Abstract

Abstract:Scientific knowledge is knowledge which it self has acritical characteristic, rational, logical, objective and open. This is a must for a scientist to do so. But it is also a fundamental problem faced by scientist safter he built a strongsturdy building is theusability of sciences for human life. It cannot bedenied that science has brought people to wards a big change, but can science which is solid, strong, and fundamental to save human, or vice versa. Here is lies there sponsibility of a scientist. The development of science as science axiology embodiment requires properethicalvision to be applied. Man with science will be able to do anything they want, but consideration not only on what can bed one by humans. Which is more important in this context is the need for ethical consideration of what to do with the purpose of human kindness. Abstrak: Pengetahuan ilmiah adalah pengetahuan yang di dalam dirinya memiliki karakteristik kritis, rasional, logis, objektif dan terbuka. Hal ini merupakan suatu keharusan bagi seorang ilmuwan untuk melakukannya. Namun selain itu juga masalah yang mendasar yang dihadapi ilmuwan setelah ia membangun suatu bangunan yang kokoh kuat adalah masalah kegunaan ilmu bagi kehidupan manusia. Memang tak dapat disangkal bahwa ilmu telah membawa manusia ke arah perubahan yang cukup besar, tetapi dapatkah ilmu yang kokoh, kuat, dan mendasar itu menjadi penyelamat manusia bukan sebaliknya.Di sinilah letak tanggung jawab seorang ilmuwan. Pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan sebagai perwujudan aksiologi ilmu mengharuskan visi etik yang tepat untuk diaplikasikan. Manusia dengan ilmu pengetahuan akan mampu berbuat apa saja yang diinginkan, namun pertimbangannya tidak hanya pada apa yang dapat diperbuat oleh manusia. Yang lebih penting pada konteks ini adalah perlunya pertimbangan etik apa yang harus dilakukan dengan tujuan kebaikan manusia. Keywords: al-Quran, etika Islam, estetika, metaetika, ilmu.

Abstract

The increasing use of social media (Sosmed) in Indonesia is the reason Sosmed is used as tool in marketing products and content created by institutions/agencies. A lot of research that examines media marketing through social media. The results of these studies are, it can be proven that social media is effective enough to be used as a medium in marketing products. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results showed that during this pandemic, it is hoped that social media can disseminate product/content and serve as the right media to market Islamic education to the wider community, especially in the Semarang and surrounding areas. Meningkatnya penggunaan media Sosial (Medsos) di Indonesia menjadi alasan Medsos dijadikan sebagai alat dalam memasarkan produk maupun konten yang dibuat oleh lembaga/Instansi. Banyak peneliti yang mengkaji tentang pemasaran melalui media sosial (Social Media Marketing). Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat dibuktikan bahwa, Medsos cukup efektif untuk digunakan sebagai media dalam memasarkan produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan di masa pandemi ini, Medsos dapat menyebarluaskan produk/konten dan sebagai media yang tepat untuk memasarkan konten edukasi islami kepada masyarakat luas khususnya wilayah Semarang dan sekitarnya.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pondok Pesantren di Indonesia sudah banyak melakukan pengembangan. Namun sayangnya tidak sedikit santri putri di banyak pesantren tidak mendapatkan pendidikan kewirausahaan. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membawa wawasan gender di pondok pesantren sekaligus membekali santri putri dengan keterampilan dan kewirausahaan sehingga berkontribusi secara ekonomi kedepannya. Program ini menggunakan metode Participatory action reseacrh (PAR) dan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan pembuatan produk rumah tangga dan melewati beberapa tahapan; pemetaan dan identifikasi masalah, focused group discussion, persiapan kegiatan, sosialisasi program, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan monitoring evaluasi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan tim pengabdian, LPPM UIN Walisongo Semarang, Pengasuh dan Jajaran Pengurus, dan 20 peserta santri putri Pondok Pesantren Usysyaqul Quran. Berdasarkan monitoring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan secara partisipatif, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap belajar, dan keterampilan membuat beberapa produk rumah tangga pada santri peserta. Kedepan tentunya perlu adanya pelatihan-pelatihan lanjutan seperti branding dan pemasaran.Abstract: Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia have done a lot of development. Unfortunately, many female students in Islamic boarding schools do not get entrepreneurship education. Therefore, it aims to bring gender insight into Islamic boarding schools as well as equip female students with skills and entrepreneurship so that they can contribute economically in the future. This program used participatory action research (PAR) and was carried out in the form of training on making household products and went through several stages; mapping and problem identification, focused group discussions, activity preparation, program socialization, activity implementation, and evaluation monitoring. This activity involved the community service team, LPPM UIN Walisongo Semarang, caretakers, Board and 20 female student participants of Pondok Pesantren Usysyaqul Quran, Kendal.. Based on participatory monitoring and evaluation, it can be concluded that this activity, in addition to being successful in making several household products, has also brought about changes in the form of increased knowledge, skills and learning attitudes of female students at the Usysyaqul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, Kendal. In the future, surely, there is a need for further training such as branding and marketing.

Abstract

The position and function of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) in Islamic law is viewed differently among hadith scholars. The modern group of hadith experts see that there are two dimensions in the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh): the dimension as an apostle and the dimension as an ordinary human being. Meanwhile, the group of classical hadith experts believes that the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) only has one dimension, namely, as an apostle. Classical hadith scholars argue that the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was a reflection of revelation, whether it was related to matters of sharia or related to humanity. The group of modern hadith experts made the concept of a prophet sunnah divided into sunnah tasri’iyyah and sunnah gairu tasyri’iyyah. Meanwhile, the group of classical hadith experts emphasizes that all of the Prophet’s sunnah are tasyri’iyah in nature. This paper aims to bridge the two groups of hadith experts by offering the terminology sunnah sābitah and sunnah mutaghaiyyirāh as an alternative typology of sunnah in the contemporary era. This paper is a descriptive-historical-reconstructive literature research using a history of ideas approach. The findings in this article are sunnah ṡābitah is a sunnah that must be implemented permanently regardless of time and place. In contrast, sunnah mutaghaiyyirāh is a sunnah of the Prophet whose implementation changes according to time and place. Sunnah ṡābitah is related to aqidah, worship, halal and haram, and general rules of muamalah. In addition to the four categories above, it is included in the sunnah mutaghaiyyirāh

Abstract

In 1997, the Islamic University of Indonesia (UII) Yogyakarta published Qur’an Karim dan Terjemahan Artinya (QKTA). This translation significantly differs from the official version of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and contemporary translations. Emerging during Indonesia's transition from the New Order to Reformation, QKTA played an important role, which motivates this study using Teun A. van Dijk's critical discourse analysis. This research investigates QKTA's position amidst the growing feminist discourse in Indonesia. This article specifically examines its impact on the verses translated: QS. al-Baqarah [2]: 228, QS. al-Nisā' [4]: 1, and 34, and QS. al-Nabā' [78]: 33. These verses were chosen because feminist interpreters often criticize them for their patriarchal perspective. These verses show QKTA's partiality to the feminist point of view. The findings of this article state that the social context and cognition of the translator influence the translation.  This can be seen from the translations that apply a lot of linguistic rhetoric, such as majāz, kināyah, and euphemism.
