan Bondowoso. The number of samples was determined as many as 90 respondents with non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling method. To test the measuring tool in the form of a research questionnaire, the validity test tool and data reliability test tool are used. Multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test were used to test the research hypothesis. The test results show that there is a significant influence between brand image and purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.013 (<0.05). The second result shows that there is a significant influence between product quality and purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.002 (p <0.05). The third result shows that there is a significant effect between price and purchase decision with a significance level of 0.002 (p <0.05). Thus it can be concluded that the independent variables consisting of brand image, product quality and price together have an effect on the dependent variable (Y) purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Purchasing decision is a concept of purchasing behavior where a consumer decides to do something or do something. One of the factors is the quality of the product, word of mouth and also the customer community. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population and research sample are consumers who have bought sukun sedap malam chips products in Setimbo Hamlet, Jati Banteng Village, Jati Banteng District, Situbondo Regency (heterogeneous population), at least 97 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is to use multiple linear analysis. The results showed that product quality and customer community had an effect on purchasing decisions for night savory breadfruit chips, while WOM had no significant effect on purchasing decisions for night savory breadfruit chips.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era saat ini membuat penggunanya lebih kreatif dan inovatif, hal itu juga dapat dijadikan kesempatan oleh perusahaan untuk mempertahankan bisnis dan meningkatkan penjualan, upaya tersebut dilakukan bukan hanya dengan memberikan produk dan servis terbaik tetapi menjalin hubungan dengan konsumen juga harus dilakukan yaitu melalui komunikasi dua-arah selain itu dilakukan juga dengan melakukan pemasaran dengan baik. Salah satunya pada penelitian ini yang dilatar belakangi adanya penurunan pada Warmindo pada tahun 2019 – 2022 dikarenakan adanya wabah pandemi, maka dari itu perlu adanya peningkatan pada strategi pemasaran guna untuk meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan mangsa pasar pada produk Warmindo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari Brand Awareness dan Media Komunikasi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk Warmindo (studi kasus jalan Mastrip, Jember). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah kuantitatif, dengan populasi penelian yaitu konsumen yang perna bertransaksi atau membeli produk pada Warmindo dengan jumlah sample yang diambil sebanyak 60 orang. Peneliti juga menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Brand Awareness dan Media Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Warmindo

Abstract

Dalam mencapai tujuannya, perusahaan memerlukan sumber daya manusia sebagai elemen penggerak yang utama. Tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapaipada saat sumber daya manusia dikelola dengan baik, efektif, dan efisien. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi, dan loyalitas pada kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Pujer Bondowoso. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi berupa seluruh pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Pujer Bondowoso yang berjumlah 45 orang, di mana teknik sampel jenuh digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner dan dilakukan analisis dengan regresi linier berganda, serta dilakukan uji multikolinearitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji f, uji t, dan uji determinasi yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS. Penelitian menghasilkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi, dan loyalitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Pujer Bondowoso.

Abstract

UMKM Bu Asih merupakan unit usaha yang berada di desa panti dan beroperasi dejak 2011. Usaha bu asih ini memiliki beberapa kendala/masalah dalam bisnisnya sehingga usahanya masih belum berkembang, berikut ini masalah yang dihadapi, masih menggunakan peralatan produksi yang tradisional dan belum bisa menghasilkan produk yang bagus, packaging yang masih sederhana, serta pemilik yang masih belum bisa mengoptimalkan sosial media dan e commerce untuk membangun komunikasi efektif dengan target konsumen. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yg dilaksanakan dengan metode pendampingan, pembimbingan dan pemberian peralatan modern, maka UMKM Bu Asih bisa memproduksi produk yang lebih renyah, tahan lama dan memiliki varian rasa, serta memiliki packaging yang baru. Selain kemajuan tersebut, pemilik UMKM Bu Asih juga sudah bisa mengoperasionalkan tiktok untuk promosi dan menjalin komunikasi efektif dengan konsumen, pemilik juga diajari tentang penggunaan e commerce shoope untuk mejual produk keripiknya.
