Abstract

AbstrakPertumbuhan UMKM di Indonesia saat ini tidak lepas dari peranan teknologi informasi. Kebutuhan akan manfaat teknologi informasi memungkinan perubahan sistem bisnis yang dikelola secara konvensional menjadi online. Perubahan ini membutuhkan desain sistem yang diharapkan mampu untuk mengelola seluruh aktivitas bisnis mulai dari pemasaran, manajemen transaksi, hingga laporan keuangan. Dengan Pengelolaan bisnis secara terkomputerisasi dan online, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Manajemen Bisnis UMKM Ellraka yang memiliki kualitas yang baik dengan menerapkan uji pengukuran kualitas sistem sebelum diimplementasikan secara penuh. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan model pengembangan sistem Waterfall. Pola MVC pada framework Laravel digunakan dalam proses pengkodean agar pembangunan aplikasi dapat berjalan efektif dan efisien. Pengukuran kualitas untuk penggunaan aplikasi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem dalam aplikasi yang dibangun memiliki efek positif dan signifikan pada penggunaan. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Keuangan, Manajemen Bisnis, UMKM, Pengukuran Kualitas Sistem

Abstract

Fungsi Public Relations salah satunya adalah menyampaikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan kebijakan, rencana program dan aktivitas organisasi yang terkait dengan kepentingan umum. Untuk mencapai publik yang luas dan berada di banyak tempat, maka kerjasama dengan media massa menjadi penting. Media relations adalah sebagai upaya meningkatkan kerjasama saling menguntungkan antara Public Relations dengan media massa. Kerjasama di antara keduanya tidak hanya dalam berbagai bentuk hubungan yang terjalin secara langsung tatap muka, tetapi Public Relations dapat memanfaatkan service excellent dalam menjalin media relations. Menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi Public Relations untuk dapat mengelola media internet atau Cyber PR, manfaatnya publik dapat mengakses dengan mudah berbagai informasi yang dibutuhkan, begitupun Public Relations perusahaan  dapat memanfaatkan service excellent. Media massa/Pers melalui internet corporate akan mendapatkan kemudahan memperoleh informasi secara cepat, tepat, dan terpercaya karena bersumber langsung dari Public Relations nya. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini tim abdimas mengangkat judul “Service Excellent Untuk Meningkatkan Fungsi Public realtions Hotel Java Retro & Suites”.  Teknik pengumpulan data melalui dua cara, yaitu Penelitian Kepustakaan dan Penelitian Lapangan. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa service excellent yang dilakukan oleh Hotel Java Retro & Suites masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi.Kata kunci : Public Relations, Media Relations, Service Excellent

Abstract

Abstract: This research has a purpose to know the communication manajemen process which happen in internal public and to know the Public Relation’s roles in doing their duties. Type of the research are using qualitative approach, critical paradigm, and case study method. There are five informants (sources), include one main informant and four supporting informants. The result of research shows that communication manajemen process in internal public is not running well yet, for example less coordination between employees and their manajer or manajer with their employess, the other problems in public internal is about there are some disturbing things or obstacles in sharing information.Keywords: Public Relations role and company public internal Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses manajemen komunikasi yang terjadi didalam publik internal dan mengetahui peran PR dalam menjalankan kinerjanya. Tipe penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, paradigma kritis, dan metode studi kasus. Informan berjumlah lima orang, dengan satu informan utama dan empat orang informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses manajemen komunikasi didalam publik internal belum berjalan dengan baik, seperti kurangnya koordinasi diantara karyawan dengan atasan atau dari atasan kepada bawahannya, hal lain yang menjadi kendala didalam publik internal adalah adanya gangguan atau halangan dalam penyebarluasan informasi.Kata kunci: Peran Public Relations dan publik internal perusahaan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Strategi Marketing Public Relations PT. Pos Indonesia, Studi kasus Terhadap Strategi Marketing Public Relations Pospay Kantor Pos Area V Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini mengemukakan tentang bagaimana strategi marketing produk pospay yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Pos Area V Jawa Barat, yang pada jaman sekarang ini banyak orang yang memakai pelayanan jasa dan keuangan untuk menunaikan kewajiban nya untuk membayar tagihan / angsuran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu strategi yang digunakan dalam marketing public relations produk pospay yaitu strategi pull mencakup pemberian informasi mengenai produk, menggunakan media komunikasi, periklanan, kegiatan promosi melalui event dan juga sponsorship, strategi kedua yaitu strategi push yang mencakup mendorong masyarakat agar menggunakan pospay dengan cara menginformasikan kemudahan yang dilakukan dan meluaskan target pemasaran pospay, dan yang ketiga strategi pass yaitu melakukan sosialisasi terhadap masyarakat, instansi dan juga sekolah untuk meningkatkan citra PT. The result of this research is strategy used in marketing public relations product of pospay that is full strategy include giving information about product, using communication media, advertisement, promotion activity through event and also sponsorship, second strategy is push strategy which include encouraging people to use pospay with How to inform the ease of doing and expanding the target marketing pospay, and the third pass strategy is to socialize the community, agencies and schools to improve the image of PT. Abstract

Abstrak - Hurupadi   adalah   Produksi   Event Organizer   bekerjasama   dengan   perusahaan   PT. Kalbe Nutrisi dan kali   ini   diadakan   acara produk   Bellydance (Kalbe nutrisi). Pendekatan kualitatif yang  bertujuan  untuk  menemukan Dian Sastro sebagai Brand Ambassador Balley dance, dengan metode studi kasus. Hasilnya menunjukkan visibilitas, kredibilitas, daya tarik, daya Dian sastro sebagai Brand Ambassador belly dance dengan Dian Sastrowardoyo peran sangat penting untuk acara ini, banyak peserta yang datang untuk Dian Sastro sebagai merek Ambasadornya, karena Dian Sastro adalah tokoh publik, Dian sastro kehidupan sehari-hari yang sangat harmonis dengan keluarga, dan jauh dari paparan gosip yang tidak baik, dan memberikan gambaran yang baik tentang  belly  dance  kemudian  memilih  Dian  Sastro  sebagai  merek  Ambasadornya  karena popularitas   Dian Sastro dapat memberikan gambar yang baik dalam produk kami, Dian Sastro yang  sedang    hamil  dan  oleh  karena  itu  sangat  pas  Dian  Sastro  kita  pilih  sebagai  Brand Ambassador, dalam   acara bellidance tidak diragukan lagi apabila terbukti, 100% peserta tahu Dian Sastrowardoyo.Kata kunci: Merek Duta Besar, GambarAbstract - Production is Hurupadi Event Organizer Company in cooperation with PT. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the need for English for Specific Purposes (ESP) learning materials for students in the Department of Radio Diagnostic Engineering and Radiotherapy (ATRO) at Muhammadiyah Makassar. A needs analysis was conducted to ensure students receive materials that support their learning and career development, using a qualitative approach and descriptive strategy. The research subjects were second-semester students in class B21 and their experienced ESP lecturer, selected through purposive random sampling. Data collection involved observation, recording, questionnaires, and interviews. Key findings from the questionnaire included: 83.3% satisfaction with current ESP materials, 77.8% of students needing English related to Radiology, 55.6% with intermediate English proficiency, and 66.7% aiming to improve their English for professional purposes. Skills priorities were speaking (66.7%), listening (61.1%), reading (33.3%), and writing (33.3%). Effective speaking skills instruction is achieved by dividing the large class into three groups. These findings suggest ESP lecturers and stakeholders should develop lesson plans and teaching media aligned with these needs. Additionally, the ESP lecturer identified Merrill's Atlas of Radiographic Positions and Radiological Procedures as a key resource for material development.

Abstract

Anemia is a condition in which the body experiences a decrease in the number of red blood cells, which falls below the normal range. This occurs due to a lack of hemoglobin (iron-rich protein), which affects the production of red blood cells. A deficiency in red blood cells causes fatigue and memory problems, which in students can affect their concentration while studying. Over the last three years, the incidence of anemia at MA S Ibnu Abbas school has consistently increased. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between eating patterns, sleeping patterns, the occurrence of anemia, and academic achievement at MA S Ibnu Abbas Pulo Panjang. The research method used is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The population and sample used were 71 students of MA S Ibnu Abbas. Data analysis techniques included univariate and bivariate analysis (Chi-square). The results showed a significant relationship between eating patterns and sleeping patterns with the occurrence of anemia. There was also a significant relationship between eating patterns, sleeping patterns, and academic achievement. Furthermore, a significant relationship was found between the occurrence of anemia and academic achievement. It can be concluded that the occurrence of anemia at MA S Ibnu Abbas is influenced by eating and sleeping patterns, which also affect the students' academic performance.
